This hotel offers everything you could ask for while vacationing in Mykonos! Steps to the beautiful beach, the bus into town, a great mini-mart! The accommodations are lovely, the staff is friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! I hope to come back in the future.

The location couldn’t be better. The beach and bus stop are steps away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The views are beautiful.

Shoved four people in two bedroom room. Housing broke my souvenir while making the beds. Went to front desk three times before they would do anything about it. The employee tried to tell me that the wind blew it off the night stand but we had no doors open. Did not end up resolving the issue because I had to catch a ferry. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Beach views is great from the hotel.

My husband and I were vacationing in Mykonos, as part of our honeymoon. We paid for our hotel and were assured that the beach in front of the hotel was for those staying in the hotel, and we would be given beach chairs and a towel since the hotel does not provide them. After paying 15 euros for the set of chairs and towels we proceeded to wait for a hotel employee to provide us with change and the towels we requested. The employee provided us with our change but proceeds to stall as we continuously ask for towels. My husband reported the incident to the front desk, providing our receipt for payment of the chairs and towels as well as a picture of the employee sitting directly behind us after refusing to provide us with towels. We were assured that the towels would be provided. Once back on the beach, my husband yet again asks the employee for towels and he asks for proof that we are staying in the hotel after we already paid for the chairs and towels. My husband provides him with our receipt and he proceeds to ignore us and pass out towels to another American family visiting the beach. We were fed up after 3 hours! We filed a complaint at the front desk and were told we would have to speak to the manager the following morning if we wanted a refund. This by far has been the worst hotel experience we have ever had! If you are looking to receive your money’s worth or at least be treated with some human decency, this is not the hotel! Avoid Alkistis Hotel!

I’d like to start off this review recognizing why this hotel received one star from me at all: this single star is due to the amazing service staff in the bar and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant from the bartenders to the waitstaff were incredible. The hotel itself was incredibly disappointing. Claiming to have excellent customer service is a joke. Our first issue came from the air conditioning unit in our room breaking, we called down continuously from midnight until noon asking for any help what so ever and were told “20 minutes” every time, turns out 20 minutes means 12 hours. That was extremely frustrating. Next on our way out reception was kind enough to have bellboys run and get our bags for us, though when we mentioned a few bags were missing we were met with rudeness and they refused to believe that our bags were really not down there. Which leads to my next dislike about this hotel, it’s a hike to any room. There’s no ramps it’s all a hike. We had to walk the entire way up just to prove to reception our bags were up in our room still. Overall this hotel treats their guests like idiots and meets them with unkindness and annoyance. 10/10 would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I had a problem with the booking because I did not get the confirmation email and got complicated to fix it over the phone. Outside of that is a nice hotel on the front line, the front desk staff was super friendly and were always willing to help with any questions we had. The room is correct and has a small balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant did not try it because it took too long to take my order, so I had to retire and eat out.

Great view of the sea. At the end of the bus line into Mykonos town perfect for easy travel into town, bus us cheap. Great Irish restaurant next door, ATM machine, and nice beach. Issues: Stairs! Millions of stairs to room at the top but so worth the stairs the view from the room was amazing. Beds are very hard like sleeping on the floor but room had a great view so just don't sleep look outside instead. Staff very friendly, thank you to the man that carried our bags up and down to the room and the driver to/from ports very helpful.

Where to start… AMAZING! We booked this resort since it was an adult only hotel and worth every penny! I could not have asked for a better holiday. The staff… from the front desk… the restaurant… housekeeping and bellman where so welcoming! You felt at home. The stairs kept us in shape and helped walk off some of the amazing food we ate on holiday. Location is perfect! The beach was never crowded and the locals were great! Can't wait to come back next season and spend more time in Mykonos!

The big problem with this hotel is the organization in particular in the restaurant room, there is always something missing (once the glasses, once the cutlery. ) rather than serving people at the table are lost to clear tables that no one serves, the waiters disappearing during the service, tables kept free for you don't know who saw that they remain punctually empty… In short, if you decide to stay in this place you have a lot of patience.

If you like climbing steps then this place is the best. 150 steps to our room, try doing that a couple of times a day and you will find muscles in your legs that you never knew existed. Would suggest you look elsewhere for a place to stay. After staying at other hotels around Greece since our stay at Alkistis have lowered my rating. Seriously look elsewhere.

