Room was fantastic. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Jorge in the bar was amazing food average but what I expected. Will defo be back.

If the beach were still more striking, almost everything would be perfect after reopening this year. A question, it is described that tea and coffee is available in the rooms should this be replenished after consumption or do you have to take care of it yourself? Although it is often pointed out not to reserve the loungers at the pools with towels and other items, I observe, with increasing number of guests, that this nonsense occurs more and more often. Perhaps measures should be taken here before it takes over.
Very pleasing is the cleanliness in the entire facility and the friendliness and diligence of the staff. Keep it up!

Wonderful location and staff top!

Beautiful hotel. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Room good. Service good. But more staff would have to be brought in. The employees do their best but witches can't either. When eating, they could introduce 14-day repetitions. Mostly good but desirable would be more Greek. Price performance fits. Rather 4 than 5 stars.

Very polite employees. Rooms are made up and cleaned every day also clean towels every day. A large variety in meals which tasted very good. If you can't get up the steep path yourself, you can call reception to pick you up. Nicely situated hotel with beautiful views with rooms which are spread over the hotel area in small buildings.

Only 2nd full day but great so far. Staff friendly and helpful. Buggy service is a life saver as the hotel is very steep. Hope next 11 days and nights are as good.

Hotel and staff verry good. Great views over the beach and near the city where there are loads of shops. The only thing bad for me was the hill you had to climb to get to the restaurant. Not good for people with bad health. Not that I am out of shape. :) To much people stay. Not enough golfcars to drive you around. That's 4/5 for me.

We have just returned from an all inclusive 7 day trip to the Grand Blue Beach hotel in Kos. The hotel is situated in a beautifully scenic location with stunning views of the mountains, ocean and the village of Kardamena. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to make our holiday special. The food was fantastic, with a choice from two restaurants which served international and Greek cuisine; there was also a free meal in the a la carte restaurant which offered stunning night time views of near by Karadamena. There is a choice of three swimming pools, one is situated next to the restaurant at the top of the complex, the second one is situated lower end where all the entertainment and children's activities take place. The third is again at the lower end of the complex, overlooking the sea and is quieter than the other two; ideal for the keen swimmer. All the pools have nearby bars offering snacks, drinks, ice cream etc. Throughout the day. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and this is definitely the best all inclusive hotel that I have ever stayed at and would highly recommend this hotel; we look forward to going back next year! Your staff is very professionel og serviceminded. Very nice and allways with a smile. Katerina from restaurants, Fotis and Melina in the top poolbar are in a league of their own with their kind welcome and very high level of service. The 5* all inklusive is NOT 5* however… enlarge the salatbar to all the other nice vegetables and greens from your country and please install a lot of sanitizers for the hands in all areas of the restaurant so that people can clean thier hands before grabing into the Buffet…

Everything great, but unfortunately no “real“ Mini club for the kids. Only every two days for a few hours and then only together with the parents is not a five star mini club.

I had an amazing vacation in your hotel. All the staff were incredibly nice and warm.

Stay away from this hotel! The food is so poor! The hotel isn’t secure as anyone could just walk in so if I had a young family I would fear for their safety. The beach is a massive disappointment as next to a main road and covered in litter and is so small. The spar is a ripoff as a massage is nearly £100 for an hour! The sauna is over priced at €15 per day per person. The hotel packing is poor near the front entrance. The all inclusive doesn’t include tonic water so if you like gin an tonic go elsewhere. Branded drinks are not included either! The shower pressure is to powerful and is painful to use. The drain always over flows in the bathroom when using the bath! So disgusting and unhygienic! Just look at other hotels which have more reviews!

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Almost all the rooms have a sea view. Three swimming pools and the beach is right next to the resort. Good Wi-Fi access. The resort is built on a hill, so some areas are pretty steep. You can call a golfcart to come pick you up. I was not impressed with the food, therefore 4 stars.

Lovely quiet hotel. So relaxing. Staff so welcoming. Food as expected, well cooked and fresh. Lovely comfortable beds. Nice sized rooms.

Pretty much not what I have expected. Booked it in a store and actually thought it would be a hotel but it's a huge resort for every age. Food great drinks great lokation a little hilly but still great.

Light shows in bedroom have to put something up against window on door and bathroom not good. No slip mat in bath accidents could occur. No sunbed on terrace. Very steep to climb for old people not enough cars probably needs a train going up and down?

Moin. Arrived yesterday from a 2 week vacation back home. We can only say, to be found almost (97%) of everything to our satisfaction. The weather is top, staff top, food is sometimes not very hot (what to avoid but not always), room top, cleanliness top! The only point of criticism would be the Animation! Very nice and was always trying to get people to participate, but the program was sometimes moderately, more a medium! But that has not diminished the value of relaxation! The Hotel is located on the hillside was no Problem for us, once the 9 elected and voila, the electric taxi was there! So therefore, a full recommendation from us! Thanks for the great holiday ✅

You might want to turn your tennis court into a beach volley court; would be used a lot. And maybe down by the road a place for the teenagers to hang out with each other. Great hotel.

Hospitality and quality of services.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Blue. The staff are really friendly, helpful and most speak both English and German. The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and have a beautiful sea view. The shower was also really powerful and we never ran out of hot water! There are two restaurants, three bars and three pools. The animation team were good fun too, playing tennis, ping pong, quizzes etc for adults. We were also very appreciative of the golf car which you can order to take you between pools/bars etc. Another perk was the free massage which was so relaxing. Overall this was a truly luxurious holiday made really special by the lovely attentive staff to whom we pass on our thanks and wish them a great season.

I been several 5 star hotel but this place is between 3 to 4 star hotel. Food quality is very low, almost there is no beach. They need to do investment on their beach side, rooms are okay large and good for families, I saw manager and chef that try to create a magic with limited budget.

Beautiful hotel, It's new and it looks like it. It has 3 pools, 2 of them have a snack bar and the third one is pretty quiet. The hotel is right on the beach in case you want to go into the sea. Food is OK and there is big variety of it.

This Hotel Resort is beautiful and well organized. The two restaurants serve a good selection of local and international food. The personal is very friendly and nothing is to match. Every day a cleaning room and cleaning towels. The food in the restaurants is very good. What be cold is cold and what be hot is hot. Thanks for the 8 days, that we stay in your resort. Great location.

The hotel resort is beautiful and well organized. The restaurants serve a good selectio of local and international plates. The biggest flaw is the beach right on the road, with very little shore and not attractions. The sea water is crystal clear.
