NO thanks to this dump! Sad it calls itself "Luxury hotel" this clearly is not the case! If you want luxury go to a true 4star Luxury hotel for one. This is more inline with a motel 6, but priced higher and an added bonus of a Rude incompetent Mgr. She calls herself but does not act the part; only takes action for trivial tasks anyone can fufill. Staff make you feel uncomfortable weird conduct of housekeep it's as if they go out of their way to eavesdrop and give creepy stares. It's safe to say PASS!

Luxury-less poverty setting 20m out town! Ignorant mgr Maria and staff act deaf may be dumb when you ask for (your pre-paid) service. Then have the nerve to ask for good ratings? Lucky you get nothing! 0 stars!

Very proffesional. Service is great. Very clean. Rooms are modern. Very kind and friendly employees. They really do the best for their customers. Breakfast is typical greek. I love the way they take care about customers.

Apartment 5 was really good. With super helpful staff in advice and getting parking plus taxis. Good English made it very easy. Good kitchen and close to the market. No washing machine in apartment.

If you or someone you know goes to Thessaloniki, this is a great place to stay. Sleek, modern, affordable apartments and studios, run by energetically attentive young entrepreneurs. The lobby cafe serves a scrumptious and varied breakfast buffet and coffee for a very good price. My apartment had 2 micro-balconies, and the housekeepers open one of the sliding doors to air the apartment daily. There's a comfy small couch and dinette table in front of the TV, and a private bathroom with shower. And a washing machine tucked under the kitchen counter!

"Lego luxury hotel! " (Very misleading economy hotel disguised as Luxury) Slow non existent service. Cheap low quality bedding & shelter lux BED! Hopeless staff, all talk a good game, meanwhile can't even change a light bulb to match correct existing white shade, had to live with blinding yellow color in bath… this took 3 unsupervised room entrances in half day, effortless waste of time. Same time my pricey wireless headphones went missing & unaccounted for. Like Lego it all fell apart! P. S. Polis use their own staff memebers to give favourable reviews (isn't there a policy on this? ) that's Maria their shady manager you look at her reviews posted her pic included! "ALERT FAKE advertising! " Local Motel at best in seedy part of town, not actual centre but borderline outskirts… Right next to a lovely strip joint and sketchy park housing area. Very dangerous at night as their lobby front desk area is closed all night long and only a separate entrance (that's right! ) from the street, no lobby connection just a door entrance straight to your rm. So you're using a key in the dark to let yourself in with no staff around till 9am Mgmt. 11am NO joke! Glad they get beauty sleep. Boss Maria is also owner hence her Executive hrs. Very shady lady!

Everything was super ok, less Wi-Fi internet connection …

Newly refurbished, spotlessly clean, staff super accommodating, daily housekeeping, very quiet rooms. Conveniently located 10 mins walk from Aristotelous square. Encountered no issues with the Wi-Fi myself. Be warned that the bed is super firm, could be a tiny bit softer. Good thing we were super tired and could fall asleep fast for it to be an issue. Would definitely stay next time I visit Thessaloniki.

The location is excellent. We got a parking lot in three minutes. The staff is very helpful and advise. We're always interested in how things work out. There's an elevator. I really liked it. Through the supermarket.

Well, this place is 4 out of 5 solid. The next time I am booking Thessaloniki — this is the place I am going to be checking out first. I was staying in a standard/superior studio. I assume there is not much difference but space. Pros: Love the bed. It's super firm. I slept like a baby. The daily housekeeping. Front desk staff and John (property owner) — they are great (ask them about Rouga — you gonna love the lamb). Late arrival guarantied. (I showed up at 1:30AM and John was waiting) Kitchen — small, but has absolutely everything for a week or two stay. CONS: I recall very few minor cons. The shower area is not going to be comfortable enough for overweight person. It was enough space for me, but it's a bit small (suitable for individuals under 200 lbs/100 kilos). No corner shelves in the shower cab for personal bath&body stuff. (I told John about it and I am sure that they will take care of that one eventually. ) Other details — For some people who concerned about the Internet, all I can say that there were signal issues, but while I was staying there they rebuilt the entire network and signal was strong (4 bars out of 4). No drop outs. It wouldn't be a con for me anyway because I didn't come to Thessaloniki to sit on the internet all day, but for some business people… So, after all, I'd definitely recommend Polis Apartments.
