Very nice facility. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The food was very good.

Fabulous hotel! Staff are friendly, polite and welcoming, hotel is so clean and tidy, well kept both inside and around the beautiful gardens. Pools are lovely and clean too. The food is amazing! Desert heaven 😍 So much choice, talented chefs here, in particular the Italian restaurant, food was absolutely delicious.

We are here for 10 days (2 adults and one toddler), amazing experience. Foods are very fresh and tasty, the rooms are clean 2 times per day, staff it’s very nice and all of them speak English which it’s amazing for us. 100% next year we’ll coming back again. 💙🇬🇷

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in, the rooms are great the beds are so comfy and the mini bar gets topped up every 2 days :) nothing is too much for the staff. The beach is beautiful you step into the sea and you can see the fish.

Just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds on a lovely beach. Everyone works so hard and are very friendly. The grounds etc are very well maintained and everywhere was so clean.
We stayed in a double room with our two boys and this was plenty big enough for us.
The beach bar was fantastic and very handy to grab lunch and a drink. They served things such as salad, burgers, kebabs and chips.
The pool bars were just as good serving a selection of drinks and toasted sandwiches which you could make yourself. We often visited the ice cream and crepe bar which was amazing.
My boys loved taking part in the evening football and daytime activities led by Dimitra. They grew very fond of her. Thank you Dimitra.
Breakfast and evening buffet was very nice. We dined in the Italian once.
Thank you all so much for making our holiday such a wonderful one. Having waiter service by the pool was so lovely and was not expected.
The sunbeds at the beach were very comfy and it was great not having to pay to use them.
I would love to come back and visit some time.

Me and my children came to this hotel 23rd to 31st October. What an amazing hotel. It was very clean. Beautiful views. The food was really good altho the Chinese made me ill along with 2 other people but did not put me off going back to the main restaurant which had more than enough choice. The staff are very nice especially pavlos who greeted us with food at 2 am on arrival. Bobo and Sandy were brilliant with entertainment. The entertainment at night was really good but went really quiet on our last couple of days as there was only about 100 guests left which was not good. The staff work very hard.
My only complaint is that someone had come into our room at night whilst we were dining and took some bottles of wine out of our mini bar. I'm not bothered about the wine but the fact that someone entered our room at night after it had been cleaned and replenished in the day and they waited until we was out so made me wonder what else they had been doing in our room. So was not happy about this. Yes I did complain at reception but they just offered more wine.
I really enjoyed the holiday and would love to return next year. We made some great friends.

Not really sure where to start. The hotel itself and the surroundings are absolutely stunning.
One of the reasons we choose this hotel was because of how highly rated they are on customer service. Well not for our whole duration at all! It was our wedding anniversary whilst out there and I had pre arranged with the hotel to do something special to help us celebrate. Considering it’s rated as a top romantic hotel by Thompson I assumed it would be a very special day. However none of the restaurants could fit us in on the day we wanted although I had already spoken to management weeks before plus again 4 days before the actual anniversary. We were left feeling less than satisfied with the service we received. We even asked if we could sit in the buffet area but as a special one off order from the Chinese menu. We were told NO sorry we can’t do that. The next day I saw that exact thing happening with another couple! As a anniversary gift we received a towel in the shape of a heart on our bed. I’ve seen much more and much better for people’s birthdays. In my opinion the customer service we received for most of the 2 weeks we stayed was well below average. We will NOT be staying here again and would NOT recommend to others. That was not our only problem several other things happened during our stay aswel. This hotel does not deserve the 5 star awarded to it! To spend over £, 5000 on a luxury 2 week holiday to be disappointed throughout our whole stay was such a let down.

We just came back from our holiday at Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel in Kos. It is a beautiful hotel. Every member of the staff is so friendly! They do absolutely everything to make your stay perfect. The last two nights we got offered to stay at the Mitsis Norida wich is also a wonderful place. The pool is magnificent. After I fell of a stair by the pool and had to go to hospital, the staff took really good care off me and helped me to make our last day as pleasant as possible. A big thank you to everyone who helped me! This was our fourth stay at a mitsis hotel. Again, it was magnificent! Thanks a lot!

Last day today and it’s been a lovely holiday. Staff are so welcoming and ready to help with anything. Food is lovely especially the Italian and Chinese. Kept clean with staff always around cleaning. Animation team are fantastic with a lot of choice and things to do with the kids and for the adults. Beach area beautiful and highly recommended you treat yourself to a massage on the beach. Could maybe have more options on the drinks eg cocktails limited. Entertainment been good too although not sure if enough space for all to watch. Shout out to Bobo, Mickey, Heidi and the pool bar staff great staff who have made our holiday perfect.

5 star stay at the Mitsis Ramira Beach. Great food, rooms, location, service and the complex is spotless. I have never stayed in a hotel where all the staff are so welcoming and friendly but I just wanted to highlight a few members of staff who made our trip so memorable. Anna our maid (room 506), Eleni and Iwona at the pool bar, Michalista and Sonja in the restaurant. They were efficient, accommodating, always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. I have a peanut allergy and Michael the Food and Beverage Manager went out of his way to make sure I was catered for. Thank you for a fantastic holiday ♡

Returned yesterday from a great stay on the island of Kos at the Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel!
The hotel is top, as are the staff!
Very clean, buffets for all tastes. The rooms and common areas are very well maintained.
No regrets! I recommend it!
