Good position of the hotel near train station and walkable distance to city center. Nice clen rooms and tasty breakfast.

The hotel is well placed. It has some ameneties that you can enjoy. The food is quite good as well as the service.

Really nice hotel to stay in, good room, nice staff, nice breakfast and wide range of choices. Near to river you can enjoy alot. If you are on business trip the best place to stay in and if for family trip then okay from price but bit away from mid of Budapest heart. So 9/10

Nice hotel well placed to access Budapest. They stored our luggage for free after check out which was brilliant. Friendly staff. You don't need to worry about buying breakfast. There are plenty of local places to get something cheaper.

Good, relatively cheap and well located. Good size rooms, full bathrooms and the room service had good food. And come with a table adapted to the room.

Great hotel, for the second time I was very happy with the service of the NH Hotel.
Very polite and helpful staff, very comfortable and very large beds, breakfast with a rich buffet that varies from sweet to salty for all tastes.
Recommended for any kind of stay.

Very good hotel, excellent location, breakfast has for all tastes and customs, my negative point is that we were touched 2 beds together so the TB cover was individual, we had asked for double bed, we got so tired and late we left it Spend.
The hotel is clean although it has its little details, in short a good 4 star hotel huge and of course impersonal.

Well located hotel with all the expected amenities, ideal for a couple stay, or business trip.

Rooms were nice and sauna was great. Breakfast was not included in the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is also very clean fresh towels are placed every morning in the hotel there is a gym with sauna one has a TV in the room a small mini bar with water with juices and alcoholic drinks A few snacks are also included.

Worst hotel experience ever. Rooms are a sauna, when complaining there is no action as it's a general problem. Restaurant don't even talk about it!

Beautiful structure close to the metro and the city center, large and clean rooms, quiet hotel despite being in the heart of Budapest! Great!

Knowledgeable staff, modern interior and spacious room. Around the corner from a convenience store and in a good location. Room windows face inwards to main lobby and its sort of awkward, though. Rooms got hot, air con seemed to do nothing and the window didn't do anything by being open.

Hotel is part of the NH group. Nice and clean rooms, interesting inner architecture (has an internal court yard and some of the rooms are around it), good breakfast choices. It also has a parking space (very helpful if you come by car since parking spaces are hard to find), a garage under hotel on 2 levels, but the space is very tight so pay attention.

We can only highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay downtown and close to both the Buda and Pest side. The staff is very friendly and they new reception manager goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable. Large and comfortable rooms, it is 5 minutes from the metro station, the train stations and the Santa Margherita Island. Recommended for a stay in Budapest!

Like at home, an ideal location. Nestled in a beautiful city, surprising and with a special charm. Bathed by the Danube, stately, serene and blue. A hotel that feels secluded and quiet in a vibrant city. The staff of the NH chain always helpful and attentive.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Only one weird episode, I tried to order room service in the late evening. I ordered a meal that was indicated to be available 24hours in the menu but at first the staff told us the kitchen was closed. I checked at the reception and at that point there was no problem anymore to have the order.

Extremely disappointed with my stay here. I’ve stayed at NH Hotels before and have always had a good experience. We were given a bedroom with a window into reception. I woke up so hot in the middle of the night that I wanted to scream into reception and demand that they fix it. Reading reviews from previous guests I have now found out that the temperature control in the room, is a problem they are well aware off. So disappointed! If I wanted to sleep in a sauna I would have stayed at the Széchenyi Baths!

We were "blessed" with an inside room on the second floor overlooking the reception. It was a sauna! Putting the temperature control on its lowest setting still pumped hot air into the room. Opening the window felt like you were in a church during Sunday mass, due to all the noise coming from the lobby. We're used to good quality from NH, but I'm sure we couldn't have been the first ones to complain. In a previous review over a month ago, someone commented on exactly this. The reply from the General Manager: "We are extremely sorry the room temperature didn't meet your expectations and we appreciate your help in making us aware of the improvements we can make to the services we provide. " I'm kept wondering: where are these improvements?

Very well located in the center and very quiet. The pillows are perfect. Although the views are not very good it is offset by the monumental hall and the modern design of the hotel. Would.

Great hotel If you are planning to travel to Budapest for 10.

