My first visit today at the Aria (while picking up a customer) … only one word can describe this hotel and its staff… SUPERB. The biggest experience was to meet and shake hands with the owner Mr. Henry Kallan.

Absolutely loved our stay here; from the moment we arrived to the sad moment we had to leave the staff and this hotel were faultless. From the amazing front desk staff to the man who cleaned the roof of the foyer at breakfast. Every single member of staff were kind and helpful and went the extra mile especially regarding my allergies! Luxury terrace room was AMAZING. Breakfasts are superb and until 11 which suited us well; Viktor was so helpful; Sylvia also sorted our itinerary out and made sure we saw all the things we wanted to see. The High Note bar is great for cocktails and we are the bar snacks which were lovely. Another amazing feature is the cheese and wine at 4pm daily! And music entertainment…! I did not want to leave Hotel Aria … ever! Budapest also didn’t fail and indeed met/exceeded our expectations… this was the best four day trip … will cherish the memories! Thank you Hotel Aria and Budapest!

Top hotel! Warm welcome and very nice employees! It's a house of music, everywhere pleasant music is aired! Every room is individually furnished, we've been in the "Beatles" room, extremely high standard (Bowers & Wilkins speakers, Nespresso machine, comfortable bed). Highly recommended roof top bar with awesome drinks (make a reservation at the lobby)!

This place is amazing. The spa, rooftop Sky Bar and charming rooms. It also has a wonderful music theme and daily afternoon wine and cheese time for guests.

My favorite view in Budapest! Really good cocktails and a nice staff. Book a table half an hour before sunset, it’s the best of both worlds. This is a budamust :-)

We went to the hotel restaurant for a special dinner, four people, June 25th as external guests (I live in Budapest, my friends were visiting). Always heard about this hotel since it opened, so I wanted to see the rooftop bar and try the restaurant. Service is a serious issue though: the lack of communication and professionalism among the staff made things difficult. One good thing is that the designer food at the restaurant was satisfactory: the menu is not extensive, but the dishes are very good. They write at the end of their menu (also published on their website) : "Áraink HUF-ban értendők. Áraink az ÁFA-t és a 15% szervízdíjat tartalmazzák. / Our prices are in HUF. VAT and a 15% service charge is included", which is not exact as service is not included, but rather added on top of the bill. We also reserved a table at the rooftop bar to see the sunset after dinner (which started at 8 pm), but the service was quite slow and we were too late for that (we had a two course meal which lasted almost until 10 pm! ). I had also previously agreed with the manager that we could have desserts at the rooftop bar, but the waitress who served us at table said it was impossible and did not even try to ask her manager about it. It was too late anyway and we gave up desserts.

Known as Travelocity's number one hotel in the world. (that's highly debatable) however it's so Chic, stylish and amazingly popular for good reason. If you're in Budapest, you must go and see the main floor and say hello to one the best piano playing entertainers on the planet Khsai. You'll also love the roof top bar facing the Beautiful dome of the St. Stevens Bascillica.

Staff were lovely, the facilities were great as you would expect from such an establishment; sauna, jacuzzi, heated indoor pool lovely relaxation area. The massage was lovely, relaxing.

We spent five days the marvelous Aria. It is stunning and sparkling. The staff was the most amazing I have ever encountered. Our virtual fire on the TV didn't work and — immediately — two of the staff members were up to fix it. We loved our Strauss Room and the balcony overlooking the charming street. The decor of the room was stunning. Thomas at the front desk was quite helpful in many ways. My mother is 95 and travel is a bit difficult for her. Not at the Aria. Everyone was so solicitous. The restaurant food was inventive and artistic. The Room Service, High Note Sky Bar, and Afternoon Wine & Cheese were amazing as well. The Aria Budapest took the word "pampered" to a new level.

This hotel is top. Well worth a visit if you are in Budapest. I will be going back, justed loved my stay there. Great food, very friendly staff and the room was fantastic. All you need for your stay in Budapest. Oh and not to forget that there is a great Sky bar. I didn't make it to the Spa but I will next time.

Loved it. Really helpful staff and lots of freebies like breakfast and happy hour with a live pianist (a good one). Mrs enjoyed a spa experience too. It has been recently fitted out with latest gadgets, press button for the shades to come down etc, and a cool entertainment system. Concierge is very proactive and helpful, recommending places to see, booking a hard-to-book restaurant etc.

We spent our first wedding anniversary at the Aria Hotel and had the most amazing experience.
The hotel and its surroundings are simply stunning. Our room was made up to perfection every day and included a turn down service at night. We were lucky to have a balcony that looked onto the Sky bar and the service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. A complimentary cheese & wine service whilst being entertained by a classical pianist was an added extra bonus and the breakfast was lovely. We honestly could not fault it and had an amazing time. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff at the Aria hotel. You guys are doing an amazing job!

Wonderful hotel and the center of Budapest. The theme of music is present in everything — in the interior, sounds quiet in the elevator, even in the wine label in the rooftop bar! Very helpful and professional staff at the front desk. I recommend it to my friends. I'm sure everyone will like it!

