We had an incredible stay at the Spitia Tzitzi. We stayed 3 nights, two in the honeymoon suite and one in the studio. The rooms were recently updated with nice fixtures, good AC, and comfy beds. They still maintained their Greek charm though, with original furniture and design style. Both rooms had breathtaking views. What surprised us most was how quiet and private everything felt, given that you are right on the caldera. Imerovigli is a great spot to get away from the crowds in Fira and Oia without sacrificing the beauty or convenience of being on the caldera.
Our host, Themis, was very helpful throughout the entire trip. He was always responsive, helped us book taxis and decide between activity options, and made us feel very welcome.
We looked into a lot of options for our trip to Santorini and would not have changed a thing. Would highly recommend!

Hospitality is unbelievable — Maria and Themis are unbelievable hosts. They get it. You can't go wrong staying in their place. The views are unbelievable, Breakfast was great, our apartment was super clean and well stocked and the plunge pool and lounge chairs were awesome also. Not too many steps, but just enough that we were a little off the main path. They made us reservations for outings and arranged for pick ups from the ferry and back to the airport. Their dinner reservation was our best meal out and also was not close to the most expensive restaurant. It always pays to ask a local. We will recommend to all our friends going to Santorini to consider booking with Maria and Themis. I must also add that they were not even close to the most expensive option. The value for what we paid, was great.

We stayed in the honeymoon cave suite with outdoor jacuzzi, the room was very clean and comfortable, the balcony had a stunning view of the Aegean sea and the caldera. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony every morning and evening and the water was just the right temperature!
The host, Themis, was very helpful and took great care of us. He helped us book airport transfers and rental cars and also gave us advice on our itinerary.
The owner Maris is very friendly and we enjoyed her homemade breakfast every morning which was very, very tasty.
Stay here, you won't regret it!

This was perfection in every way. Lovely comfortable accommodation with a well set up kitchen. Fantastic location, view’s restaurants coffee shop all within a few steps and yet hidden from all the foot traffic of the tourists. Maria and her family were beyond gracious, helpful friendly and really just a beautiful family. The breakfasts were home cooked and delicious. The view and pool was so perfect. Breathtaking. Thank you so much for amazing stay and communication with Maria and Themis was so easy and helpful. Feel like we have extended our family and fallen in love with Spitia Tzitzi.

One of our best experiences on our Greece vacation. Spitia is ideally located in Imerovigli, a bit away from the touristy Fira or Oia, but with equally spectacular views of the caldera. A very easy 20 minute walk to Fira, where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, large enough for a couple for a few days. It had a balcony with a spectacular view. Best of all the hospitality and service provided by Themis and Maria was outstanding. They gave us a fantastic and delicious, locally sourced, freshly prepared breakfast each morning and we ate on the balcony admiring the view. Themis guided us to activities and made restaurant recommendations and reservations, helped us book a rental car for one day to tour the southern part of the island. Truly above and beyond. Would highly recommend Spitia Tzitzi. Plan to add in a cataraman sunset cruise during your stay and visit the Akrotiri ruins if you have time. A convenient bus runs from Fira to Oia (pronounced Eeya).
