Lovely rooms the food is always gorgeous Dinner breakfast and snacks. The giros are lovely cheap too. The greek night karaoke was the best night. Also not to far from Rhodes town. Thank you.

This is a wonderful hotel with only 11 rooms, an amazing swimming pool and just 50mt from the sea!. The service is perfect and the staff is always smiling and happy to help you. The food is prepared fresh at the request, it was always fresh and delicious. I had great cocktails and the bar has a decent selection of spirits to satisfy your thirsty during your stay. Finally the rooms: all of them have a balcony with a view on the swimming pool or the see, they after modern and spacious. The bathroom is modern and functional but bring your shower gel and shampoo because there aren't any. The room and the hotel in general is very clean and well managed.

Mike and Georgio are perfect hosts. Beautiful rooms and excellent food. Very close to the beach but also a lovely pool and terraced area. Would definitely like to come back very soon.

Fantastic people (owner and guests) therefore I try not to rave too much how much fun I had… too scared to attract the wrong crowd. If you are into showing off at the bar or a party animal — look further. The place is perfect for relaxing, having a good talk with people and enjoying life and a good book.
Wonderful food and easy access to bus and other businesses. Couple of minutes by foot across a small path bordered by fields to the beach — the perfect spot to relax and spend time with owners, staff other guests and locals who pass. Was my first time — Plan to go back. Have meet people who return for 20+ years, what else is there to say? Efcharisto to Michaelis, Rob and the ladies in the kitchen… hmmm food as my Yaya used to cook.

Wonderful warm welcome from Michael, made us feel at home even though we weren't staying at the apartments.
The food is great, made using fresh ingredients and tastes delicious.
Drinks are plentiful and the service is second to none.
The pool is clean and has a lovely atmosphere, with plenty of seats and sunbeds.

Quality hotel, friendly people, my little home from home. Everything is clean, food is excellent and the people can't do enough for you. I get a lovely welcome every time I visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brilliant staff. Quirky on-road dining and proper tasty food. Lovely view of the sunset and reasonable prices. The entertainment was quirky but very good and engaging.

Great hospitality, from a lovely, family run business, cracking food clean rooms, nice pool area, all in all top notch.

We can only comment on the restaurant/bar which we have now visited on a number of occasions. A mixture of Greek and English bar food you would expect. For a small place the food is of a very high quality. The gyros is fantastic, as is the souvlaki and they even make proper home made chips. Tuesday night is Greek night and has a fun party feel with extra tables put on the road and a space cleared in the bar. The staff are friendly and the owner is a very nice guy who gave us a lift free of charge back to the hotel a mile away on more than one occasion — excellent! Visited here August 2017 and June 2018.

Lovely family run complex. Beautifully clean. Situated near a beach. Has a main and baby pool. Lovely food. People return here year after year. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay with lovely family looking after you. You must try mamas giant beans as a starter, out of this world. Eaten this dish in at least 20 places before but nothing comes close to mamas. Best place to stay on east coast of rhodes. To help greek people please dont stay at all inclusive hotels, stay in small family concerns and take in proper greek culture and cuisine.

Sea View Studios. What can I say? Victoria and Michael are the perfect hosts. The accommodation and pools are in a lovely setting. The sea is about 1/2 a mile away. Their menu has a large variety of dishes at brilliant prices. Definitely somewhere I would recommend to anyone wanting a holiday on the beautiful island of Rhodes!

Have been coming to Tholos since 1985 stayed at most/all of the studios/appts/hotels but the Sea View is special! Michalis is my little brother from another mother & has took over with Victoria to carry on the family business & has done it in style, mum Iro's cooking is proper Greek home from home cooking, Sea View is a little bit of paradise where u will always be looked after like long lost friends even if it's your first time & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, see u all soon. We never go to the same holiday destination twice we said 3 years ago. Just got back from our 3rd 2 week holiday. There is always a great welcome from Michael & his family. Food is amazing. Apartments clean & functional. A great base for exploring the island & when you need to chill there's no better place then around the Sea View pool. Cannot recommend this place enough. Hopefully see you in 2018

The Sea view is a wonderful place for all ages. Amenities are great, beautiful pool and beach access readily available. Most importantly it's Family owned with wonderful staff. Yummy authentic home made Greek food and fantastic choice of drinks.

This is a great family hotel run by the owners Victoria and Michael who have looked after me and many other returning guests and made to feel so welcome!
I'v stayed here for many years as its a great place to relax and unwind.
Victoria's breakfasts are the best, and the stifardo best on the island and trust me I'v tried them all!
Highly recommend Tuesday night (karaoke and Greek night) I love it!

This was the first hotel I visited in Theologos/Rhodes and even Greece in general. Mike's Place is amazingly nice, lovely, the service is special. Even when you arrive for the very first time, you never feel like a stranger. With your arrival at Seaview, you are part of the family and will never be forgotten.
The breakfast is great. I'll never forget his effort when we tried to trick him by ordering German breakfast. But he did everything to make it as good as possible.
You gotta love this place.

Very helpful and very friendly atmosphere nothing is to much trouble for the family run hotel I've been coming to thollos for over twenty years and sea view as always been on top of my list of places to visit as the food is exceptional.

The people who work here are so nice! The food is very tasty. You get a lot for less. On tuesday night they have a karaoke night with music. You really need to go if you are in Theologos!

We are just a week back in Holland. We were three weeks in sea-views, Karfas. What a wonderful holiday we had! Located near the sea weather great, excellent views over the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Display of all people who work at sea. They helped us very well when we had some small problems. You manage everything very well and gave us good advice. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are clean, and every day new towels. And also the possibility to get a towel for the swimming pool. The restaurants in Karfas are very good, but the sea view restaurant is the best. We ate there a few times. The food is tasty, but even more important. The waiter (s) was excellent. Very very friendly and personal. So. If we think sea view, gets a big smile on our face.

Very friendly, very clean, perfect nice room, nice swimming pool, food in the restaurant is very good. In short a perfect vacation in a perfect hotel. We have been to many hotels in Greece but this is extraordinary. Is wahrsch because that the boss is always present.

Children loved the pool and liked the Maisonette apartment with area 'Loft' for their beds. Staff all v helpful, professional and friendly. You have really helped that our holiday and were beautiful with our children. Restaurant food good.

We have just returned from a two-week holiday in this complex in Zakynthos. The owner (Mary), Yiannis (a totally nice guy) and the rest of the staff are all nice, helpful and so friendly. The apartment was very spacious and with sufficient space. LARGE balcony with a fantastic view of grass, flowers and the sea. Fantastic sunrise from the balcony. The facility is very clean, lots of flowers and well landscaped. The pool is very nice and on the hill next to the bar. The only Critiscm, we had was the hard beds. Maria has an extra top luggage rack on our bed, but that was unfortunately not enough. In addition to the beds, the rest was perfect. We would go back in any case. A car is necessary because the facility on a hill is located. We spent lot of time also in Agassi (neighboring village), and in particular in two restaurants, peppermint and THE POSEIDON called. These were the best restaurants in Agassi's easy and the owner and staff are nice. The island is worth a visit also and there is plenty to see.

We are travelling with my wife, and that's the worst apartments/bungalows business, the ones that we have ever stayed. I would not say that if we had paid 40 or 50 euros, but pay 100 euro for a night (only for one night), and (plus) 10 euro for a small bowl with some fruits (only a mucus Watermellon and 4 piece melon (! ), well I must say, this is a scandal! The room has a small TV (must be 14 inches-I think) mounted on the wall, the bathroom was high without shampoo and shower very old with plastic doors. Old fashioned. What can I say more. Is it worth 100 euros.
