We had chosen for a three-room apartment and we were very pleased with the space that we had. We were also very pleased with the tidiness and cleanness of the rooms. We were also impressed of the general state of the hotel, everything was well maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast and the dinner had a wide choice so everyone of the family could find something that he/she would like. There was also a small buffet for the children which was very appreciated by the little one. The Bongo kids club playhouse was also very appreciated by the kids. All the different swimming pools and different slides are amazing. The new spray park is really an added value to this.

Big water park! Lots of slides of different complexity. Covered warm pools, as well as outdoors. There are several hot tubs and different fountains inside. There is a special children's area with slides and sprinklers. Children's strollers can be driven all the way to the pools Minimum ticket for 3 hours, but it can be extended. There is a free bus from the Square of Heroes (pictured is its schedule). On the territory of the water park you can buy everything you need: swimsuit, towel, slippers, masks, etc.
It is best to go in the morning, when not very many people, then there are no queues to the slides. After 12 o'clock in the afternoon you have to wait a long time for a turn. On the territory of the water park are trained scuba divers — on a separate record.

Cleanliness — 10/10. The place and rooms were clean. Staff — 10/10. Answered every question, they were quick and polite. Their English was good. Hotel water park — 8/10. The slides were fun but I got stuck on one slide. And I had to go with my hands. Spa — 10/10. Good and well managed by staff to make insure kids its not a pool. The heat was really good. Food — 10/10. There was a variety of good food. To summarize, this hotel was great. We always return.

The water park is good, the staff are a bit strange, dissatisfied. My son didn't have half an inch of height on the other slides — they didn't let me in. The dining room in the water park is great.

Great choice with SPA in the hotel.
Good breakfast and clean and spacious room as well as bathroom.
Maybe a little to improve the variety and quality of food for dinner.

Everything was perfect. Except for: In Komn 310 periodically in a shower smelt sewage, for the order of taxi have taken 6, 63 euros, but about it have warned. Payment Failure 6.63 Euro 30.04.2018 with one, then with another card. Then it turned out and from the first card payment was made (SMS). Thus took twice on 6.63 Euro. I learned about this later when I came to SMS when I was riding in a taxi. Taxi driver took 50 euros to the airport, drove 28 min. If you are charged for the order, you need to arrange the entire order to the airport at a fixed price. From such a decent hotel should be a transfer to the airport for the appropriate price. Actually I spent to get out of hotel to airport 50 + 6, 63, 6.63 = 63, 26 euros. You don't find it too much.?

The only drawback-almost the outskirts of the globe, to reach the city center at least 1.5pm you have to arrive by car. What is called transfer, it is not, taxi to the airport 45 min 45 euros.

Very nice spa for couples as well as for families. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff friendly and competent. The food from the buffet was very good every day, the drinks were favorable for Austrian conditions. Only the food in the spa area was forgotten and reminded of outdoor pool fast food.
A little English should be spoken because German in Budapest is not talked about as often as we thought, but those who only visit the spa should not get any problems because the staff is very busy.

We stayed for 4 days in your hotel. It was a relaxing holiday. The receptionists and the waiters were all very friendly and helpful. Also, they tried very hard to explain everything understandable, we come from Austria and therefore had a few difficulties understanding. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The food was very good. My son would have liked daily fries, but he still had enough choice. In the sauna area we would like to see saunas in the open air and a better separation between adults and children. We were very disappointed with the bus to the city. There were too many people and so were not all taken and you had to somehow come into town. This behavior simply does not fit with such a hotel.

Bathroom is clean. Slips are top. Food for the price also OK. Entrance very good. You can also use the Austrian voucher card.

Very good water park! Must See in summer! :D.

Cool for children and adults, for adults recommend Bath complex, do not regret to pay extra. And when buying a family ticket it is included in the price)!

The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly. Buffet in the morning and evening average, but good n. At the bar you don't get a drink in the bathrobe, there was no staff at the Poolbar. So after the sauna move and then drink. Wassetwelt is quite nice, but warm weather is better since the outdoor area has opened. The indoor area is quite small. Massages were very pleasant.

Nice hotel, starting to show its age a bit. Staff very friendly. Food is good. We had an apartment for 4 people. The bed was great but the couch was a bit uncomfortable. Aqua world was great We will return.

Overall friendly and helpful personnel. Clean room with "fresh" look in the rooms. Good variety of food in the buffet. Spa services very good as expected. A slight bad impression given in the morning while we were having breakfast that two guys they started to vacuum clean next to our tables.

