A very nice place! The position is perfect near thira! Every in Villa manos are kindle and professional. Breakfast is so good and their services (like taxi) are very efficient! Hope to come back, it was a pleasure be there.

Madam poppy and her crew made us feel very at home. Even gave us a bottle of wine and it shows how she appreciates her guests with her welcoming attitude and smile. We stay at a 6 bed room so the beds were a little soft and thin, a little bit to improve on but the couple beds for the studios around us were luxurious. If you want a place to chill, relax and feel like a family with the locals this is the place to be! Cheers.

Booked a superior room for four persons and got a room with three chairs, three beds and a camping bed with two thick blankets. Location was good. Within walking distance of Thira. They are exceptionally good at arranging transport and excursions. Offers car and bike rental at the hotel.

My friend and I arrived at this hotel (having booked) and we were moved (because supposedly more free rooms) more in the center of the city, the room was creepy and without pool or anything that was promised to us and for the same amount! The Director wanted to hear nothing and we had already paid… Revolting.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Big scam and unpleasant direction!

The hotel was very clean and tidy, the service was great and they provided a shuttle service from and to the airport (15€ per transport). The central location is ideal if you want to explore the island. There is a bus stop within 2 minutes from the hotel, but I recommend renting an ATV or a scooter for best mobility.

We moved to Villa Manos 2 because it was closer to the city center of Fira. It's not as lively as the main hotel and room was not that good. The staff was good and helpful. We tried another hotel at the same price and liked that one better, so do look for other options.

Amazing staff that will go out of their way to help you. Easy airport pickup to/from hotel. Rooms are quite nice with balconies, TVs, and modern look.

Such a beautiful place with amazing people and just a great overall vibe. It's very central so you are in the middle of the Island with great tourist attractions to all sides of you. Visitors will also be able to book ATV's and Scooters directly through the Villa staff.

Very clean and tidy, great staff, would recommend. Just double check the condition of the ATV that Villa Manos organizes through a particular company. One was near new and very good, the other was rattly, flat tires, empty tank and a bit scary! Hopefully it was a once off. Hire car the following day was perfect.

We loved this place! We can't Wait to go back! The owners are like our family now. The price is so Cheap! Is so clean and the staff is amazing! Profesionals!

Hotel very cute, com very good views of the surroundings and the sea. The location is a bit distant from the centers of the populations, but if you go with car or to rent one is very good.

Location is great. Just a short (20 minute-ish) walk to Fira where you can take a bus to any part of the island. The hotel is also beautiful and very inexpensive (although me being there in winter probably has something to do with that). The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great place. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel, luxury rooms, super clean, the welcome very friendly (seems like a family business), it has cost us in the low season only 28€. Not had shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, the only downside. There was parking in front as well that rental car is going very well, and is a 2 min drive there are area restaurants.

Wrong menu and do not know how to cook. Do not give enough soap or toilet paper and charge a lot for transport to take you to the centre of the city and the truth is better to go for a walk.

A great hotel with an excellent, friendly, welcoming staff for whom nothing seems too much trouble. A new poolside bar area will open next year (2018) but there is currently a small bar/restaurant in the reception area, and an outside dining area too. Rooms are spotlessly clean with double glazed and shuttered doors and windows so noise and light can be minimised. The air conditioning is efficient and fairly quiet, and the beds comfortable. But it’s the staff who make this place what it is. Without exception they provide an excellent, hospitable, warm and friendly service.

LOVED our stay here! It is a beautiful little place with lovely gardens and pool area. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with all activities, transfers etc. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was beautiful! We had a little balcony overlooking the outdoor dining area which was nice. It is a little out from the town but we hired a quad bike which was perfect & the bus stop is at the top of the street. One night we walked into Fira and got a taxi back which was quite affordable and the walk was pleasant! Loved it! Highly recommend!

Amazing and lovely staff! Great services, private transportation, súper clean rooms. There's a swimming pool and a bar/snack bar. The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Loved my stay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Manos. The rooms feel new and spacious as well as very clean. The staff is incredibly nice and are always ready to help. The hotel also offers transportation services cheaper than taxis. Couldn't recommend it more!

