➜ It was a wonderful experience, the hotel is very nice, there is a lot of nature around, the service very good, the people very friendly and the food delicious. Extensive facilities and very close to Xetulul and the other parks. We'll be back soon.
➜ The truth was a pitiful experience, when we arrived we were offered a double room and were told that it was the last one they had, I saw it because I saw it and I found it, what they did not tell us was that it is only a door that divides one room from another, into the same bungalow, listening to everything that the people in the other room were shouting and laughing and laughing, having nothing but no privacy, the worst thing is that I have two small babes and every time the other people laughed and shouted my girls were scared and could not sleep, it was a regrettable and disastrous experience, I went to reception and the only thing that told me is that the customers already know that this is the rooms in that place unresolved anything.
The truth is not recommended at this hotel.
