Very nice service here in Jo-An, kind but professional restaurant stuff like Nektarios and Aspa (sia) and the other lady, very nice experience in this hotel in Rethymno.

Beautiful location, very good staff (thank you, dear Eva), great food, good cleaning.

Good hotel, old rooms, good dinners. From the beach 20 minutes on foot. Near the old town.

Excellent varied food.
Friendly staff. They speak English well and are acceptable in Russian.
Cleaning the room is daily. Furniture is more than enough.

The downside is: insufficient soundproofing. The hotel is on a busy street and cars and mopeds can ride up to 12am.

Nice hotel, but the room we got very tiny, you can only walk between the bed and the table:) Well, the view from the balcony to the wall of the next building is not happy. The buffet is edible.

Friendly staff, hotel next to city park and 5 minutes walk to the "old town" and 20 minutes to the municipal, clean beach. And here's the kitchen for three.

A bit old, but highly recommended due to the central location and the very attentive staff. Feeling very comfortable.

2nd Floor for 2018 year, May. Rooms are Ushatchenno, Chumzai bathroom, dim light is not visible all "charms". Have to update.

The room was clean and the breakfast was overshadowed. The rooms are better overlooking the garden, otherwise noisy street.

Old but decent. Small room, bad noise insulation, small shower.

Noisy street, which does not rest at night. Stinky shower, stuffy room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also fine — above average canteen level. Good selection of food, but it can also be monotonous quite quickly. After all, the fruit is always fresh and abundant.

It’s a Hotel with Charme and perfect Service :-) it was our 2nd time in Jo-An Palace and we enjoyed it again. You‘ll have everything here you need. The old Town is a few minutes away with lots of shops for Shopping and Eating. Also you can reach the Beach within short time and there are no Stones inside the water. It’s really clear and wide with Umbrellas and Sunbeds for rent. Thanks to Angeliki, Vaso, Nektarios, Eva and Maria, who made our Stay perfect. We‘ll come again for sure :-) ευχαριστώ πολύ :

Quite disappointed, Pool Super zero, staff at the reception SiMpA but that's all.

By car tour on the island we finished our stay in the pretty town of Rethyme.
The hotel is well located at the gates of the old town but that's it.
We were less well received than in a Formula One along the highway.
Spartan room with poor bedding and air-con
Housekeeping at 7:30 in the morning in the hallway.
Breakfast tasteless away from the level of a 4 star.
Very poor rooms
Ridiculous bathroom (It's recurring in Greece).
Swimming pool with 12 lounges for 90 rooms and very small.
Russian and German occupants little respectful of the rules of life.
No parking.
Key problem (also recurring in Crete)
In short an establishment that has to be at the standard but that has very poorly aged. I understand that it is pleasing to the Germans and the Russians because we are in their types of buildings. For travelers accustomed to the 4 stars in western Europe and South C is clearly below.

Excelent location and staff.

Old-fashioned, very poorly soundproof, no view, very small rooms, microscopic bathrooms, no charm, bad breakfast given in the DRC without a view, very noisy. The only asset is not highlighted, C is the rooftop with swimming pool but without bar.

Does the bare minimum, does not deserve its 4 stars. Still a decent hotel.

Nice city hotel with a normal service, meals and accommodations. The historical part of the city within walking distance. If badly izoŝritsâ, you can find a place to park your car.

Nice hotel in the city centre, near the City Park, cafes.

Older city hotel with charm that shines through the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. 5 min. All the way to the old town and in the nu you are at the harbour where bars and restaurants line up. The wide beach is within walking distance. Sansstrand and also in the water no stones or rocks.

Rooms:
+ Nice and clean rooms, and sometimes make shapes out of towels. — the only bad thing that the bathroom is small.
The hotel itself:
+ Nice staff. And kind, Russian-speaking waiter at Basil.
Food:
+/-I must say that I am not very good at perceiving this cuisine, but not saying that she doesn't like you, it is quite possible.
Circle:
Nearby there is a café called, Bario "can go to the Park.
Well I have no cons. Good, there isn't even a very good hotel!

For the money that's worth room, very good location. Spacious room and the sea is not far away.
One drawback, when zaberaeš′ key disables all and fridge and light and charge your phone.

Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff, but the food was not edible part. The hotel has a central location in Rethymno, from which you can explore the city very well.

(-) Old air conditioners (three weeks stay denied twice)

I can confidently recommend this hotel to those who planned to take a car and travel to Crete from end to end.

In the overall impression. Located in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Cons: small bathrooms and large balconies, not far from the sea.
