Great comfort, great view, excellent vibe, friendly staff and good selection of food from the buffet. The gym and sauna are also an added bonus. The infinity pool is an excellent feature. Very pleased.

You would not expect this kind of excellence in such a place. Great location. Right next to the ocean. I believe all rooms have the ocean view. Very spacious rooms, infinity pool, beautiful decor, excellent food, I hear the massage is to die for. And your stay cannot be complete if you haven’t had the pizza by the pool, just sumptuous!

Unfortunately completely disappointed by the commercial service of this Hotel. Twice, the payment by VISA card was rejected by the payment module, and could not be paid by cheque. "Sir, you have to pay cash, you can withdraw money from the bank that is at Plaza Diamond! " (You have to get out of the hotel, take the car and return to the security station…)
I thought I was dreaming: it's not a single Visa card that didn't work, but 4 (2 visa Gold cards, one AMEX Platinum card, and a local bank Visa card). The same cards work at the ATM, strange no?
In short for a hotel of this class with 5 stars displayed, obligated to pay in cash only, without having the possibility to withdraw money in an ATM in the hotel (there is none, as in all Hotels of Conakry), it is very average and especially degrading For the customer who finds himself in this situation. I strongly advise against disrespect of the client.

I guess one of the best hotels there, surprisingly good service with ok value for food and drinks.

This hotel is ambitious. Professional staff, great services for single tourists even for businessmans. Design is comparable with european standards. You can use swimming pool for free, they have 24 hour room service and lot of places for businessmans work. Absolutely perfect among local accomodation offer.

An oasis, a luxury in a poor city. It's well built and the stuff are nice. The swimming pool is beautiful. The up keeping of the spa is struggling probably because of supply shortage. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Sheraton is the largest hotel in Conakry very 1000 very large. Here one day I have a chance to lodge in I'll be the happiest girl in the world. I love you Sheraton.

Stayed here shortly after opening. One has to wonder what such a hotel as this is doing here. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Water was so clean you could smell the chlorine. Food was overpriced and just okay. Some staff barely speak French let alone English. I absolutely would stay here again.
