The location is situated between Gouvia and Corfu Town, and very close to the structure there is the bus station that can take you everywhere on the island. The structure itself is really big, comfortable and well-served. There is a nice big pool included and the sea is really close.

The location is very good. It's near Ipsos and Corfu. There are different bus that can take you all around the island. It's also possible rent a bike or a car in the hotel.

Never, ever buy the internet here! You just throw the money away because he's not here. Of the pluses-beautiful, green territory, proximity to the main locations, of the cons — all very old, 20-year old.

Very pleasant. Interaction of Greek dancers with guests excellent. Performance good. Food standard buffet. Relaxing atmosphere. Able to enjoy company around the table, music and entertainment not overpowering. Will definitely take visitors to Corfu there again.

Great location if you want to turn the island to see the most beautiful beaches. It was a very nice place. Nearby there is also a supermarket to be able to do some shopping. Only flaw is that the sea here, where the hotel is not nice. The prices of the restaurant inside the village are good when compared with those of the outside restaurants.

Beautiful, spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Great pool and beautiful gardens. Wi-Fi only works partially and is subject to a charge (€10 a week). TV reception only partial and intermittent. Beach is not so great, because due to the lagoon location hardly any water movement = algae, moraky.

Functional apartment and efficient establishment staff. Cleaning every day. Great pool very clean with a bar. Very friendly waitress who prepares the dishes and cocktails as you like. Cheap supermarket where you can find everything. Green space in front of the lake for sunbathing. Not a nice beach in the immediate vicinity but that of Dassia is beautiful and is located less than 15mn by bus. Very well served hotel. Bus stop just ahead. Only downside Wi-Fi, we connect hard.

The beds are hard and there is no Wi-Fi, I don't think I would choose this place again if I visit Corfu again. Unfortunately it is also far from the center so you need a car to go there. However the pool here is very good and the lake is indeed a sight to behold. The stuff is also very friendly and the appliances seem to be working normally.

First we were assigned the room above the reception, very close to the restaurant and the road and thus with a lot of noise from outside. But after we requested a different apartment, we had a great stay. The daily service is very good as well.

Nice facilities. Perfectly place if you want to travel around the island.

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great stay.

Room was very basic with no oven. Shower water tasted salty. Pool was much better than anticipated.

Just back from our holiday. This is the 5th time we have stayed in Govino Bay … alway's very clean well kept… apartments spotless. And Christiana is excellent. We have had her cleaning our apartment on several visits now. She is alway's friendly and such a sweet lady… it is a nice quiet place, and we love it… restfull and relaxing… we will be back again next year… thankyou to all the staff.

Having a fab time here with family. Strongly recommend the bbq greek night was good value for money and the dancers were fantastic. Maria and ever the waitresses work very hard and are always pleasant and smiley…

Brilliant location and really nice villas, hotel staff are really nice with the exception of the bar staff, quite ignorant I'm afraid but don't let this put you off visiting.

The villas are lovely, the spiral staircase down to the bedrooms are a bit difficult if you are not to mobile but other than that everything was perfect. The cleaning staff were very thorough and reliable, the villas are big enough for a family of 6 adults with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer. The only down side were the pool staff, ignorant and very unpleasant, I stood at the bar for a good two minutes while they both chatted I said excuse me on a couple of occasions and they looked but carried on chatting, I eventually interrupted them and was reluctantly served, I spoke to other people around the pool who said they to had been regularly ignored and one family refused to use the pool area and went to another beach area. The pool area is nice and clean but ruined by ignorant staff.

Great place to stay. There isn't enough shade in the pool area, but if you happy to be away from there, pleanty of shade from the trees. Cleaners are fantastic and even folder my PJs and left them at the end if the bed. Would certainly suggest as a family friendly place to stay.

Nice beach, not five stars because I think the harbor sullies the water. But all in all very nice.

I have never believed RCI, Rubbish organisation.

We arrived at Govino Bay on 23rd July 2010 exa life time holiday in Corfu. Booking was done thru RCI who pride tpecting a once in hemselves on up market accommodation and good location for their Resorts. On arriving at Govino Bay we noted: a. Resort just outside Corfu Town, adjacent to a very busy double highway b. Situation of the resort in an industrial area c. Many shops closed down d. Cheap tourist trap shops close by to the resort e. No beach to speak of f. So called sea was muddy and dirty g. Accommodation very basic altho it appeared clean h. Swimming pool and outdoor bar facilities unattactive Once the above points had been noted we decided that we could not stay at this Resort even tho we had paid in full for the accommodation. This is not what we expected when booking after seeing pictures and advertisements of this particular Resort. We then hired a car and looked for other accommodation which we found at a small village called Kalami on the North East part of the Island. This accommodation altho basic was situated in a lovely village with a beautiful beach — friendly people and a place which one would return to for many years to come. In summary we were conned into believing that we were going to a beautiful Resort and we would discourage people from going to this place, specially if they wanted a truly unforgettable holiday in Corfu. This letter will be copied to RCI who claim high quality accommodation and venues. Leon and Linda.