Beautiful facilities, walking distance from the Beach and New Port. The staff members are very hospitable and always willing to assist. The food at the restaurant is great. Area of improvement, variety when it comes to breakfast menu plus more electronic appliances in the rooms i. E. Iron, bar fridge and microwave.

Very Modern! Close to a nice beach but the design does Q have q climb many stairs… In our case we touched the top floor and were 145 steps and the air conditioner was half!

Great view but they just send you up a mountain of steps with no map to know where you are even going. No info in room about safe or barely functioning a/c. Restaurant is very nice.

Gorgeous view of the sea from our room and the restaurant! Conveniently located near the bus that goes into town. Staff was very helpful. If you are physically challenged, be warned, there are lots of steps! Overall, we had a nice visit!

The hotel is very nice. Small but pleasant rooms with lovely views. Anyone booking should know there are many steps and no elevators. Curious lack of common hotel features: no bottled water available even though everyone should drink bottled due to too many minerals in the tap water. No laundry service. We were told to bring our laundry into town where there were laundries that would send it back to us. Could not tell us which laundries could do this, just ask in town.

Perfect location by the sea. Wonderful food and attentive staff. A favorite!

Clean and comfortable rooms. You must have good legs and a whole scale, but if it pulls wind you are a fairy tale.

Beautiful hotel, excellent in every way… but. Not suitable for people of high age or with hypertension, the rooms are 75 steps higher, impossible to count with elevator, by the distribution of the ground. I had a fantastic, swimming pool with immense ocean view, exclusive joy! Good cooking, hygiene, attention, all perfect except the 75 steps!

I do not recommend this hotel, apart from the view, rooms located in uncomfortable positions (many stairs) and bathrooms obsolete and small.

What a place. What a sight. Breakfast and Restsurante First class. Beachfront. All the time there are vans that move to the center of the island and then they will find you. Beautiful Mykonos. The only problem that the hotel has is the amount of steps you have to climb to go to the room.

I do Not like this place! The rooms are musty and moldy smelling, there are No Windows just a sliding door that does Not Lock! A shutter door to block out light and your view, there is no Kleenex provided! The desk will tell you that you can buy some at the convenient store down the street and to top things of the TV doesn't work! I will Never come back to this hotel and most likely won't return to Mykonos!

The exteriors are very nice but some things are to be revisited. Bathroom deplorable and I'm not talking about the smell…

My husband & I are just back from this lovely hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better view from our balcony. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Fresh beach towels were available everyday. The beach is literally across the road. Cafe's/restaurants are within very short walking distance. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to help. We would highly recommend.

Worst night ever. We IMMEDIATLY run away. They certanly don't know what CLEAN even means.

This was not a good experience at all. My wife and I paid for a full bed with Ocean views and were instead put in a room with two singles. The room was also facing another building we asked to be moved and were to another twin room 8 sets of stairs up. Air conditioner did not work beds had bugs and staff was in helpful. The hotel white was a shocking 30 euros to the airport only a five minute drive.

Good view. Air-conditioner worked for a few hours then automatically switches off. Had to sleep with the remote in my hand and woke up 5 times during the night to turn the AC back on. Asked 3 times if they can fix it, they told me they will but never did. The view was good, breakfast buffet was good.

An impeccable exterior rendering, a very well kept restaurant and a very nice pool, but side rooms, the bottom hurts damn! The condition of the bathroom is simply catastrophic.

This hotel is a scam. From false advertising to non-existent customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid. They charged us for 10 nights for a sea view and they have no such rooms. You will not get a refund so I'd avoid as there are so many nice hotels in Mykonos and this is far from one.

Very picturesque. The view is splendid. The proximity to the restaurants and a super-market. The sea is beautiful. The beach clean.

Great location right on the beach, restaurants within walking distance. All rooms have balconies and sea views. Very friendly, helpful staff, close to local bus stop. Would certainly recommend.

8.24 moving in. Overall OK! In front of the hotel are blue, opposite the beach and next to the supermarket, restaurant, bus stop at the door. Hotel restaurant, good sea view, sea view of the swimming pool, the House style. Is almost within the facilities.
