I found them on Trivago looking for a pet friendly room (having used the filter), called to confirm after having booked and canceled when it was clarified to me that no pets were allowed. The owner refused to refund even when I asked him to check Trivago to see for herself what I was explaining to her, hanged up on me twice so I had to cancel my card. Do not go…
