Its a Great hotel and directly by the sea. Food is delicious! Great coctails at the bar! Friendly staff! Great shows in the evening! I would recommand it! :)

This is definitely a no place 2 stay. Most of the staff are rude except a lady and gent on reception. The food is horrendous. We had 2 eat out everyday for 2 weeks that put us a 1000 pound over budget. There is no food 4 kids. If u like liver and a pork chop then this hotel is 4 u. U cant get a spirit drink until 6PM and that's in a paper cup. I have never experienced such a so all inclusive hotel like this. As 4 snacks during the day… what snacks. I would at a push give this dive a 1 star and that's being generous. My reviews will be going 2 tour companies because I'm sure this will be deleted in 30 secs.

I would like to warn everyone about this hotel. Notorious thefts and room break-ins. Service did not help anything. Avoid this hotel.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location in the middle of Kolymbia bay. Stunning sea view from almost every corner of the hotel, clean beautiful beach with little white stones, cool terrace at the pool with the wonderful seaview, crystal-clear sea, lovely food (choice is not too wide and dishes are simple, but always delicious), wide choice of drinks (just bier in a 0, 2l paper cup is a joke, especially for guests from Czechia, plus self-serviced water tanks would be nice and might reduce the queues at the bar), friendly and super-hardworking staff… No posh place but super-cozy and worth comming back.

Clear beach water and family friendly hotel.

Unpleasant staff, Covid restriction are very annoying, you need to queue for each single meal, even for a cup of water, which extremely sucks, if presented as all inclusive. The food is poor, meals limited. Location itself is not bad.

We stayed at this great hotel from from 25th September to 2nd October 2019 in double room with private pool. One of the best holidays of my life! Hotel is located directly to the beach and in just in front of the entrance there's a bus stop, you can go to Rodos, Lindos, seven springs, water park and many other directions. The hotel is kept in clean, the food is delicious but most of all the staff is great! All are super-friendly, especially Vula from the reception. They speak many languages and they're always ready to help you with everything. Theres a shop inside the hotel shes is so friendly and caring. They were always welcome us with smile and ask how's holiday. They definitely deserve a raise!

A Super Hotel! we are very satisfied!

I stayed here with my family for two weeks returning home yesterday and will try to be as honest and has fair as I can in my review. This hotel is in a supreme location in the middle of a Kolymbia beach and a great base to explore the local area and island. As for the hotel itself it’s kept very clean and run by hardworking staff who do their utmost to help, however. The food is horrible and repetitive, breakfast is very sparse with cheap tinned fruit and cheap packet hams and cheeses. Bread is in abundance but with only 1 four slice toaster for the whole hotel, the queues are long. Unlike most all inclusive hotels the luntania does not cater for kids at meal times forcing them to eat the same food. Of our 14 nights we ate out 10 nights and 8 lunch times. Thank good for good local restaurants. The drinks and the bar and no better either with a self service through the day of soft drinks and beer on tap. The bar does not open until 6pm so no spirits or cocktails until then. Spirits are vile all being “locally produced” without the option to buy branded spirits either. Gin is Dry White Spirit and vodka is White Spirit.

We have been coming here every year for 5 years — always a dream… We will NEVER forget how hard we made at our wedding on 8.8.2015, which took place directly on the beach at the hotel! The complete staff, including the man responsible for the beach chairs, always have a smile…

We stayed from August 11-18,, great hotel, great location, great holiday. The staff are amazing, very kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

There are almost no Russian tourists among the holidaymakers. The bulk is from Poland, Germany, France. Located on the first line, the area is large, well-groomed.
The beach is pebble. Opposite the hotel 40 meters away, a large stone with fish, the water is clean. Most of the rooms overlook the sea, even a piece of the sea can be seen.
The food is delicious. From fruit only watermelons, melons, grapes, oranges wedges. Seafood is not enough. Dinner is good. Lunch and breakfast are much more modest. Ice cream is freely available. Rest with baby 2.5, August 2018.
Children's animation is quite weak. There is a small playground on a beautiful lawn.
Wi-fi is free throughout the area, but the room almost does not catch.

