Reviews of Hotel Villa Plaza 3*
The owners are polite and willing to help you if needed and the rooms were very clean. However, it's an old fashioned hotel with nothing special to provide. Our room was not spacious at all and there was too noisy since the window was on the road.
It is what you can expect from a 2 star hotel roomwise. I'm giving it only one star because they messed up my reservation. I had booked two rooms and they only had one available at arrival. The explanation was that they thought my reservation was a mistanke. That explanation is far from good enough… If they thought they should have made contact to make sure. The other couple was moved to another hotel of lower quality, but we were still charged full price. Overall failed service.
