The staff at this hotel were AMAZING! Couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty. Cannot wait to return!

I would recommend SENTIDO Louis Plagos Beach to any one. It’s a lovely hotel with fantastic food. The hotel staff are always helpful and very polite. We had our two children who were well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. The only thing I could fault the hotel for was not enough choice for desert for our liking, but that’s being picky. Thank you for a great holiday.

Well we arrived at sentido Louis Plato’s hotel to a lovely welcome by staff.
Showed to our room very clean. The kids loved the hotel, food and pools.
My personal favourite was Jetty over the crystal clear ocean, beautiful. … The food was lovely and always lots of choice. The only two things I would have to mention not being the best or things that could be changed would be.
. The pools are freezing! Heat them.
. And desserts there is lots of options jelly, mousse etc but missed normal hot puddings Will return in the future.

The Hotel was wonderful. The food was lovely and everyone was very friendly. The whole Place was clean and pleasant. Awesome location, best drinks and the best of fun from all the entertainment team. A very good hotel, nice views of the sea. Plenty of swimming pools. Children’s entertainment all day long. The food was great a excellent choice everyday. Clean and tidy complex in a quiet area so be prepared for a 2km or bus ride, taxi or car hire. Good car hire station in the hotel foyer. All the staff are friendly and helpful can’t do enough for you. If you want to have a great evening go to the cocktail bar where Taz and Tony will look after you with there colleagues, they don’t forget names or what you are drinking. They keep you entertained all night they are a credit to the hotel.

I’m sat by the pool, on my last day, as I write. We have had an absolutely fantastic holiday here.
The accommodation needs a little touch up, but we are at the end of the season.
The pools are very cold, but you do get used to it after a while.
The staff… well what can I say? EVERYONE has been superb! From the beautiful reception ladies to the holiday reps to the kitchen/ restaurant staff.
My son is allergic to nuts and I’ve had someone every single mealtime tell me what he can have and what to stay away from. We’re very impressed.
The food is absolutely fantastic. Very flavoursome and a wide variety.
Would we come back again? You bet we would Louis Plagos… thank you for a fantastic time x.

Very nice resort. Excellent views. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Pools were well maintained. The "beach" is a very small public beach.

It was ok, staff were generally helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. The view was amazing and we enjoyed swimming in the sea which can be accessed via a jetty directly from the hotel. The entertainment was a bit much for us but other people seemed to like it.

Ideal location. Friendly staff and good choices of food. The rooms are clean but you'll be disappointed if you think they are like the ones on the web page.

Fantastic hotel to stay at. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely pools, 1 family pool 2 serenity pools. Food very good. Fresh and lots of choice. The hotel staff are amazing. There all go above and beyond to make every person feel special. Amazing cocktails. Very relaxing resort. Lovely for couples and families with small children. Will definitely be booking for next year.

The hotel is lovely. Staff are friendly and attentive. Good selection of food for every meal. My only criticism is that the coffee comes from a vending machine and tastes terrible. Most hotels of this calibre offer fresh coffee with meals. I would book again but bring a cafetiere… and bin the Thomas Cook holiday rep.

Had an amazing stay at Sentido Louis Plagos, beautiful location next to the sea. Great choice of tasty food, nice bedrooms and staff friendly!

We had an amazing time the staff were brilliant especially Taz And tony the bar staff they made our evening's so much so we are going back next year.

Fantastic place staff were brilliant all the bar staff and the manager were very friendly, and what can I say about the brilliant entertainment team who entertained our children and adults alike they were fantastic the kids loved them had did we. There were 38 if us here for our daughters wedding which wonderful everyone pulled out all the stops to make it a wedding to remember we can’t thank all the staff enough what wonderful memories we will have of a great wedding and fantastic holiday. I can’t recommend it enough. THankyou to all of you xx.

Great Hotel, great staff, great location.

Wonderful family hotel. One night with some noisy drunken males in the next room was dealt with expertly the next day by the Concierge. No beach at the hotel, but one in easy walking distance; there is, however a jetty for snorkelling off and some colourful fish swimming nearby. Very much recommended.

A beautiful place to stay. The hotel was always clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. Outside was dry clean and tidy as well. The pools are beautiful and great when the weather gets hot. I stayed for nearly two weeks and everyday I had something different at the restaurant. The food was amazing, really tasty and always there to eat.

