My experience on July 28/29, 2019 at Corvin Plaza Apartments & Suites was not one of the best.
I begin by acknowledging that, at the last minute, booking on the freeway, I was not paying attention to all the details regarding the services offered, details that I discovered at the reception.
— the accommodation unit does not offer any possibility of breakfast;
— parking costs extra 19 € (extremely expensive for the quality of the hotel) ;
— the air conditioning is in a single room in the apartment, and its use involves an extra cost;
— although I paid with a credit card, it was necessary to make a cash deposit of 50 €. I didn't understand why;
— although the reservation was for 3 persons, in the room I found that there are no sheets, towels or bathroom accessories for more than 2 persons;
— at my insistence, the young man at the front desk told me he would check if there were any other sheets available. Finally he brought me the sheets without towels;
— the apartment, although clean, is extremely poorly furnished and equipped (eg, the wardrobe had only one clothes hanger) ;
— the bathroom is absolutely rudimentary, the sink cracked, lack of cleanliness,
etc.
— two homeless people slept miserably near the entrance to the hotel. An extremely unpleasant sight for my child;
— the hotel policy displayed at the entrance is extremely unfriendly (eg, check-in at 1pm. Check-out at 10am) ; Finally, I would like to point out that I will never be the guest of this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone.
