A great option in Crete if you want a one of a kind experience!
Emilio and Amanda are great hosts who gave us excellent insider tips on finding amazing spots on the island. They are very professional, speak multiple languages and pay special attention to detail.
We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with views over the mountains and different tasty local delicacies served in style each day.
The rooms are very tastefully furnished, perfectly clean and stocked with all you need. This place has a very unique concept: Boutique resort with authentic design and a personal touch.
Very good location for visiting destinations in Western Crete.
Highly recommended!

“We where exploring Crete and decided we needed some escape from the crowded cities. Found this little heaven called "Kamares Sanctuaries" and the fotos really got our attention. Right from when we arrived there we knew we had made the right choice. This place is a treasure for anyone who wants to calm down and stop time. Emilio and his family made us more than welcome and their recommendations lead us to discover all the local traditional places you won't find in travel sites. The place is so elegant and clean that it feels like a dream home. Breakfast is highly recommended, as it is unique, never the same and according to your preferences (I am vegan and the breakfast was specifically changed just for me) Overall, I would definitely visit again. This place makes you wanna come back with it's unique energy. ”
