The service and customer service, received by the administrative manager of the hotel was rude and disrespectful, since he yelled at us and did not provide favorable or satisfactory solutions to the situation experienced, since he suggested as the only alternative to vacate the hotel facilities late at night, without considering the inclement weather, the physical fatigue of a long trip, causing alterations and emotional affections in members of our family.
