Lovely family run hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful; will be going again.

Just back after our 3rd stay at The Cretan Sun, we use the hotel more for a base as we go out most days. Rooms are a fare size with plenty of wardrobe space and room to store your'e suitcases under so they are out the way. Towels and bedding very clean and soft. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean. Plenty of electric points and very good aircon. Our balcony was shaded by the trees we where thankful of this in the July heat. We had cleaners 3 times in our week stay which is brill and they did a fab job. We will be booking again for next year.

It was ok. AC was cosltly and roaches came in the room.

Friendly, immaculately clean, amazing value for money, excellent breakfast, so helpful, 10 minutes to beach on foot, 5 minutes to huge range of restaurants and shops. 5 minutes to lidls supermarket. Travelling alone with 2 children. Good kids pool and lovely pool and bar area.

We had a lovely week here, nice and clean, easy going and relaxed atmosphere.

Stayed for two weeks, three adults and a child. Very spacious apartment, clean, with a large terrasse and cute view on the field with animals. Calm and comfortable. Personal is polite and friendly. Though we are a Russian family, two of us speak English, so no problem with communication. The family try their best to run the hotel. Paid a lot attention to our child and were very helpful. A 10-15 minutes walk to the beach was no problem. The same with shops and cafes. We rented the car and explored the island. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh, swimming pools warm and clean. Snooker was free in the lobby. Sometimes it was windy and some waves in the sea because we stayed there from 28 of September till 12 of October (2017). On the whole we liked our staying and had a great time! Wi-Fi WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR DISTANT WORK.

2 bedroom apartment — very large with a gorgeous balcony. Can accommodate 5 adults. Excellent and varied Breakfast. To the sea walk 15 minutes. Close to 2 supermarkets and lots of cafes. Pure, clean, change of towels, etc. All on the level.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room every other day. This hotel is more suitable for those who like to travel by car, and use it as a place for overnight. There are only breakfasts, for that all always bring to the last resting. A variety of fruits are served. Stable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Rented car is adjusted to the hotel, at the end of the lease key is on the reception.

Had the most wonderful holiday the owners and staff of the hotel were very helpful and so friendly they made our holiday fantastic will be going back next year.
Food was lovely rooms and pool were very clean.

We got the hotel for $18 US, and it was pretty nice for that price. Great pool area, nice balcony, but there was no HOT water, there was a lot of black mold in our bathroom, the beds were singles so my husband and I were uncomfortable cuddling, and I didn't like the pillows which I am fussy about. That being said it is certainly the nicest 18 dollar hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was very nice. There is Internet only in the common area but we could also get it on our balcony and there were lots of cute cats that were clean and not sick.

Hello everybody! My name is John and I am here with my girlfriend Jitse. We are the first people of Belgium that came to this hotel. I must say it is fantastic! Manos and Stravros do everything for everybody here. The food is great and it's so beautiful in Kreta. We are really comming back!

The hotel is marked on the map is incorrect! It is located on the corner of the street imvrou near the road E75. The apartments have everything you need. But no hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Still lives there very sociable cat, and maybe this cat) The fastest way to the sea from the hotel: from the hotel go out to the right, pass under the bridge, to the left of the Bridge Street — go, go big Street and left again, through 20-30 meters a plate on the beach. The entire journey not more than eight minutes. There's another tunnel under the road, he left from the hotel. Five minutes from the hotel (left) a supermarket Liddle. Bus stop also in 5 minutes. Go left at the bridge turn right, pass under the bridge and go straight, run at a kiosk, there are buying tickets. Routes to Chania and Iraklion through the city of Rethymno.