The hotel is nice, clean and good food, but if 5 star is the absolute top class, then I don't think this can be a 4 star.

Прекрасный отель с хорошей инфраструктурой. Пляж перед отелем хотя и общественным считается, но обычно никем, кроме отдыхающих в отеле не занимается. На рецепшине Wi-Fi доступен бесплатно. Остров сам по себе сказочный, поэтому не сидели в номере, заказали на рецепшене машину в складчину с другой семьёй и объехали почти весь остров. Реально, цена оказалась не больше, чем в других прокатных пунктах. Зато получили ключи на Рецепшине, и так же их там оставили, когда срок аренды закончился. Дважды выступали греческие артисты, демонстрировали танцы. Всем желаю хорошего отдыха и интересых экскурсий.

Lovely hotel with good infrastructure. The beach in front of the hotel, although public, is considered, but usually nobody but holidaymakers at the hotel does. On the reception, Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The island itself is fabulous, so they did not sit in the room, they ordered a car on the retsepshene in a mudbrick with another family and traveled almost the entire island. Actually, the price was not more than in other rental locations. But they received the keys on the Reception, and they were also left there when the lease term ended. Greek artists performed twice, demonstrated dances. I wish everyone a good holiday and the interests of excursions.

Budget hotel, nice beach, friendly service, but thin walls make it a nightmare when you try to get a sleep.

We changed the hotel after 3 nights. This is not a 4* hotel. It is 2* at max 3*. Cleanliness is not their strong point. Food is not good, so all inclusive is not worth much, except if you eat everything, no matter the taste. I would look for a different hotel.

Dream vacation… I'm still there and already thinking about coming back as soon as possible! … great hotel, lovely staff, amazing views, ideal weather, plenty of excursions and possible hikes from the hotel… all the ingredients are there to spend a wonderful holiday…

Very nice hotel fair to the stars. The kitchen well bourgeois. Always very friendly at the Reception Vula and Elena. Also the chambermaid Gabriela as well as the entire staff and others. The manager is always very friendly.

Nice hotel, "all iclude" style. Not many kids attractions except pool and beach, no gym, no room Wi-Fi, and food could be better. Except that you can't beat that view, beach in that price!

Very disappointed with this hotel, entertainment was very poor, limited when we can have fizzy drinks which in an all inclusive hotel is not good, food was very repetitive and not a lot of option, we arrived at 02:00 am after our flight was delayed and there wasn't even a drink offered to us on arrival, we had people come into our room everyday but our sheets top or bottom wasn't changed once, our bathroom wasn't cleaned and our floor swept only once and no where to put our luggage as we had a late pick up, we were told to just leave it in reception area, (where anyone could take it! ). However the cleaniness of the site was very good and the staff were very friendly so I can't fault them on that.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but: the air conditioning is always flowing, the lock on the door is broken, the shampoo in the bathroom has been given once in the universe, the kitchen is not very diverse.

The reception ladies are very polite and very affectionate. Hospitality is friendly and direct. Beautiful sea, wonderful sea front rooms with private pool and very enjoyable. Good and timely. Hotels really try! For money.

4 star sign-blatant hoax. The room is old, with peeling paint, fungus and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Shower did not work properly, the hose is leaking, no conditioner. Refrigerator even before +15 does not cool.

I have been to this hotel three years in a row. Staff are fantastic.

Location excellent. Hotel is very out dated and needs urgent upgrade. Family room views etc very good. Negatives showers and food. Drinks ok but limited would not say it was 4 star.

In appearance and the beach looks pretty good.

Modest. I would say бедноватый hotel 3*. Питание in 2-3 dishes for lunch and dinner, a couple of side dishes, the restaurant is not always pure, bar none at all. The hotel area without greenery planted flowerbeds with dry цветами. Анимация missing and in the evening all just пьют. Воду in the pool, change rarely, but very warm and pure sea, pebble beach and bottom too, so better to go in the special тапках. Фотографии the rooms are тому. A really nice hotel, on the beach, with minimal decoration and room perfectly adapted. Food is tasty, served on buffet and the staff very friendly. We consider Lutania Beach visit next year again.