We were there in February and loved it. Great hotel and fantastic service staff. Rich breakfast and good dinner. Thank you again for the nice weekend.

The room is really pretty and I think even quite newly refurbished. The people at the reception unfortunately speak little German but with English they have no problem speaking almost all fluently. The spa itself is a dream of the rebuilt Inca temple in the middle really super made.

Very nice spa with 12 slides and 11 swimming pools. You can go swimming well with children here. Above the water park, a huge glass dome rises through which a lot of sunlight penetrates and the spa is thus very lively!

Ice-cold water, and unheated were there in winter and even the children have frozen otherwise very nice design and the spa is also recommended there. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Very nice place to spend a vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner which were included in half-board package were very diverse on each day of our stay. Oh and one nice detail, my wife had a birthday during our stay and received birthday gift voucher for slice of cake and a coffee.

Ok but little for small less than 140 cm…

Perfect place to spend a few hours of recreation with children just outside Budapest. Slides of all kinds, pools for every need, animation bar restaurants. Clean and elegant place.

This hotel has fantastic Aqua park and fantastic service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and with modern furniture. My sincere recommendation for anybody: spend NEW YEAR EVE IN THE POOL. It was an great experience. Especially we like an outdoor pool, when outside temperature was below zero (-5° C), and the water temperature is 34°C. Sincere recommendation!

I had a great time at Aquaworld, was visiting for a business conference. The food during the event was great and the conference facilities were top notch. I had a few hours of spare time where I had the chance to visit the pools, saunas, slides, steam rooms, it was amazing! I would come back to visit with my family next time. Thank you to the whole Aquaworld team for providing a wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The service is attentive and given with a smile. Lunch at the restaurant was spectacular. The prices were highly competitive. It is situated on the Edge of Town so bit of a drive from the centre but there is a lot to do in the hotel itself. I did not visit with my family but would do so if I was in Budapest with my children.

Beautiful place to go with family, friends or alone with your girlfriend… cheap and very clean.

Beautiful experience in the middle of winter.

Very friendly structure proper pools, few people on Tuesday I'm spending a relaxing day with my family. Public transport service from the city center great with the 230 available every hour.

Were on a weekday. People are few, very comfortable. The slides are not scary, mineral baths and sauna-complex loved.

Staff: very friendly and welcoming. Rooms: Very clean and nice. Spa: Very clean, large and genügent place. In large and pays a trip to this hotel and it is also not so expensive.

We went to the indoor water park, not the hotel. We had an excellent time, around 35euros for the family for the whole day. Wave pool, inflatable orb balls, play area for toddlers, slides for toddlers and also slides for adults (but didn't get a chance to try these out). The inside is done up like an old Aztec ruin, very nice. Totally enclosed in a giant canopy, so nice & warm even in winter. Changing rooms were clean. Restaurant /cafe in the water park was good, simple filling food, all paid for using the electronic bracelets so no need to carry money. Overall excellent! We'll be back :)

Nice hotel with nice rooms. It was best to have dinner. Breakfast was not bad, but compared somewhat disappointing. The nightly noise in the room has been very disturbed, caused by some surrendering electronics and, despite deactivation, noisy ventilation. The Aquaworld itself is quite nice, but gives better…

Indoor thermal swimming pool, with access also outside fantastic in winter. Hydro-massage jets, separate swimming pool, waterslides, and jungle-style setting. Fairly wealthy Self service for fast meal uh. Changing rooms with showers and lockers. Sauna for a fee.

We went to the water park, wasted the day. It's boring, there's a lot of people, a couple of slides. In the dining room the staff do not know English at all, we were served 30 minutes, taking into account that we were there the only one When we tried to explain what we want from them, they just turned on the frost and went somewhere. The robes are old, the towels are not the first freshness either. Sneakers do not give out and buy disposable no where. Only Nike or something, at a decent price at the entrance, in the shop. There you can also buy special diapers for children. Rides a free bus from the city and back, on my 4 times a day.

Quite a lot of pools, slides and hot tubs. They also have a surfing pool and wawe pool. It's really fun, locker rooms are tiny bit crowded but there are many changing cabins and hair dryers as well as swimwear dryers. There is also a restaurant and plenty of deck chair so you will never miss one. Prices are ok, there us a swim shop at the entrance and lobby is very nice.

Very good service. Tasty food. Excellent waiter service. Pleasant, clean, tastefully decorated. We had a a company dinner there. A bit far from the city center.

A dream for wellness comes true. Child care… Adventure World for children and adults. Sports facilities… Fitness… Outside and Lnnenbereich… Sauna… Bars. Restaurants with attached hotel complex. Conference rooms… just gorgeous!

