We were there for three nights. We arrived early in the morning so they were still cleaning the room, but they let us to put our luggage in a room while we wre to investigate the city. It is 20 minutes walking from almost everything important and 5 minutes walking from the tram, bus and subway. The apartment was very clean an big enough for six people and the service was kind end helpful.

Very bad Accommodation. The Walls came down, the Bathroom was shimmering, the Sponge for the Harness was worn out with Food Scraps, the Beds were tight-lipped and the Doors slammed in, even the TV and The light on the Balcony didn't work. The Bilck in the "Yard" resembled a Prison.
We would have Originally Been 4th, but one has fallen ill in the short term. We didn't get any Money back and for the Price we would have got far better Accommodation. The immediate Environment has come down and seems like a Ghetto.
At the Time of The approach we got zero Information about the City at the Reception and On departure no one asked us what the Accommodation was like. Thank you, never again.

Avoid Him Absolutely.
The apartments are divided into two different buildings, at 100 meters from each other. Only one of the two, on the ground floor, has the reception, while the other is abandoned to itself, with no service and with bad hygiene. If, as it happened to me, you had to have a problem in the room, you have to dress, go down, cross a road (extremely disturbing) in the middle of the night, Just to hear you say "we can't do anything. " Let's Not talk about ventilation: a system common to all rooms so, if you have to cook in a nearby room, you will feel all the stink escaping from the hood of your kitchen (Even if turned off) ; What happened to yours truly. After asking (for two nights) an intervention at the reception, I was told to "try to sleep", that "I was too sensitive" and I was badly blocked the hood with GARBAGE BAGS. Needless to say that I have also been charged The money of air conditioning (used to move a little ' air that fetida) : 15 euros in 3 days. Let Us also think that many of the rooms are real ovens and you will understand that The low prices are given by the overprices on anything. Also, tiny sheets and bedspreads that did not cover even the whole bed, old mattresses and poor cleanliness.

Comfortable apartment near the Metro has everything you need… Very nice staff is excellent.

Excellent apartment, ideal for 4 people. The location is fine and has close to Metro stops, tram and bus. Around the area there are many bars and shops where you can eat and buy.

The apartment is very sloppy. Do not leave utensils, basic cleaning. The Wi-Fi does not work. The treatment is terrible, for nothing advisable.

We had a nice apartment, very clean, large and comfortable room and with everything we needed in the kitchen. Is well located, near the stations, even accessible by foot to the Danube and the bridges. The staff at the reception is nice and speakes very well english. We had a great vacantion there and hope to come back.

I was there last October. Apartments close to the center, very cozy and really provided of everything. The guys at the reception are very friendly and nice and they go out of their way to ensure guests a pleasant holiday. Entry into the apartment I noticed that the toaster was not working, I did this at the reception and a few hours later I find a new toaster in the apartment. Very good and efficient!

Very good hotel and excelebntes services.

Great place to Soggiorare, whether it's a few days or a week. The kitchens are clean, well cared for and include washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooking hob with 2 burners and microwaves. Recommended for couples and groups of 4 or 6 people.

Perfect for our needs as a hen party as big spacious rooms with everything you need to spend a long weekend and good hot shower. However the apartments need some attention. A cupboard door fell off onto my hand. Curtains weren't fixed properly. Sofa was broken. Mattresses don't fit the bed frames so fall off (or you do). Exposed wires in the electrical boxes in the hallways. Poorly lit hallways. Very noisy at night. Local area felt slightly unsafe but we were fine as a group. Would go here again for this purpose but wouldn't bring children.

Our apartment, CTO 4 people, was wonderful. The tram stop is very close by and there is everything. Just orient yourself. Friendly staff h 24.

Second time I go. The reception is impeccable. The apartments are clean and spacious. I recommend it.

Pretty central, lots of major transport available nearby and on a direct bus line from the airport. We stayed in one of the flats which was cheap considering. Everything was provided for us however the walls were thin and we could hear a lot of the people on other flats, especially at night. Pillows in the hotel were really bad and they gave us 2 single duvets instead of a double but otherwise no complaints.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Flat good only if you want to cook yourself. Tv is old and the street outside the flat is full with rubbish.

Horrible service no cleaning done even after several reminders. Staff is not cooperative. Entry Lane in very shady rooms are newly done but claustrophobic. We were 2 couple's we wanted rooms next to each other. Even though we gave up 1 Bedroom apt for a studio apt next to each other the reception staff charged € 10 for using the 1 Bed Room apt for 10 mins. He claimed that his Boss will deduct double amount from his salary. On top of this even after several request our room was not cleaned. Don't even think of this place. Lot of noise and disturbance always.

Clean, nice, in a new building, and accepting dogs. It was great for us.

Clean, comfortable apartment. Close to the centre, has its own underground Parking for 15 euros a day.

Lovely apartment and it's really accessible to many iconic places.

Okay. Of the minuses — dead pan. Had to buy a new to cook. And very noisy at night.

The apartment is good, but the cleaning regulae, the furniture sparse, and the attention at reception very disappointing.

Ideal for a stag do, less so for romantic/family trip! Large apartments that were clean and functional.

Very well priced, but the cleaning of the common areas leaves much to be desired, as well as the pillows and the bed, and the desk that you can't do the check in until the 15th and check out is at 10… Oh, and the luggage in the reception… You keep the luggage next to 40 other without putting a label or anything and anyone can take any bag. There is also no hair dryer in the bathroom (or at least not in the us).

Excellent care. The apartments are very modern and clean, and the location is very good, 10 min to the Central Market of Budapest.
