Good service, good food and a wonderful pool. It's also pet friendly so you can bring all your family members.

The service is better than what you can ask for. I love where it is. It has stores up and down the street from it. Beautiful views.

The Hotel Tolimán is a real hidden treasure.
On the shores of the beautiful Lake Atitlan (in the village of San Lucas), with beautiful gardens and breathtaking scenery, you will find this jewel called Hotel Tolimán, where the people who work can not be kinder and gentle, where the owner strives to please his Guests and an exquisite restaurant, at very affordable and fair prices.
The rooms are comfortable and spacious, very clean but no frills.
The hotel has its own organic garden.
From there you can hire excursions to various points of the lake (I recommend San Juan La Laguna and Santa Catarina Palopó) before arriving at the hotel you will find the village that has a very nice Catholic Church (primitive) just a few steps from the hotel.
On the market days that are Sunday and I think Friday, you will find an incredible variety of handicrafts and especially guipiles and/or embroideries.
The 3 days of stay were too short for a place Ta Lindo (ideal to rest).
We have to go back.

A very nice hotel in a very quiet village, if you are looking for a quiet place and to relax this is your place to go, the hotel was a coffee benefit and kept many of its details, the rooms very cozy, the staff very friendly always willing to help with Any questions.

Bougiest restaurant in town but also best food in town. Priced around $10 per entree this is definitely a go to for dinner! Got the fried tilapia and was not disappointed. Great ambience and service as well.

My friend Louise and I met in Guatemala for a short vacation in January 2017. From the time our driver picked us up at the airport in Guatemala City until we left, we were showered affection and attentiveness. The food is delicious and nourishing — they have a huge vegetable garden that you can tour with its caretaker. Every morning we had breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant and enjoyed the featured warm drink of the day, a delicious breakfast and a spectacular view of Lake Atitlán. Each wonderful meal was prepared under the guidance of Chef Chati. The hotel is beautifully decorated and its gardens are beautiful and ideal for relaxing. You will find treasures all around, such as stained-glass art, pottery and lovingly cared-for plants. Oh and what a wonderful thing it was to be staying at a place where one feels so good, 'cause on the third day of our stay, Louise broke her ankle as we hiked down a mountain! Not knowing anyone else, we reached out to the hotel and everyone at there helped us, arranging with a local hospital to care for Louise and taking us there and back to the hotel. Our driver and guide stayed with us until Louise returned to her room that night. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Tolimán for looking after Louise with such warmth. If you want to be in a beautiful, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend Hotel Toliman. From there you can visit by boat or by road all the other villages on the shores of Lake Atitlán.

I love to stay here every time I visit Amatitlan. It's the best hotel at San Lucas Toliman yet. The food service is great and the pool is even greater, it was recently upgraded. Nevertheless, I consider the rooms could use an upgrade when it comes to furniture. But overall experience, well you can tell by the rating.

Dinner and drinks at Hotel Tolimán were a great way to end a busy day. Slow to serve food, but worth the wait.

Great garden and pool area. Food was great. Not much to do in the town tho.