Nice hotel with good stuff — clean and very comfortable rooms. Food was excellent, service always nice but demands to much Spa and Aquaworld: we really enjoyed it.

A very nice nice, relaxing atmosphere. I stayed at the hotel but did not use the spa, pool and other facilities due to lack of time. I noticed several families visited to make use of the facilities in Aqua world. Kids were having a good time. They have a excellent Bar and restaurant. The buffet breakfast for fantastic with many choices for Vegetarians. The concierge / reception was very helpful with arranging taxis, maps and suggestions for sight seeing. Overall, a value for money, suitable for family destination.

It's a nice hotel, especially for families. We were traveling with 3 children, staying in the apartment B01, ground floor, parking in front of the apartment, pools in front on the other side, gaming room beneath us. The apartment was big and well equipped. Special praise to the bongo kids club. The only thing I think should be better is that the dinner should be included, 20 EUR per person (older children included — 9 and 11 years old) is too much. And not even the drinks are included. We were staying for 5 nights — breakfast and dinner are almost the same every day. It's good but the last day we could hardly eat it.

Very nice big apartment. A pity is that after checkout you can not spend the day at the Oriental Spa without extra charge — so this day is no longer available. It would also be nice if there was a free bus back at night to return to the hotel.

Very nice hotel. However, very few employees speak German, so English is recommended. Summed up a medium to good hotel.

Everything is top down to the evening buffet. Price performance is unfortunately not so good! But breakfast is mega.
The people very friendly! Spa very good.

Perfect place to enjoy the slides with family. Also from the sauna and spa area as a couple.

Aqua Park is also well suited for bad weather. Great for kids though an expensive fun. There are even swimming courses for the little ones. A bistro and bathing kiosk, massage, sauna and adventure slides.

Had an amazing day with friends at the resort… Strongly recommend suggest going on a weekday if possible so it's not too busy and you get plenty of time to go on the rides.

Excellent hotel, beautiful area, very clean. Very friendly staff! Very fun for kids, and adults! A little far from center area (there are free shuttles). Food average.

The hotel is Great, It's very fun to all my daughters from 3 to 11. There is a lot of sliders, pools and attraction and we feel we could stay one more week. The room and the hotel very clean and service is fantastic. The only thing that was not super is the food. It was very convenient to buy everything with watch in the hotel and the aquaworld. There was not variety of food and every time the cure didn't refill the Bowles when they were empty.

Great structure, very varied and complete, even in winter is Rica of attractions, distant ½ h from Budapest Center…

The waterpark is really fantastic, very special and fun, really suitable for all ages. To visit at least once!

Beautiful water park suitable for babies, children, teenagers and adults…

I stayed there with my family for a few days. The rooms are nice but the maid didn't replace the towels or filled the shampoos containers in days, even though we asked plenty of time. The food isn't great and the food hall is really noisy. Doesn't worry your money. Better stay in another hotel if you can!

Very full and very clean. Little waiting.

2 bedroom Apartment well equipped 6 beds. Two bathrooms, two toilets, two beautiful terraces.
Small downside for the carpet that is tired.
The buffet meal is small but there is still variety and it's good.
The facilities are very beautiful.
We got money for it.

Very nice hotel with good accommodations. Our family room is super! Nice personnel, good food although it could be a bit more variety in the vegetables and maybe some more "Hungarian" dishes. Not much to do after dinner except swimming. This is also a pity because there could be some more amusement or maybe even a theme evening in the dinning room. Overall a very nice experience :)

Superb hotel, with large heated outdoor pool (34-36 °c), good Wi-Fi everywhere. It's my 6 2nd times in your hotel, not the last.
Pity that the have paid the entries for the Aquaword, which was free before.
They have improved a lot on the food, which is much better than before.
For taxis, take taxi 4, which are cheap.
Beware of the scams concerning the city's traders, and taxi drivers, pay by cards.

Dream Hotel with a giant indoor water park. Very friendly and very professional staff. My five-year-old son loved it. Besides, we're going back in a month. A big thank you…

The top! A leisure park that at the same time little be a relaxing park, the outdoor swimming pool at 38 ° with the Jet, Spa… is top. The slides and indoor activity are great! We were 8 we broke it! Very decent price for the benefit! On site a self at very correct price also!

The pool is great and has lots of facilities. The outdoor pool is really warm and fun. The only problem I had is that they have a strict height policy and taller than normal heights. My 7 year old son couldn't ride any of the big slides where he could use similar slides in the US more than a year ago!