Beautiful, boutique hotel. Excellent customer service, rooms are stunning. Great breakfast with everything you would want — eggs cooked in any style, toast, cereals, cold meats, fresh fruit and yogurts, juices etc. Amazing Skybar with views over the river to the castle and St Stephen's basilica looks fabulous lit up at night. Spa and pool area lovely too. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

Perfect hotel in a prime location right next to the large and beautiful cathedral. Everything can be reached on foot. The service of this hotel is superbly friendly and accommodating, very personal! The facilities are elegant and modern, a small but fine SPA, classically modern equipped rooms with tea and coffee offer, very cozy wine-cheese hour in the afternoon in the lobby with piano music. A highlight in Budapest!

Excellent hotel ideally located in Budapest, this hotel offers excellent services. The staff are really nice and seek to satisfy you.

Wonderful hotel, very central and a real 5 star.

Over the years I have stayed in many many hotels, but I have never felt the welcoming nature that we felt from every employee we met. It started at the door with the bellhop welcome, then on to the front desk welcome, the general manager welcome. All made us feel special, welcome and that they were all there to serve our every whim. No question this hotel is all about top notch service. But, they also have tech gadgets in each room. A great rooftop bar overlooking the basilica and a spa for massages, sauna, steam and pool. Location is perfect and within easy walking distance anywhere. This hotel and staff will make your time here even better than you could imagine.

I've been here for almost a week and I didn't get bored of this beautiful place. The room is nice and cozy. The restaurant is very good. They offer breakfast till 11, perfect for me. From 16-18 you can drink wine (good wine) and eat some very fine cheese. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. Oh, and the service, best I ever had. I liked this place very much.

Outstanding service in every single context!. We were fortunate to have to hotel upgrade our room Aria Signature Room with city view, what a great room! Staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and gracious. They even arranged a professional airport transfer with a black Mercedes. From the moment of check-in to our departure, our experience at the Aria was magnificent. Definitely would come back again.

Very contemporary, stylish and beautifully designed hotel. The Hotel is centrally located in Budapest, just minutes away from the cathedral. There is a rooftop pool and bar with a great view over the city. The staff is friendly and curteous. The service is effective, efficient, and professional. I have worked as a professional pianist in some of the world's finest hotels and have resided in many of them across the European continent, the United States and in South America/Caribbean, and its is without prejudice that I say that Aria Hotel Budapest by Library Hotel Collection is by far the all-around best and finest I have ever encountered in my more than thirty years of experience in this business. Not only is the service impeccable, but its also evident that the staff has been carefully selected to ensure that guests receive a level of service that is above and beyond the call of duty. Perfect!

This hotel is ranked first in Budapest, which is why he was and is being booked from 18 to 21 February. I was expecting excellent service and recreation. We got a room in 308 with a view of the courtyard. At first glance, the hotel is overwhelmed by its appearance and location, as well as by the view from the roof to Bazeliku St. Stephen. But that's the upside of it. They went to the hotel too late, the restaurants in the neighborhood were already closed, asked about room service-the room service menu is a few names, and that's two kinds of sandwiches (a sandwich, you can't call it, a waffle, and a finest of toppings), and they couldn't determine the smell or taste of any of us had the salmon sandwich. And who had ham), a cheese plate, like 1 salad and 1 dessert. We ordered everything that was on the menu-but it was a little bit of an attempt. Then, in a room above the fireplace, one lamp started flashing continuously, and a call was made to the hotel, a young man who met us was just spinning a lamp, a collapsing on the side of dome, and promised that the next morning the breakdown would be resolved. But the next morning, not all the following days, the breakdown was not fixed. TV channel in Russian only one, it says HD, but the image is worse than the TV's Rubin of Soviet times, with intermittent sound and falling behind the image.

We had an amazing stay at Aria! The Hotel location is great, right in the center of Budapest and a walk away from all the great attractions. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff and we got upgraded to a super beautiful suite! Thank you for that! The spa was complete with all the intimity you need for perfect relaxation. Complimentary wine and cheese is a big plus, and breakfast is really good! Rooftop bar is a great place to have a drink and finish the night off! Everything was beautiful! A little bit of difficulty with the shower controls but that's no biggie. Definitely worth of their 5-star and TripAdvisor ratings! Thank you very much to the excellent staff and a shout-out to Tamas who gave us the best suggestions on restaurants! Definitely coming back when in Hungary!

Aria hotel is truly more than just another luxury hotel. It is impeccable and stands out with its music themed decor and design. The hotel offers complimentary wine & cheese for its guests accompanied with a music performance every day. It also has a rooftop bar called High Note Sky Bar with stunning views and nice cocktails. Hospitality, the sense of service and the friendliness of the staff, make you spend a very nice time.
The framework is just sublime with a view of the Danube and the main monuments.
Two terraces 360 degrees (remember to book in advance), will offer you night an enchanting setting on Budapest.
The kitchen is varied is delicious.
Flat between 8 euros and 25 euros. Drinks from 5 euros to 10 euros.

A very nice experience. Modern, spacious and clean rooms. The included breakfast and cheese and wine ands a big plus to the whole experience. Will definitely go there again!

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Free wine and cheese in the afternoon is the perfect way to end the day and the sky bar is a must visit. The pool area and spa area are five star, my wife had to send out a search party for me as I fell asleep in the relaxing area. The only minus is that as in most of Budapest service is included but the staff still seem to expect a tip which I didn't do.

I just went to the rooftop… The staff was very unfriendly, phlegmatic and ignoring. They were slow despite there were not so many guests… the price is ridiculously high… If you are on budget you better not go there. The whole atmosphere was unpleasant… Plus, I ordered beer and I got a more expensive one and I got to know only when I asked the bill… I got surprised and really mad.