I have been staying at this hotel for 1 week and I recommend it perfectly.
The first word that comes to mind when I think of this hotel is rest.
We were allocated a room that would fit the booked with a small balcony very well insulated from the noise and the cold.
With a king size bed a comodisimo mattress and 2 pillows per person, the only drawback that remains strange to me are the individual quilts (typical in Europe) but very warm and light. In the room cleaning 100% with the classic Nh amenities that I love.
It has a minibar and very functional furniture, as well as a comfortable lighting I like that the doors close very well and do not hear slamming of other rooms.
Book with breakfast! It is very varied, of quality, resets continuously.
With respect to its location 10 minutes walk from the parliament, and perfectly connected to tram 2 that runs along the Danube bank to the center.
Its friendly staff, smiling and very willing to always help, I was surprised that they did not change euro currency to guilders but I indicated several change offices very close to the Nh hotel you always conquer me! I'll repeat for sure.

The location is very good, you can walk to almost any place. Clean and spacious room, at reception a bit dry… but in the end it is the Hungarian character. Recommended.

Room was nice and has good house keeping service but customer service is not that great. It's a good hotel if you don't have tossed front staff.

For this poor service too expensive.
With every question at the reception you look into faces that are annoyed with the eyes rolling. The staff are not very comfortable. The breakfast is OK, but the lunch buffet is already cold from the kitchen. Nothing bad can be said about cleanliness, yet the employees manage to create a climate in which one does not feel very comfortable. Conclusion on next visit to Budapest definitely not this hotel.

Good location close to the center of the city continental breakfast a lot of pretty sights to see also near the Eiffel station and a tram station.

Conveniently located, clean, well managed and inexpensive hotel in Budapest.

Certainly a wonderful choice to stay in Budapest. Near everything from restaurants to supermarkets and even a Shopping Mall called Westend very assorted. The train and bus station just a few blocks walk is really useful to take the subway and the Square in front of it has bus stops of various hop on hop off buses. In the Hotel you can buy in advance and by the time you check-in they give you lots of useful brochures to enjoy the marvelous city. The breakfast is really good and fresh in a spacious resfaurant. The room service was efficient and tasty. The cleaning too. The staff is friendly. Surely recommend this Hotel.

+ Rooms are a good size with all the facilities you would need. Room has a safe, mini bar, nice TV and most things to expect. Not enough plug sockets and some are placed in unusual places. + Location is very ideal. Within walking distance of attractions, city centre, places for sightseeing, restaurants and places to go out in the evening. There is a lot of transport options within reach such as trams, buses and taxis. + Customer service is at a good standard. Did not have any problems. + Facilities include a free Wi-Fi with a strong connection, a gym, parking lot and a bar on the ground floor.

Hotel is nice, with modern rooms and good location, walking distance to many downtown attractions. Breakfast was really good. Entrance is a little cramped with a really steep ramp to drag the luggage up, but the lobby is spacious. I stayed in late June and they had some light construction going on. I wished they'd told me that when I booked on nh website. Otherwise is was a great stay; great value for a large European city.

We have just returned from our stay. We stayed 9 nights and had a superb stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff. Nice rooms, however our had a screw on a wall and the beds were twins.

Good hotel, not very central, but well served by the means. On cleaning you can do better. It has a sauna, message center and gym. Quiet but well served area.

4-day stay. Location favorable to any move, well served. Staff not always up to par, rooms in order, breakfast really great.

Nice and clean, with very friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable, breakfast was good, too. Location is nice, there are public transport in vicinity. Only bad thing is the speed of the elevator, they are pretty slow.

Super Clean. Interior rooms are looking on the inside of the hotel … so not so nice … You can not see what time is it … or what's the weather outside … Breakfast excellent… Personnel friendly Location ideal for sightseeing…

Room with window overlooking the reception. No fresh air whatsoever unless you leave the noisy air conditioning on all night. Not the best. Several homeless people sleeping rough on the benches outside the hotel. Only good point is the central location. I'll look for anothee hotel next time I stay in Budapest.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the beds comfortable. The location of the hotel was very good, if we wanted to buy or eat something, there would be many shops and restaurants around. The breakfast was excellent.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is quite convenient with plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Jinxed. Wifi was totally unreliable for ourselves and several of our colleagues. Was blistering hot but they wouldn't turn on the air conditioning until May. Lots of street noise as we had to keep our window open. They also wouldn't honour our group room rate. Then curtain fell off track and they told us to fix it ourselves or get moved to another room. At least it was an authentic experience reminding us of the communist era.

Good location, good bars and clubs near the location. cheap for where it is, rooms were clean and tidy.

You get what you expect form an NH, its just ok, had a underground parking, reasonably priced, the staff was always friendly and the room as modernish. A bit far from the city center (20 mins walking) but 2 blocks away from Metro station and Central Train Station. On the pest side, good price, value ratio.

An entire floor of rooms for smokers! Wi-Fi is free in all hotels.

A modern, clean hotel. Cooked breakfast choice was a bit poor, but other than that can't fault it at all.
