Lousy care of the employees, from receptionist to administrator or charge very pedantic, the truth I had a very bad impression. I think that by providing a service should take good care of the care and service they provide to their customers. I had never come across with treatment and attention so bad in any hotel.

I love this hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything and the service is the best of the best. I specially like the buffet on Sundays, the food is not only outstandingly good but they have live Marimba. I recommend trying it out, even if you are not staying there.

Nice hotel located in a safe, interesting historic area. The lobby opens into a pedestrian street with many shops, restaurants, and museums nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful and the level of service is good.

Awesome Customer Service! They made us feel like home and help us with all we need (example) I'm traveling with a baby I need it to wash bottles well they help me with that so super happy. Love my people!

Above valued the rooms, because for that same price you can get better in a hotel to the vicinity of the airport, as far as the service qualifies it in 3 of 5, another drawback is the parking, for a large activity do not fit the vehicles Qie arrive and You have to look for lugates, in an area that is not as safe.

Love this hotel! I stay here every time I go to Guatemala City. Safe, secure, clean, reasonably priced, and conveniently located right in the heart of the Historic District, blocks from the National Palace, right in the middle of the best pedestrian walking area of the city. There are plenty of things to do, see, and eat within walking distance of the hotel. Good Wi-Fi. Walking distance to the Litegua bus terminal, which has buses every hour to all points East, all the way to Puerto Barrios, on the Caribbean Sea.

This hotel is very confortable. The rooms are clean and I feel very safe staying here. The receptionist was very nice!

Nice, clean and comfy. Antique atmosphere, with live marimba music on Sundays. Food is great and the serving size is very generous, specially breakfast which comes included with the night. The rooms are decent and beds enough to accommodate 2. Some rooms have balconies but only a few get the "paseo de la sexta" view. A/C is not great but when the weather is fine ups don't really need it. Bar stays on only until 10 but there's plenty of bars nearby. Avoid wandering late at night.

The staff was extremely help to a new comer to Guatemala not a tourist. I am making it my headquarters on all my GC visits. It is centrally located and very safe. Internet is down stairs and very public. Rooms are great. Book online though expedia. Or something. $50 USA.
