Its the 2nd best hotel for me and there is a restaurant where you can eat japonese its sooooo gooood and the service PERFECT.

Everything in this hotel is considerably good except the location. Although very close to airport, but nothing to move around. Hotel management should start a shuttle service to nearby shopping, eating, sight seeing spots.

It is an amazing modern hotel. It has gym, 2 swimming pools, restaurants etc. It is surely a hotel that u could stay all day in and won't get bored. The breakfast has a verity of foods, everything was tasty but I suggest go early so the food is still warm.

We only had a chance to visit the spa and outdoor pool today. So I can't talk about the rooms. Very friendly staff, great location, well-organised facilities. Highly recommended for a relaxation visit. Our friend really enjoyed her hen's party today :) :) (Ask for the bachelorete pack for groups of >4 people)

A small, cozy hotel with nice rooms. We lived six days, very happy.

This is a lovely big hotel with great facilities including a large pool and a very nice bar by the pool for you to relax and have a coffee and snack. At first check in was friendly and fast. The room was of normal size for a 5 star with a nice marble bathroom and a big balcony. On the negatives the aircon was slightly noisy and the TV very small. Breakfast was acceptable but could also be improved for a 5 star. Dome restaurant is definitely worth visiting. Service in the hotel was very good throughout our stay.

Very nice hotel which hosts an amazing restaurant. I decided to dine alone one evening and the waiter was very helpful in knowing which wine would be a good accompaniment to the food I chose.

Tronereuseès Nice hotel in a pleasant setting (not far from the airport and the Cosmos shopping mall). Ideal for 2/3 days. Many businessmen on weekdays, very large outdoor swimming pool closed in low season. Indoor swimming pool operational. Excellent Italian Gourmet Restaurant! Discreet and efficient staff. Nice rooms with good bedding not having a coffee machine. Breakfast/Buffet very varied and Excellent! Pretty expensive drinks in the room…

Dirty! The rooms are dusty! Stripped walls in the corridors of the hotel and dirty not Chishhennyj carpet! Flophouse for one night! Absolutely does not match the photo, which they have on the site removed from advantageous angles! Agency "Mouzenidis" pushing as 5 *, and overstates prices, but it is impossible to believe! Everything is very bad, cramped and dirty!

It remains one of the best places to enjoy a small lunch or a great coffee in town. The view to the pool is wonderful and the service very friendly.

Smart hotel on the outskirts of Thessalonki. Convenient to airport. Clean, well appointed rooms. Great restaurants and immaculate service. Fine pool. Surprisingly few guests for what is an excellent hotel.

Nikopolis is a very nice hotel to stay. From our room we had a very good view over the whole pool area and in the evening it was quiet. Breakfast and coffees were top! The page guy who brought us our lagguage was extremely friendly! Thank you for that. But for a five star hotel you expect furniture which doesn't look too long used and there were quiet a lot of small things like the phone where you don't understand anything or not enough plugs in the room. Especially the pool …area was too climatized, and the spa area should be kept better. For example the hamam spa for women was out of order.
All in all it is a nice hotel with friendly staff but the price per night is too high for the quality Nikopolis offers. But perhaps we will try it again soon. Kind regards.

Genuine 5*. The Japanese restaurant Kasai has a really good cuisine… I strongly recommend the fried rise and the white chocolate with green tea as a dessert…

The staff are great. Hotel facilities okay. Unfortunately they should clean better. It is not nice to find hair. Corners never been touched. Nothing done after complaint.

Idyllic setting for a rekax holiday and moreover the hotel is not far from the airport.

Location is strange as the hotel is placed in a semi-industrial area. There are large shopping centers nearby, but the same are not walking distance. The surroundings are not fit for a small walk or sihtseeing. Airport is close but airplanes are not passing above the hotel so it is relatively quiet. The hotel is supposed to be a 5star hotel, but it does not stand the quality. Rooms are comfortable and clean, however bathrooms are a bit weird. Some bathrooms have a large window towards the room with blinds controlled from the outside, so privacy is questionable. The architecture is a bit untraditional, so navigating around the corridors of the place is a bit confusing and you easily get lost. There was some repair activity ongoing during our stay, so the lobby and the restaurant next to the pool were all covered in dust. Staff, although friendly is unexperienced and slow or inaccurate when serving you. I had to wait for 1 hour and remind the waiters 3 times to get a double espresso on breakfast. A colleague of mine in her swim suit was refused to be served on the verandah near the pool and was redirectes to the pool bar instead, although there's no clear demarcation between the pool bar and the restaurant pool area. The pool is great and very pleasant and clean, but you're not allowed for early or late swim, unless a life guard is available.

Using it for meetings and business facilities. Very nice close to the airport and the mall. Prices a little bit high.

Nice hotel with great facilities. We had a few problems when checking in — they'd reserved us a twin room instead of a double. After confirming that we'd booked correctly, we were upgraded to a slightly better room with a pool view and a double bed. Unfortunately the amazing outdoor pool, one of the reasons we booked this hotel, was closed and the staff were fairly unapologetic. We instead used the indoor pool as part of the spa, but they had fairly strict rules and staff kept coming to tell us off about pretty minor things, even though we were the only people there. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge range of options.

I was at this hotel to celebrate the Easter celebrations and I chose it for the note it has from the impressions left by those who were here … in the first phase I wanted to sanction the hotel because I had the misfortune to meet An antipathic waiter by way of talking and behaving … his name is ARGIROUDIS … there was nothing to him … for example: we had half board included. I had a night before Easter and I I noticed that we eat fast (no meat and cheese) and in the Evening of Easter just one of the seven eats sheep and make us either chicken, beef or pig … he says he understood something else and brought us The other sheep became aggressive in speech and said this was the decision of the hotel … (I mentioned that dinner was not buffet, it was a la carte, that is, we eat only what They offered us), which does not seem to me normal … finally I did a day of Easter I changed the dinner with lunch for it was possible and there was a buffet where everything was perfect T, until we tried to change the table and the same antipathy of the waiter said that it is not possible … that all the other meals are reserved (considering that they could eat next to the pool in an atmosphere created by the gorgeous hotel with live music and Sun) … what I have never met before … children's access to the indoor swimming pool with the timetable?! 10-12 and 20-22now we chose this hotel for vacation, Not discipline!

Amazing facilities as x-Kempinski hotel as Ive heard… The room, the pool, the location near Mediterranean & the airport… All great, we had lots of fun!

Amazing. Exquisite breakfast with champagne, large and clean pool, sweet dreams in a large and safe room.
