Had a Bad experience with Booking. Had to cancel due to emergency and got no refund. This is despite the Hotel being full and cancellation almost 10 days in advance! : (: (
This place was perfect for a 4 night stay. Easy check in, able to drop your stuff off early even if the room isn't ready yet so you can start exploring the city. No problem getting into the shared bathroom, about a 7-8 person per bathroom maximum when every bed on the floor is filled. Kitchen is gorgeous with more stuff to use than expected. Very easy to pick up groceries in town, cook there and save some $$$. Amazingly close to walk to everything.

Very disappointed at the guesthouses response to a bedbug infestation in room 9. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded a week later for a 4 night stay. I was forced to pay to wash and dry my clothes, plus purchase new luggage after I was severely bitten during my stay last week. Initially the owners were receptive of my concerns but eventually stopped responding to me when I asked that I be refunded for my full stay. I should not have to contact local authorities and my credit card companies for resolution. My stay was ruined because of this, and to be frank I feel like they did not care.
