first it had no water, light of the avitation was burned at the time of delivery. The moment we ordered dinner it took 1:30 hours to finish serving us.
Terrible information about the place, unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to meet and when we started figuring out and calling we were not given true information as we were told that from the Lanquin village we would stay 15 minutes to get to the hotel, when in fact it was 40 minutes to arrive.
we were also told that if you were up small car, when in fact it is not advisable to carry small cart. We touched that leaving the car in the village and getting in a pickup and leaving the car at a gas station where they take care of them in the end I think everything is negotiated, since the same receptionist was the one who told us where to leave the cars and who could get us to the hotel, in the end the disgust is for the terrible service and for the bad information they provide because if they had indicated us for the additional expenses that were given I think it would be less annoying.
so I wouldn't recommend the place why being there is one of the worst hotels.