The rooms are nice and clean. My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days for our honeymoon. It's nice because it's just outside of the hustle and bustle of fira. Close enough to walk but we did end up renting an atv for the drive to fira. They have some entertainment at night and a pool which is nice on those hot days. All around would recommend.

The staff are nice and helpful. They provided useful information. They will introduce the day trip details and help you to call the rental company. The hotel hygiene is good. The swimming pool are awesome. But you may take 15 mins to walk to fira. For me, I enjoy to stay there.

You should not confused honest friendliness with sales attitude. They are friendly because they want to sell you stuff. Rooms are clean, you cannot argue with that. However, I found the leftovers of the previous guest in 5hr fridge. Even it is a bit far away, you have access to his and with a short walk you can reach fair-price restaurant. What I don't like is that they set prices high, just to discount them afterwards. Plainly insincere…

Absolutely beautiful and extremely accommodating considering our flight was cancelled and we arrived a day early at 1230am. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Everything was wonderful here! The hosts were very nice. The hotel offers car and scooter rental services but sadly we forgot our licenses at home. But the hotel offers transfer services that took us to both Oia and Fira then back to the hotel. They gave us detailed detections, recommended best photo points, nice restaurant and useful tips. Everything just couldn't be better. The hotel even has a nice outdoor pool so I bet it'll be even greater in the summer. So guys, you don't wanna miss this place!

My husband and I stayed here with 6 of our friends and family members for our wedding, it's a lovely hotel and the staff were so helpful and welcoming! They made our stay perfect and our room was so big and spacious.

Had a booking well in advance of the summer period — but they cancelled it leaving me paying 3 times the price in another place, which I was lucky to even get.

It was awesome. Totally would go back.

Had the best time here. Great location and its a family owned hotel. Wish I stayed more days in Santorini and in this hotel. Renting an ATV is a must.

Everything was wonderful! Highly recommended! Free pick and drop off at ferry dock. Room was great, brilliant bathroom and shower, strong Wi-Fi in room. Beautiful pool. Quiet area, away from hustle of Fira but close enough to walk to. Beware of narrow main road, though! No need to buy any packaged tours from Poppy; plenty of options to choose from if you go to Fira or old Fira port yourself.

Let me preface this by saying we will never forget Santorini, and I highly recommend this as a vacation spot for couples. The owners of Villa Manos are what you imagine the friendly Greeks to be. They made us feel like family. Now for the useful bits. When: April 3-7 Room: 12 Pros: beautiful villa, VERY reasonably priced stay. Great pool, fantastic stone work, art done almost exclusively with local materials, good landscaping using native species. Excellent furniture, everything in solid wood. At night it gets chilly but blankets were warm, and the wooden shutters on the window made the room pitch black for good sleep. Big balcony for breakfast lunch and dinner view! NOTHING tacky here, everything was simple and stylish. Good sunrise even from your balcony or poolside. Cons: bed was hard, shower small. I note that they are making impressive renovations, so that might be temporary! Additional: yes there is an air conditioner, though we didn't have to use it. Mini fridge also available. Pick this location especially if you want to mostly self-manage like we did. Go to the grocery store, pick up some snacks, put them in the fridge and serve yourself: trust me, it's great! Do not be afraid to ask Poppy or her husband if you have questions, need directions, want to know how to do/say something.

This place is a must first and for most it is not located where Google maps places it, it is on the main road leading to thira however if you travel via ferry or plane some one from villa manos will be their to give you a lift. We stayed two nights but wished we had stayed more, for two reasons the town of thira or fira is amazing and because everyone at villa manos was so nice to us. On the first day I go sun burnt and was read as a tomato and popy gave me some alo vera gel that work so well. Also nights where spent at the bar near the pool everyone was friendly and it was such a fun atmosphere. Thanks to all at villa manos for a great stay and great people.

I've had a wonderful stay there: good rooms, great pool, and above all a limitless service. Poppy (the owner) will do anything to please you and satisfy tour needs. Just. Little far from Fira, 20 minute walk, nothing that can't be done. Don't let that discourage you: this is the place to stay.

Best value in Europe. The quality of the hotel is amazing for the price. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The view is beautiful.
