➜ We stayed in Anthos Apartments for three weeks. We had a large, clean apartment consisting of a bedroom (we had good and large beds) and a kitchen. On the upper floor there are also great views of the bay of Plakias.
Room service was thorough, reliable and very friendly. Since we travelled with Baby, we got an almost new cot and a child seat. Perfect!
The pool was clean and there is a small playground. Parking is on the property. There is also a free washing machine (washing powder was available). Those who travel with children appreciate something like that.
The hotel belongs to Alianthos, a group of hotels in the village. As a result, there were contact persons in the village at all times. The two ladies in the reception were very cordial and always helped us well when we needed something. That was awesome! There were also perks at breakfast and dinner at the hotel. We just tested the dinner buffet once. We're not big fans of something like that. But actually the quality was really good. For less than 20 euros, we were able to eat very extensively with two people.
Location, supermarket and beach within walking distance. Back then uphill;) Car rental is recommended in Crete anyway.
A few small minus points: The kitchen was very sporadically equipped. The most necessary thing is there. But for 4 people, it is more likely not enough.
