Biggest problem is the owners. We contacted them stating we weren’t happy with the room as we’d arrived and let ourselves in and the spa was turned on and the room was extremely hot and many things were different than expected eg. No privacy option for shower, small room, no water, aircon not working properly, I could go on and on. Instead of being met with someone wanting to satisfy or improve our experience the owner decided to tell us that we should we happy we’re on holidays and if we complain the whole time we won’t have a good time. Also told that we paid for the cheapest room so we need to be grateful. Sorry? doesn’t matter what we paid we should still receive a decent service. Basically everything was always our fault and they never took accountability. Location is great though, walking distance to everything but I wouldn’t stay again.
Cannot recommend this accommodation downtown enough.
The accommodation itself is perfect with a spa like feeling, and a Jacuzzi too.
The location is perfect and near everything and quiet and peaceful too.
Then the host, she could not do enough to help, responsive, helpful and her recommendations were great too. We ate at many of her recommended places and the food was incredible.
The beds were luxurious and super comfortable and king size.
Naxos is a beautiful island too. Go to Routonda for incredible sunset meals but book in advance!

Everything was perfect! We stayed at the superior suite; the room was very clean and it looked like the photos.
The owner was always available and we really enjoyed the daily cleaning.
The location is great as it is very close to Naxos town (10 minutes walk) but also a very quiet neighbourhood.
Of course, the big highlight was the jacuzzi, which we loved!
