We had the room with private bathroom. It was pretty nice. The location is good. There is free parking but it is on the opposite and adjacent street.
Decent; not the best sound insulation, but affordable and decent. Checking in and out was super easy, and I liked the lounge / common area. :)

We had the room with the private washroom. It was very nice. Small kitchen with microwave but no stove if you planned on buying groceries and cooking. There is a fridge though and coffee and tea. Bonus grocery store is next door. Location is excellent and very central. Parking is available out front but it's pay parking between certain hours. I believe after 6 it is free. There is street parking on the road next to the building. We didn't have trouble finding a spot here. Hot water smells a bit of sulfur like many places in Iceland.