I can highly recommend this hotel. 1) VIEW It is settled on a small hill so you view the sea from higher ground. The terrace allows you to enjoy picturesque scenery of the sea — a truly charming view! 2) FOOD — it is tasty, lots to choose from. Breakfasts have same dishes but suppers and dinners vary. Great juices are available, you can also grab one of three kinds of wine or a beer. 3) ROOMS — clean and cozy, however don't expect fireworks here. Mattress is comfortable. You have access to fridge, air conditioning and safe (3, 5 euro /day). Each day room is cleaned by the staff. 4) INTERNET ACCESS — you get a free Wi-Fi access, you can use it all over the place. Not very fast one but you can use it for messaging or YouTube. 3) BEACH — just below the hotel there is a pier from which you can access the water. Nearby (like 200 meters) you have sandy beach, however there are pebbles at the sea's bottom (farther from the beach it turns into sandy bottom) 4) SWIMMING POOL — very clean, not overcrowded. Two swimming pools which are located close to sea are amazing and you can take SPECTACULAR photos there. 5) BAR — Tasty drinks, done very quickly. Great people working there. Especially Alexander and Angela. You really can feel connection with them. Blue bar is my favourite bar in the hotel. 6) STAFF — highly trained, top notch people working here 7) Other entertainments — I didn't like them at all, I feel that they weren't prepared by skilled people.

The guests actually talk with each other. The bartenders Taz and Tony are the best. Lots of screaming kids though.

Not long back from our ten night stay here at this beautiful hotel and what a pleasant stay we had. The staff, ever so friendly made our time so much more enjoyable! The cocktail bar was always so busy but the bar staff (Taz, Tony and Thenia) were always kind enough to grab us some extra chairs so we could sit and make the most of our all inclusive package! Our room was cleaned every day without fail, the only down side to the room, was that the bathroom was very small and the shower was so low that my boyfriend struggled to have a comfortable shower because he is 6ft +!
The food was good, breakfast a bit disappointing but lunch and dinner made up for it! Overall we had a fantastic stay here, and I would happily return again in the future, thanks to all the wonderful staff!

Super location, very nice staff (despite the end of the season in good spirits and very helpful). There is a star deduction because of food; Well cooked but who here Gyros, fresh fish, Bifteki etc. Expected, should be more prepared for a very English meal.

Half way through our holiday and loving it staff great pools clean and the food is very good and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel anyone.

Great place and very friendly helpful staff! The whole place was clean. Food was good, varied just enough through the week and lots of healthy options. Not a great road to walk to nearby Tragaki town as there are no pavements & people drive fast but there are buses and a taxi is only €7 if you want a night out & a wander around the tourist shops. Great kids pool and the infinity pool area is a bit quieter if you don't want to be around kids! Highly recommend.

Me & my husband loved it here, will definately be going again, the hotel was spotlessly clean & the hotel staff were friendly & efficiant, there was a lovely quiet Beach just down the road from the hotel Well worth a visit, would have liked to Have stayed longer, 7 nights wasn't quite enough.

No more insider tip! More and more Germans (including us) find this hotel class. Last year we only found reviews of English guests but because of the Turkish crisis and the extremely high costs for Spain and Portugal, many German-speaking guests apparently decided this year for the Plagos hotel. Location: Hotel is situated on a mountain therefore many stairs. But the good staff and delicious food make this good again. In any case, a clear recommendation from me!

Such a fantastic place to be. All the staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome, they treat you like family. The views are spectacular :) definitely one of the best if not the best hotel on the island.

Amazing staff nothing too much trouble a few glitches but early in the season and as soon as they were brought to the attention of the staff immediately sorted and surprise flowers and champagne for my wife's birthday an added bonus, place spotless food OK with an ample selection of local produce entertainment a bit interesting but they're trying and it only they're first week so will get better but kids disco great I've got nothing bad to say and I'm sure all who stay here will enjoy.

Had our wedding here and everything was perfect. We were given a free room upgrade, the staff (especially the bar staff alex, tony and taz) were excellent and couldnt do more to help and I couldnt ask for more from a hotel.

Great location, great staff, beautiful Infinity pool, good food. We had an amazing stay last year, definitely planing to return.
