Stay Helios Hotel

Positive: Interior very modern. Good shower and always had hot water. The rooms were cleaned every day and were done very well. We used the facilities at Sun and Sea, which was a great place to use the pool and snack bar. Was a nice walk in to Faliraki, around 10 minutes. Negative: Only small criticism is due to the wooden frame of the bed which was not obvious and stuck out further than the mattress. Going home with a few bruises 😂.

I loved this place so much, the owner is very kind, helpful and I fell in love with his dog Lorena, she is a dog with personality. Apartments are very clean and everything is well organised and you really feel like home. Nikos if you read this pet Lorena for us. Take care, Marijana and Marko from Serbia.

We loved the 2 properties by this same owner as we got to stay in both! (STAVRIS is other) Both had been renovated and had great bathrooms and beds. So friendly and helpful and made our stay so comfortable and easy. Helios is on the quieter end of Faliraki if that's what you are after and Stavris right on the main road but closer to Faliraki beaches. We loved both equally and cant say enough about Nectarios and his family! Σας ευχαριστούμε! ❤

The owner is super sweet. He welcome us kindly late at night. The apartment is really clean and it is cleaned once per day everyday. These two peculiarities are the real good things of the place. Speaking about the downside, the following are shortcomings only because of the price not really cheap. For that price I expect more Expecially considering that our friends booked a luxury room in the same building for just 50 euro more and way more beautiful. The apartment is a bit noise (it matters for me the first night, then I got use to), there was noise of the fridge, of the air conditioner, of some water outside the apartment (it seems from next door bathroom). The water in the shower doesn't go down from the first day, first shower. Beside all of this, it is ok this place more because of the owner and the cleaning lady.

Honestly was not impressed. Maybe 50 years ago it was deserted and romantic Bay, but now a small beach, crowded with people. At 5 PM, was already completely in shadow from the mountains. More impressed with the views from the mountain near the beach.

The beach is pebbly, you need resinova shoes.

A lovely bay with beautiful views. We went here when the weather was a bit on the cool side and it was a windy day, so it was very quiet but I can imagine, because it's a small beach, it getting very crowded quite easily. When we went the sea was rough which just added to it's beauty, watching the waves crashing against the rocks.

This bay is simply fantastic, the sea has an infinite number of shades, it is repaired and therefore the waters are calm. The small pebble beach where you can hire parasols and sun loungers. Council a stop at the bar for the quality of food and for the opportunity to enjoy this panorama from the top.

Very beautiful and very crowded. Crystal clear water and many fish to see. Advisable to arrive in the morning early enough to take a beach umbrella. Unfortunately, it is allowed to ship quite large batches of tourists to get closer to the coast so forget the silence and tranquility. However, a tour is recommended.

The rooms are good enough but far from anything else. Poor choices for breakfast.

Beautiful Bay for romantics. Shore-the pile surface and the pitfalls in between beds, sometimes right in the water. Lots of secluded places. Here you need to visit, but it would be good to have special shoes for swimming.

The hotel is located just outside of Faliraki on the hillside and therefore very quiet with a beautiful view over the city and the sea. Faliraki and the beach were within 15 minutes walking distance. In addition, there was also a free shuttle three times a day.
We had a mini classic suite with a very nice view of the sea. The room was very spacious and was cleaned daily. The bathroom, however, was very small and the open shower also put the toilet next to it with underwater shower.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a good choice for every taste. The evening buffet was sufficient and consisted of typical Greek dishes which were all delicious. We did not regret the booked half-board.
By the way is served directly by the pool which in contrast to sober Speisesäalen in other hotels has a very special charm.
Particularly noteworthy was the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There was always a smile and a friendly word. We just felt comfortable and the next holiday at the hillside is already scheduled.

It was a great holiday at the hillside you feel like at the Mama home greeting from the. Switzerland.

5€ sun bed + possibility for the cheque to visit 3 other beach inclusive. A nice pebble beach.

Very friendly family run hostel. The sleeping rooms and especially the bathrooms are basic but for the price that's totally understandable.

The food served is simple but yummy, the meat (local butchery) at the brace is really good.

A very small beach. If you come around 11, it may not be enough. A deckchair and a parasol is 10 euros.

We were a group of 8 people, and we stayed in studios. The studios were clean and cleaned everyday, but the furniture and the fixtures are pretty old. The plumbing needs an overhaul, because it makes a loud sound every time someone closes the sink taps. The staff is VERY friendly and willing to help. They speak very good English, and are courteous. The pool area is also very nice and clean. The distance to the beach is about 20 minutes walking, but there are free shuttles twice a day.

What I like about this hotel, is that it's run by a family. It creates a frendly atmosphere and they show great interrest in all of their visitors.
