We stayed in Pleiades luxurious villas for 5 days out of season and were looked after by Julie. On arrival we were greeted by Lina who was really friendly and shown to our beautiful villa! Sea views, spotless pool and accommodation with wine, fruit and a birthday cake in the fridge! They were so accommodating throughout, arranging day trips to spinalonga and taxis when we needed them, as well as recommending excellent restaurants. Best holiday ever.
Crete itself is just stunning out of the holiday season, hardly any tourists and the local tavernas were just beginning to open up. Plus we were the only guests staying at the villas which was really lovely! I'd highly recommend april as a time to visit.
Just had a wonderful week in the Celaeno villa. The villa itself is very spacious and beautifully fitted out, with super comfortable beds and enormous bathrooms with amazing views. What made our stay extra special was the level of service we received from the moment we arrived. Lina, the villa manager, gave us a wonderfully warm welcome, gave great recommendations for where to go, and arranged bookings for restaurants, taxis, outings etc which made all the difference. She was always super-responsive when we had any questions, at any time of day. A delicious (and substantial) breakfast was delivered to the villa each morning (which we appreciated even more after a visit to the very busy breakfast buffet at the Domes of Elounda hotel one day). The villa was serviced with fresh linen and towels every other day, and the pool was kept spotless each day. The pool was lovely, though we were glad we paid the supplement to have it heated as we were late in the season. If we had to mention any down side at all, we were surprised at the level of noise from quite a busy road between Agios Nikolaos and Elounda, which we hadn't anticipated, but other than that, a wonderful holiday — thank you!

We had an amazing holiday staying here, the accommodation was wonderful and the view over the bay incredible. The access to Domes of Elounda was a real bonus and the concierge, Monica, was really helpful and engaging.
