Absolutely perfect for families with little ones. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. There is so much to do here, it’s absolutely beautiful.

Relaxing, great food, fun activities for kids and parents. Totally recommend.

A very nice facility, which has a variety of possibilities for bathing and relaxing.
All very friendly, great food and there is something for everyone.

What is not so nice is that a reservation for certain food offers is only digital and complicated.
Also not so good is that some lifeguards consider your job more like 8 hours of cell phone gaming. Drowning is a silent death.

but we are happy to recommend it.

The rooms are very good with for most sea views just amazing, certainly poorly soundproofed but this is the case in most hotels.

Great hotel, top food, clean, highly recommended for families (not for teenagers who want to do it) quiet hotel at night, smiling staff. Only downside the staff does not speak French so I do not recommend to people who do not have a base of English.

Very nice hotel, family friendly, always everything clean, all very friendly despite corona restrictions we could enjoy the holiday, 2020 — 2021 much would be renovated, on arrival only completed. Outdoor sports, children's care and wellness. Always enough loungers by the pool and on the beach.

Beautiful hotel, good food, large rooms, friendly staff. Were 2x very happy there. There is definitely a need for some renovation. Therefore, we saw the price increase this year as unjustified and have refrained from a third visit.

Perfect experience and ideal for a family. Beautiful surroundings and gardens all built for kids. The food was perfect and the service of the hotel in all areas was exceptional.

This family-oriented hotel has a lot going for it. The layout of the complex is superbly designed, creating different miniature villages where guests are housed together in bungalows around pools. Every pool/village also has its own trademark restaurant and/or bar, thus preventing the need for guests to wander around half the complex looking for something to eat or drink. The all-inclusive that seems to be standard here is well spent where meals are concerned, but does feel a little underwhelmed in the drinks department, as several pools/areas only serve a small selection. Some bars are also only self-service (at certain times). Also, some pools do not have lifeguards, whereas other (such as the aqua park) are almost OVERstaffed on that part.

Positive: The food is excellent as well as the service in the restaurants. Beautiful water park. They do a lot to keep the gardens green and clean. Very friendly staff. Good entertainment and sport program. Negative: The standard family rooms are outdated and very basic and smell. We were there at the beginning of July and there are not enough chairs at the pools. People reserve them sometimes without showing up all day. The service at the lobby bar is bad. The average waiting period during our 1 week stay was 30 minutes before taking the order (so even longer for the drinks).

What a great place to stay in Crete. I cannot fault this place. Food, service, staff and accommodation were fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here. There is a 20 min walk to some local stores and bars which is situated in a small harbour. Not alot to do there but worth a look if you want to take a few gifts back home.

Amazing water slides, amazing employees and amazing people… The rooms are pretty good but only the lobby has Wi-Fi, so don't get too excited. It has a lot of places, amazing beaches, gyms, recreational places, and more to be explored. Also each pool is unique and fun… it has millions of restaurants like Italian, I think Chinese and more I can't remember. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Day five. Impressions. The staff are all friendly, everyone greets at the meeting. It's very nice. The area is green, there are a lot of places near the pools, the sunbeds are all as one serviceable and clean. All the tracks are in stone, purely everywhere, although the cleaners are not noticeable, as well as the whole service is unobtrusive, but high-quality. Drinks (coffee, tea and juices) near each pool and by the sea. Beach. Well equipped, cleanrakes, the entrance is clean sandy. No rocks. The bay is closed with an artificial maul, so there are no waves practically. The hotel is divided into zones, and it is mentally, you can sit by the pool, then on the grass, then go to the sea, lie on the sunbeds directly above the sea, then go down to the beach, go to the bay with pebbles, etc. It is very good with the usual hotel monotony. There's no such thing here. Now the food. For all tastes. Greek cuisine is just a shine. Tomatoes with such smell and taste ate only in the USSR. A lot of Russian speakers. Very peaceful and soulful hotel.

A great hotel to stay with the kids! The food is delicious and varied! Children's table without tasty harmsBeach and water is very clean. This beach is marked with a blue flag and on the rocks live sea urchins, which speaks of super clean water. All the staff are very welcoming and welcoming. A great hotel! The holiday was perfect! The staff are courteous and very friendly! The rooms are a little light of hearing but we didn't bother that. I can only recommend the hotel photographers to a very nice couple who have given us wonderful memories.

The hotel is very nicely furnished and offers a very good service for families with children, especially small children it is very well suited. Other holidaymakers are already having a harder time there. One is permanently surrounded by children's noise. The evening animations types always out in children's animations. Otherwise, it's fantastically beautiful.

Poor food, raw rooms, its from the staff should be sought for hours, children's table in the hotel sharpened by children, equals adult plus porridge oatmeal on milk. The beach is small but left a pleasant experience. The water park for kids liked. Overall the hotel has left mixed feelings.

Beautiful services and meals-All inclusive, bungalow comfortable although the bedding is a little too strong. Swimming pools not heated and the water park. Damage especially early in the season.

Lovely place, great secluded location but within walking distance of the village and great tavernas.

Beautiful place, huge, good food but also very busy and a little isolated.

A real royal treatment started with the car from the airport. This is an all inclusive resort. Almost everything is included in room rate even alcohol. Spa is the only extra charge I saw. Many different food options all you can eat. Lots of pools all with poolside bars. Excellent beach. And a feral cat rescue as well! Only there three nights so not doing day trips around the island. But lots to do and see just not enough time.

" I also want to express more thanks to Thomas, Lazloy, and Michael Jacskon, these guys, that take care of your health and constantly organize sports activities … Once again, we liked the rest.

The Bay is a dream. Absolute Rest. The food especially the variety which is super. The rooms are clean. And even small gifts (birthday) to be implemented (choice, etc) and the swimming Pool is a cracker…
