Great place, clean and comfortable rooms. The best view! The workers gave us useful tips about Meteora. We had a great time there.

For me, only one plus — nearby monasteries. The internet didn't work. And from the reviews you read, it suggests that it doesn't always work. For guests. And this applies not only to Wi-Fi, but also to the guests if the latter wish to pay for accommodation by card. The impression is spoiled.

A great place to stay before visiting Meteora. Very tasty dinner, lovely view from the hotel.

Very pleasant. Food good. Spotlessly clean with decor fresh, including linen, towels, curtains etc. Lovely view. Road easy to find and in good repair.

Good price, nice room. But the dinner and breakfast… I really don’t like it. Fired potato, sausage and souvlaki+Greece salad for 11€. Just go to restaurant you can have more choices.

The location is beautifully quiet. The view is very good. The cleanliness is mediocre. The equipment is still iO. Dinner was good, but too expensive. The host always talks to … Rooms have a balcony. Verdict, for the price ok.

Quiet and peaceful place on the other side of the meteor, just outside the road. View of the cliff with the monastery of St. Stefan. Comfortable and comfortable bed. Very welcoming host and his mum.

VERY VERY bad service I can't give it at least one star! The owner doesn't allow you to eat food not bought from his "restaurant" which he says is the best because his mother cook very well. He is one bad fat guy who is wearing dirty clothes and pees in the garden and the most important, he is pretending to be a European citizen and he really hate the Slavs as a nation and he is ready to drive you out of the hotel because you did not eat at his restaurant. DON'T plan your holiday here!

Great location! Great people, the rooms are clean and everything is fine, I can't find any complains. I stood there 2 days so maybe the review won't be very helpful. But the staff is very nice and helps you out to find interesting places nearby. Breakfast was good, enough to give you energy and with some locals stuff aswell (olives and yogurt). Cozy fireplace to stay as a bonus!

It leaves a good impression, pure and authentic. Great view of the valley and the rocks of the Meteors.

We got what we expected. Kostas is a little pushy if you stay with a camper for free. But smart person can easily filter that. After a night right at the Meteora, this place was peaceful and taverna felt local as well as the souvlaki and greek salat. Wifi was not working, water was free. Would come again for sure.

Kostas try to charge us for the free breakfast included and tell about other peoples in the hôtel really Bad and take this scooter to hit à dog outside the parking lot. We take à room for the lowest Price but we never Côme back His mother was friendly. He's really racist about roumain and black people.

Room clean but bathroom to be redone. Parking away from the hotel, kostas the owner at the reception are very racist towards romanians and several other nationality, homophobic and despise the other clients on-site and would like to hate-filled and rude. Very difficult to get rid of him and his monologues. He wanted to charge us 10 euros for the breakfast is included, which has not been served, and force you to eat on site the food for his mother. He was running after the animals with his scooter and hitting. To avoid as a hotel but very nice area to visit.

Quite place. Very clean with the romantic view to the olive garden. New to Meteora monasteries. I woke up from the bird singing in the garden and it gives charming feeling from this place.

I love this place. It has a worn, old feeling to it, which some people might not like. The owner is a funny chap who is quintessentially Greek. Our stay was comfortable and our host and his mother made every effort to make us at home. Waking up in the morning to the mountain views and the fresh air is phenomenal, evenings are equally beautiful.

Absolutely amazing! My fiancee and I stayed here while touring the Meteora, and we were welcomed with true Greek hospitality by Kostas and his mother. They made us a cup of Greek coffee on the spot, and even though we came early our room was ready in ten minutes. Kyria Vasiliki was a true Greek woman, kind, hospitable, hard-working, with a huge heart. She made sure our room was perfect, and she made us a delicious Greek breakfast in the morning. There was Wi-Fi, hot water, and a breathtaking view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The best! Very nice family business! Amazing location and friendly owners. Closest you can get to the famous monastery's of the area.

Beware! The website was written in 2008 and between then and now something has happened at Guest House Arsenis. There is no resemblance between the narrative on the web and what we found. In fact, it has a Greek resemblance to the Bates Motel. Avoid.
