Very nice hotel in centre of the city. Rooms were clean a nice. Hopefully the ownership will invest in maintenance to keep the hotel at a good level. Personnel was very gentle a and available. We have found a triple room at less than 100€ per night.

First year we've stayed at Zaliki and very impressed with quality and cleanliness of rooms and facilities. Breakfast buffet one of the best.

I stayed for 3 nights in Nov-16. Pro: — Very close to the centre — Filling breakfast selection — Very friendly, helpful staff — Double-glazed room, so pretty quiet Con: — 3 star, not 4 star — I'd booked a double room, I was given a twin room with single beds pushed together and two single duvets. — Window curtain was smaller than the window, so sunlight crept in each morning. Having a frosted glass bathroom door didn't help either (more light entering the room)

Centrally located, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the staff is quite kind.

Not really 4-star hotel, but it's OK for really short stay. Good location, public garage 100m away, small rooms, bad view, Internet was usable.

"Lost" my booking even though I had booked many months in advance. I ended up having to book another hotel.

The experience in this hotel was at best average, or maybe even poor if you factor in the cost. The overall impression is that of an average 3-star hotel for the city even though they're asking premium 4*+ prices. Another minus is that it had been advertised as having one of the best and fullest breakfast buffets in town, while in reality the buffet was mediocre at best. Finally. The room was pretty spacious but still a far cry from a suite (which was what we were told we had booked). Always research online — a lesson learned.

I usually only rate hotels by their Wi-Fi (which worked everywhere in this hotel on all devices) but I have to add that the front desk service was truly excellent. The woman behind the counter took into account my height and offered a bed which was appropriate. I found the room clean and comfortable with a balcony. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at Zaliki Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki many times and I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel for a long or short stay. It is perfect for a family stay with children, for business trip or for other travellers. The atmosphere is like at home. The rooms are clean and calm. The staff is very helpful and kind. There are balconies in some rooms, which is great. It is a very comfortable hotel in the city centre. All main sightseeing, banks, cafes and restaurants, shopping centres and shopping streets are in a walking proximity. If you’re planning to visit Thessaloniki and looking for a comfortable stay then I definitely recommend Zaliki Hotel.

We are delighted that we chose to stay at Zaliki Boutique Hotel during our trip to Thessaloniki. The hotel is charming, and its staff are some of the most helpful people we have ever met on our travels. Our room was very comfortable, with a great shower and very good mattress. The room was very clean and quiet. We loved waking up to the smell of bougatsa every morning and finding a beautiful buffet of our favorite breakfast foods and delicious coffee and juice. The hotel is situated very close to great restaurants, bars and shopping. With the excellent directions from the staff we found the port, amazing museums, and superb transportation for side trips. It has free Wi-Fi, excellent cable TV, and I will say it again: a most helpful staff. We will return to Thessaloniki one day, and when we do we will stay at Zaliki Hotel, that's for sure.

Holiday: May 2014, couple Helpful staff, Friendly, 24 hour available Location: Conveniently central Breakfast: poor for a 4 star hotel, very basic, one of ladies serving breakfast never smiled, we ordered Greek coffee 2 different days, and both days she was so late that we nearly finished our breakfast, one of the days we were only people there, and she was cleaning tables and doing other things rather than serving our coffee first, second lady who served us other days was very nice and also efficient. Definitely, there is room for improvement. Rooms: clean, but small for 4 star hotel, no bathtub, free internet and Safe, TV: no English channel, walls and doors were thin, nearly every day woke up 6 am because of people walking and talking outside room Bed: mattress not comfortable, could feel the strings, was twin bed attached rather than double bed Value for money: we paid 45 GBP a night, so in overall good value for us.

We spent four days in April 2014 in this hotel. From the first minute, we had an impression that we are with friends. The staff is great in any way — they will do everything to make your staying in hotel (and Thessaloniki) unforgetable. In addition, it was a great pleasure to spend time talking with Athena. We had a spacious, nice room with great balcony. The breakfast is good, standard type for boutique hotels. Location is also great — quiet neighbourhood, but on a walking distance from all main points in the city. We will have no doubt about hotel next time when we visit Thessaloniki.
