Perfect location, good view and we can allow pubs and bars in walking distance! :)

Modern and well-equipped apartments. Unfortunately, many details are problematic (faults, repairs not performed, devices broken down). The biggest black spot remains the location: right in front of a drinking place open all night. In conclusion it is very difficult to sleep, because many young drunk make nocturnal disturbance. To avoid for families.

I think this place does not look anything like the photos. It is also too expensive for what you get. We had to pay a lot of money to late check out. For card payment they charge an extra 4%.
The bathroom has a narrow tub with shower head pointing towards the back wall, so you have to run the shower at half pressure for it to fall on you and not hit the back wall. The tub has no doors therefore we had to clean up the water with the bathmat. In the tub there was no place to put your shampoo or washcloth and you should buy because they don't give things like that.

Spacious apartment located at the city centre. Good facilities. Car parking is expensive. Overall though, good value for money.

Great value, clean, spacious, excellent staff and close to all attractions, transport, restaurants, clubs, bars. Street Food opposite is a MUST!

Staff were not friendly, not helpful, room dirty and noisy. Only good point is the location.

Good place in the middle of town. Can be a bit noisy during the summer holidays. I come here on business and stay here each time. Works for me.

The hotel is located on the street with bars. You won't notice the entrance immediately. It is located almost opposite the bar "Szimpla Kert". You need to press the intercom button, and the door will open. On the left hand there are ladders-it is your way. Go upstairs and see the reception. On your card will block some amount (about 17000 Forintov) in case of property damage.
The room has everything for life. All the equipment is correct. The only thing on the list were the iron and the hair dryer, but they were not. But everything was fixed.

Didn’t back 100€ blocked on my card during 1 month! I’m so angry! Didn’t answer for messengers! Horror!

It has been more than a month, and the pledge €100, which is removed from your card at arrival (if suddenly you spoil something in the room) NOT returned! And the letters do not answer perfectly. There's nothing to spoil. We slept a night in the clothes and we went on the plane!

Nice apartment downtown street with many bars and lots of night, the apartment is cute but lacks maintenance as paint and cleaning.

Not much to say besides that I wanted to sleep at night and I couldn't, it's impossible to sleep at night when you have a club open all day and night in front of the apartments and being in a very busy street at night, full of drunks… The only good thing is the actual apartment and the location. But not an experience to repeat and I do not recommend at all. Maybe you could invest in better windows.

Very loud music until 4 a. M. Ear plugs didn't help. Would not recommend this place to stay to anyone. The worst place I have ever stayed nothing good to say about the place.

There are good rooms and not so good rooms… Location is great and near to attractios. Staff friendly. AC not good in some of the rooms.

Came to budapest for work and stayed here for a few days. Seems to be like a very busy location so book in advance. It is centrally located near MANY MANY bars, clubs, restaurants. Which is nice because everything is in walking distance. The room itself was very spacious. And I stayed in a studio, which was still very large considering it was a studio. It is very clean and nicely decorated! I would definitely stay here again!

Central place, apartments very spacious and complete with every need. Reception times too limited, opening at 10am.

We stayed here for 6 nights for a hen do and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. It's right opposite the famous Szimpla Kert ruin bar & the street has tons of great food options, including the Karavan street food alley. It's also a short distance from a Tesco and a few other grocery shops. It's also a great location for access to bus tours and quite a few of the Budapest landmarks. The apartments themselves are well kitted out — decent bathroom and kitchen, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with our queries. Overall highly recommend Avantgarde apartments.

The apartments are located in the Jewish Quarter on Party street where there is a ruins-pub, in the evening gathers a lot of young people, a variety of street food and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need: washing machine, bathroom (shower not), microwave, coffee machine, toaster. There are two bathrooms, if you eat a big company it is very convenient. To stay with children these apartments are not suitable, very busy place and to walk children in a safe place (the age of My children 3 and 7 years old) had to go far from what they quickly tired. Underground parking There is a cost of 15euro, but for parking it is necessary to agree when to book apartment, it We have understood when on the first night there were no park places, but only the place was freed to us with pleasure it was provided.

Quite nice. It's great to have a French balcony and the location is great. The entrance is a bit hidden and may be tricky to find as it looks like an ordenary apartment building from the outside. It does not get 5 stars because of the furniture was worn out and walls and floor had a lot of marks and scratches. Be aware that the various taxes when paying for the hotel might be a bit confusing so don't rush the payment before you know with what type of card etc you should use. Would recommend to friends and stay here again.

Well located, but with the minimum necessary.

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable, ideal for extended stay where you can cook your meals if you want. It is a real one or two rooms apartment with all basics covered. The A/C is American style. The staff is very nice everybody speaks English. You can park your car under the building for a small fee, a big plus for the area. Just outside your door there are all kind of restaurants, dives, every price range and taste. Absolutely loved it, will come back.

Wonderful accommodation in Budapest; The situation is spectacular, since it is right in front of the ruin bar Szimpla, which is one of the most popular, and the value for money of these apartments is more than satisfactory. Very clean and careful everything, and quite spacious apartment.

We stayed 4 days and found the reception staff friendly and helpful. Central location close to the metro. The apartment was clean and adequate for us, self contained with a full kitchen, not that we used it. We would definitely stay there again.

The receptionist girl she was kinda lame lol.

The girl from the first reception was very friendly and kind. A little complicated the logistics of going to a place to do the check in and then have to go to another place where it really is the apartment. The Wi-Fi very bad.
