Very good service, rooms with accessories, very well placed, to pass a quiet night.

Called and booked a taxi for me and great breakfast love it.

I only stayed one night… it was a lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, beautiful room and fabulous included breakfast!

Was given a room with no window and right next to the reception. When booking it was stated that this room has no Windows, but it was stated that there is a view of the city. Pure fraud. Change refused, citing the lack of places in the hotel. Special shock caused the door. That's strange that is built like a good boutique hotel which is two doors that are of such poor quality and so thin and flimsy that, at first, scary for them to take, because it feels like you're just going to tear it off, and secondly, evidence zero.

I really liked the experience of knowing this small but great hotel, its excellent location a few blocks away from endless shopping malls, nightclubs, shops, make it a very good option, very comfortable and their prices very accessible, recommended without a doubt.

Super Hotel for the price. And the perfect service. It is a shame that the music of the disco is so strong 3 on Saturday but it is not the fault of the hotel I recommend.

Excellent hotel in Guatemala City, the rate includes breakfast. It is located in Zone 10 which is safe and allows multiple connections and has a coffee that offers high quality products.

It is a small hotel in the best area of Guatemala city… it's comfortable, cute. Quiet and the bed is super. From there you have easy access to several points of the city.

This hotel is the best in the area. Comfortable, quiet, nice decoration in the rooms. Breakfast is included and there are very good food choices to a few streets. The staff is super friendly and attentive that everything in your stay goes well.

The hotel is in wonderful location at Zona Viva.
Very clean room and professional staff.
Towels could be bigger and larger quantity provided. Amenities (soaps, shampoo) are bare minimum and faulty internet, no spa service, no pool, make me not agree with BOUTIQUE HOTEL classification.
Breakfast included was a good value.
