Just returned from a weeks family holiday, 5 rooms accommodated 19 adults and children.
Some areas in need of a little up dating but generally a very well maintained hotel.
Pools are great for the kids, ours loved the slides, beech is lovey, with free sun beds and parasols.
Food delicious with plenty for everyone to eat.
Bus service into Kos centre at back of the hotel, costs €2.10 per journey.
Staff very friendly all with a smile on their faces, and all spoke to the kids.
Water park a bit out but worth a days visit, our kids could have spent more than 1 day there and still not been bored.
Would definitely recommend, we already planning our next trip.

We just spent a week there with two children aged 7 and 2. The hotel is like in the pictures, very clean. The pools and slides are top, very popular with the youngest. The activities offered during the day allow parents to take a breather :-) The food is excellent and very varied every day. As for the staff, he seemed very dedicated to us. Until we realize, once the suitcases are undone at home, that 2 pairs of shoes were stolen from the bungalow… including a pair that had not been worn during the entire stay… mail done at the hotel, they did not find my belongings and even suspect me of lying…
Small criticism, the sound insulation of the bungalows, or rather the respect of holidaymakers for their neighbors …

Loved it… staff were great, lovely beach, would definitely recommend.

The staff very friendly, helpful the food very tasty although almost everything adapted to the German and Russian and English cuisine.
The chef is also very keen to bring the Greek cuisine with you.
The only thing we would have complained about we would have booked bungalow and got a room with the option to move the next morning… We didn't want to do that…
The swimming lessons for children are unfortunately not free but our little one lessons had.

Best family hotel we’ve ever been! Food, beach, pools are amazing, and the staff! So friendly, helpful — especially great thanks to Iro from the recepiton desk — we love her! She is sooo patient, and thanks to her we’ve got the most beautiful room is the whole resort ❤️

Spotlessly clean. Pools are great. Childrens shaded play areas. Wonderful maid service, reception are brilliant, all the staff here a friendly. Great kids/ and sports coaches. Cannot fault it.

We had a really nice stay. All the personal was very friendly! Clean room, food was good and the swimmingpool even better. You can walk to the beach and there is even a bus stop next to the hotel that will bring you to Kos city in about half an hour. My daughter missed a Dutch entertainer at the kids club. Otherwise she would go (more often) for sure! Next time Grecotel is a good option for us. Thanks for a Nice stay and good care!

The hotel very much. Despite the full load, constantly feeling around a few people — no queues in the restaurant, bar, for pancakes, there is always free sunbeds, umbrellas as the pools and the sea. Good sea, sandy beach, the children play in the mud pies, sand and shingle entering into the sea, feet on sand again, and another ten meters finely enough to stand on sand in the water. The waves are comparatively strong. Loved the kids club — there is a Russian animators and one Russian-speaking. Very good, children, fun, different activity in the evening kids disco. Air conditioning in the rooms is weak, it is not clear which is better — air or open a window. The room had a water bottle in the fridge, a fumigator, a set of sewing thread with needle and buttons. Water, as they say, even drinking from the tap. In spring and autumn, beach towels changed in the room, the maids do it, and it's not very convenient to leave a towel in the room, but housekeeping is not known when, as a result, or leave the towel on the whole day or not to change a towel in any case the whole day without towels. From June to August, regular exchange of towels in the booth that much easier. You can dine in the restaurant or the pool bar where there are almost all the same. Lunch and dinner always give watermelons. Coffee only at Breakfast, in restaurants and always in bars. Ice cream all the time — the restaurant is supposed to the plate and the bar the horn.

We have just returned from a weeks stay. The hotel was superb from start to finish. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The pools are brill, the pool by the beach with water slides great for family’s and there pool by the main complex is a quieter affair. Beech towels are provided and can be exchanged daily. The choice of food is brilliant and ample. You can help yourself to ice creams, crepes and various cold meets and salads throughout the day. The buffet provides a wonderful choice for breakfast lunch and evening meal. Also a buffet at the beech pool bar for lunch, the a la carte option on an evening is also a great night. Drinks are all included very little is at an extra charge. All in all a fantastic break. Would reccomened and return.

The location/hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pools are great, especially with kids, because there are separate kid's pools. The rooms/bungalows are ok and clean, but not really spacious and we had several technical problems with it (e. G. Not working air condition for a couple of days). However, the service personnel was really helpful and polite and they tried everything to fix problems in order to make are stay an enjoying experience. As we were traveling with our two kids, I have to say, they really liked it there pretty much because of the kids club, the beach and the pools. The most annoying thing about our stay at grecotel royal park was the quality and the choice of food. Most of the things that are offered at the buffet are terrible and have nothing to do with the great Greek kitchen you can find throughout the island in all those little taverns. One day we even had some real problems with our stomachs. So to summarize, the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our holidays there, especially because of the people working there and the things for our kids. However, we won't come back, I guess, if there won't be a dramatic change in food quality.

Super friendly staff who are very child-friendly and extremely helpful. Our daughter was always happy when the waiter came and had fun with her. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food varied and delicious. The hotel will always be an option for us in the future, should we come here again! Thank you for a great and relaxed time!

The hotel is very pleasant.

Friendly staff and grounds kept in good condition. Beach is lovely and just a short walk. Unfortunately not quite as good as Daphnilla Bay (also grecotel) in Corfu due to food & room fittings. Great swimming pools.

Massively over priced bu Loveholidays and Thopsons. Very limited choice of food. The service is ok… but some of the staff are not pleasant or elcoming. I am sure there are better places to go.

Everything are gret but we need a local to jump higger.

We were disappointed by the service level in the restaurant (very directive not accomodating, even for our kid birthday) the food is acceptable but deceptive for a so called 4 stars, the site itself is nice but the pools are not well maintained. There is a road to cross to get to the beach, there is no hotel services on the beach. Rooms are ok and room personnel very kind. Also dont forget to bring mosquito repellent.

Super family hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, especially the waiters and chefs work seemingly around the clock. Our room is four sufficiently large. Due to "all inclusive" is missing there is no time to delicious food and Drink. The Pools are gorgeous, from slide, to something calmer and a children's pool, everything. The beach is also wonderful, the most beautiful Sand and gently sloping into the sea. Many thanks to all of Grecotel Royal Park, and TUI (the 2 excursions were super organized, and interesting) that have made this wonderful 10 days here allows! Royal Park.