The hotel is modern and clean. The service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had everything the heart desires. In the spa area, a quiet area lacks unfortunately to can relax. With children a great hotel, if you want to relax is tend not to recommend it.

It is a pity that childcare speaks only Hungarian and herewith the communication difficulties are given…
Otherwise everything was fine.

It's a second time that we were in this hotel. And we will come again for sure. Anyway, I have one remark. We were with 3 kids. We got 5 bracelets. They were all same. And we didn't know that some of them are "adult" and other "kids" bracelets. So we were separated, kids were on slides, and I wasn't able to pay my coffee because my "kids" bracelet didn't work. We needed time to investigate which 2 of 5 are for paying. So my suggestion is that you should mark them differently! And some of you stuff should know better English. It's not acceptable (for you, of course) that some of them do not know what is "swimming pool".

You need to fix a few things. We had a good time but. thermal pool needs to go back to a silent pool and controlled properly. Staff arguing with customers about Pizza is out of order no respect. (in the pool area) The standard of the food has dropped, to many stews night after night where is the love for food gone. I don't need to be told by your head chef that the kids food is for kids, as I do have a kid who also needs to eat and I can get her food if I want. At one time the access to the aqua park was not working had to walk all the way to the reception to reactivate our arm bands not even a simple apology or and explanation was given just handed them back to without a smile. People the little things make us happy work on them. When it was Ramada it was better your staff don't seem very happy.

A great place for the whole family. Recommend going after 17:30 and before 22. There prices are lower.

Pools, Spa 5 * rooms excellent, food a little expensive but very tasty! A kilometre from the hotel to the left on the road there is a huge shopping mall! Strednie prices, products-sea everything you want and very tasty! Walk 10-15 minutes! ) On the road by a forest-air dizzy!

It is very relaxing and enjoyable and I would go again for sure. For anyone who interested I would 100% recommend to experience for yourself.

I really liked the hotel, and I work there, dance floor 2009 the rooms very clean, free bufe pools are fantastic, legkozelebb jovunk here:-) :-) B-leszamitva to legkozelebb) I look how I work ala the pincernel, containing all requisites, in addition to all this, it was koszonunk with everything:-)

Price/performance is very unsatisfactory if you with children under 140/150cm goes. Under 140 cm is only allowed to swim, but not slide (except for a boring 4m slide). The handle which is so strict that not even our son with 136cm (9 years) slip was allowed to — and he is certainly not inexperienced. Without the Slip are inside, only 2 pools incl. The wave pool (not very exciting). Outside again 2 or 3 pools that are also overall quite high entrance fee does not justify. With older children certainly crazy, but here, too, I imagine Frustsituationen, because one spends most of the time on the lines at the Slides, or waiting forever on tires so you all can slip. For us it was a wasted (half) day of our vacation!

Nice place, great hotel, perfect aquaworld, Breakfast without faults, Dinner — you have to buy drink and this is very expensive (Beer 4 euro, limo 3 euro). Room was very clear and sunny. Centrum of budapest is so long distance (15 min by car),, but you can use free aquaworld bus (4 times per day). Cca 800m from hotel is a supermarket.

Far from the center of Budapest. A good choice for bad weather-inside heat, swimming pools with heated water. There are swimming pools facing the street, the water is heated as well. Many slides, pipes, towers. There is a café with low prices and normal eating. In the center of the building in the style of the Inca Empire. Sauna for an additional fee. You can call a taxi at the hotel next door. If you have a discount coupon it is valid only for 1 person. Staff does not speak English.

Good accommodation. Good food. Aquaworld it's nice for everyone. The apartments are nice and spacious. Bad pillows and the heating it's noisier and it's not enough. The crew it's nice. Per total I would give an 8.

Fantastic for families and you can scubadive in the deep pool.

The AquaWorld is the only and largest fun pool in the main town in the North of the city. You can reach line 230 this either by car or by BKV (public transport). You can see the Web page there so all there, for infants and children aged 10 or over is suitable but only my "good": children can use not only big slide under 130 cm height, and most of the slides and attractions require a height of at least 140-150 cm, very sad. Otherwise the food is very good and cheap, here as times, not the continuous fast-food range is offered, but also delicious things like Fried cheese, mashed potatoes, pizza, vegetarian vegetable with chicken, etc. The ambience is very OK.

A very fun day out. Well worth it if you enjoy water parks or swimming pools. Great value for money if you buy the day pass.

Just great! many different slip for young and old. Simply gorgeous. Also onion slide and slide with 75% gradient. Pure action.
