Sorry, but I wouldn't rate more than 1 star. The base is good, but highly overrated. The behavior of the youngest owner is extremely unacceptable. At first he was ironic about our request for a discount, then he decided that for 5 nights he would not send a cleaner to the apartment at all, even after a request from our side, our towels and sheets were not changed even once. Toilet paper was not replaced after it was used up. The trash cans were also overflowing at the end. It was no problem for us to dispose of them, but they had left no empty envelopes. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!
The only thing we were extremely hospitable to was the older owners, especially the grandparents, who were very kind and friendly.
I would recommend the young businessman to change his approach to the client because it is not in his favor. Good luck!
Wonderful “family-like” hospitality in Psakoudia Halkidiki.
Room was clean and comfortable with little details that usually one finds in his/her own house. Nice beds, well-equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. Balcony nice also. Some basement rooms have also a garden available.
Nearby beach and village (Psakoudia) are not the best in Sithonia region, but you can easily make Avgerou rooms your starting point for nearby beaches both in Kassandra and Sithonia peninsula.
Will certainly visit again.
