Great stay at Kalimera. Staff is very kind and gives a lot of info about things to do on the island on arrival.
The kitchen is fully equipped, from coffee machine to plates, ice cube tray and pots — it’s great if you want to cook yourself.
Room is close to the road — but we had no problems sleeping as it’s a very quiet road.
The only downside is the very small shower which makes it impossible not to wet the whole bathroom. The curtain only closes on one side, and not on the other. So it’s a challenge 😅
Beds are very (maybe a bit too? ) soft!
This didn’t really affect our stay though, would strongly recommend for price/value!
Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Pollonia. Lovely big terrace from which we could see the sea (which was a lovely surprise because it wasn't advertised as a seaview room), the bed was very comfy and the room had a little kitchen area which included a kettle, a fridge and even some tea and coffee in the cupboards. The only part of the stay we didn't LOVE was the shower as hot water was hit and miss and there wasn't a holder for the shower head. But it was fine. 30 second walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. The owner was great and stayed up until 3am to check us in due to a very delayed ferry.

Lovely clean rooms near the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast selection.
The only thing stopping me from giving a higher rating is the shower, which was little more than a dribble of water, not great when covered in sun cream and a headful of sand!
If you don't care about showers then it was excellent.
