Everything is perfect in this hotel. The staff is nice and listens to our every request, the animation team is hyper motivated.
The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is beautiful, the night the illuminated pool is magical. We eat with a view of the pool and the sea. There are 2 private coves with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for snorkeling.

We were on site from 27 September 2020 to 09/10 2020. First impression: Very well maintained hotel complex. Parking in front of the hotel, also a bus stop.
The reception staff is very quick, competent and can do a lot of things, e. B. Second duvet for the room and a kettle.
The hotel complex to the rear is very spacious, very well maintained, many bungalows, many pools and various beach sections/bays. (No sand). Offers such as. B. Water ski is given behind the hotel. In the morning at the pool animation. The staff in the restaurant provide various double services and always in a good mood, funny and always helpful. The buffet is world class. Great selection, very tasty, offers are repeated weekly, however.
At each buffet stand there are employees, who then serve the food on the plate as desired.
The only minus point is the cleaning in the hotel rooms: every 2-3 days. Garbage is disposed of, beds are moved in and towels are replaced. Unfortunately no cleaning of the floor and especially in the bathroom.
The hotel is definitely recommended! Here you can enjoy the holiday to the fullest.

The hotel and bungalows are great! The pool area is kept clean and has a bar you can access from outside and inside the pool. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of foods, including Greek cuisine.

It's a great hotel. Good rooms. The food is at a good level. Steam locomotive to a nearby village.

This hotel has good animation for both children and adults. The food is delicious, but it's not enough. The sea is OK, but it is rocky or dirty. The pool is ok, sometimes crowded, and because of that it can be dirty. It is necessary to occupy the stompers early in the morning, until 10:00 (otherwise everything will be taken for you, and you will not be given). Towels are also few, but in the morning there are many of them (with them all the same as with stompers). Many French, Germans, from other countries almost no.

A good hotel, confidently deserving of its 4 stars. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms. I did not like that there are paid sunbeds on the beach and paid drinks during the paid dinner, and at very high prices compared to any nearby restaurant. The hotel is for those who like to just lie by the pool.

It's a great hotel. A large green area, several pools with sea water and several artificial cozy bays in the sea. The room liked (all you need to eat and everything works) and the service is also good.

A nice hotel with a huge and very beautiful area. Pools with sea water. The only downside is the lack of a beach in its classic view. You can swim in the artificially created bays or go beyond the territory on a pebble beach.

This hotel provides excellent service, accommodation and cuisine in an exceptional setting. The gardens are beautiful, well maintained and provide a relaxing area. The 9 pools offer a mixture quiet areas with childrens pools and a large activity pool. The two restaurants provide a broad range of International and Greek dishes. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and make every effort to give you a great holiday. They succeeded with us. We also visited various areas of this beautiful island. We will be back.

Very good Hotel with a beautiful Garden. The Location right by the Sea is great, only the artificial Bathing Bays are not so the Howler. But everything else great, Food was also good and varied.

Great resort For my part it was a short experience but long enough to say it's worth it… Dish at will, different coves for bathing and a lot of swimming pools… The rooms are OK.

This hotel is on the face of it really lovely. … there is a BIG but to that however I am staying here at the moment the room I have is great lovely view etc etc. However last night this all changed when this hotel advertised as '' family' hotel turned into an 18 — 30 's party hotel. There was extremely loud music coming from the bar until very late the source of the music was actually outside on a terrace so any of the rooms in the main building facing the sea were horrendously noisy. I like people to enjoy themselves but not at the expense of others. If the hotel is going to have groups of young people partying until late they should advertise it as such so that families with young children could pick somewhere else. It's a shame really as this hotel seemed quite idyllic when we arrived.

Hotel is nestled in a beautiful park. Alternatively, there are smaller pools where you can relax all day. Delicious cuisine, which can also be enjoyed on the large outdoor terrace if necessary and very friendly staff complete a successful holiday. We'll be back.

Rules, men, yes only men, must wear long trousers for the dinner buffet, pretentious to the extreme. I had to argue to be allowed in wearing smart Chino shorts (long story). Gardens in the grounds are very nice, but filled with rat poison pellets, the small blue ones, so not good if you have small children. Children's services are good, and if you are that sort of parent, you can leave your children in their care for most of the day. Overall it's an ok hotel, but it's completely put me off staying in a resort.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone who likes to rest without fuss. Who likes hangouts and noisy parties you don't belong here.

Very good service very clean only downside, the quality of the dishes of the restaurant Thalassa is deplorable: pasta, pantyhose, cornflour, rubbery mozzarella, uncooked vegetables, swordfish too cooked and dry, chocolate dessert resembling glue, puree in Bag. The cooks are really not professional!
Really sad for a hotel of this quality to which I attribute an 8 Bravo!

For all inclusive holidays quite ok, the beach/bay is not very inviting as in the photos on the Internet. For this, Crete offers other beautiful beaches… so get out of the hotel!
The staff was very affectionate, attentive and very language-talented, so we cannot give any negative points.
The food was very good… Although large selection but closer look at the same thing again and again. It's easy… after eating the strangely tasting egg and rubber roast, we now eat vegan (thanks for this! )
For us as a cat lover… a paradise! Everywhere cats, very clean, well cared for, work healthy and the hotel looks very good to you. However, they always stay in the same place, so the cat haters can get out of their way.

A realy nice and clean place. Nice sences. The staff ate really nice and helpfull. The food was fantastic eith plenty to pick from. Its a really good place to stay if you wamt to relax not a place full of activities they have some for kids which is good if your goin with the family.

Splendid Paradise Hotel with fantastic Park and all very clean. Impeccable Bungalow with all the amenities. Food in my opinion good no more, too bad. Dedicated and French speaking staff. Well managed hotel which is not always the case!. One of the best hotels I could enjoy. Memorable memory.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic sized pool. Animation team corny but v hardworking and a real credit to the Hotel. Reception staff are the best ever I got bitten by a mosquito reacted badly the receptionists couldn't do enough to help. God love them. Main restaurant v nice. Themed evenings. They have two other restaurants we only tried the Mexican and we didn't enjoy it. They have a couple of shops on site the jewellery shop was amazing bought a fantastic pair of earings really nice. The lady who runs the shop is lovely so helpful. Trip to local village 5 mins in a taxi about 18 euro return trip to Rethymnon 25 mins about 23 euros. One way. Great shops in rethymnon. Taxis outside hotel v helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault the hotel woukd conecagain but book an apartment they look amazing.

Never ever! People often very unfriendly. I get a beverage, when I eat my desert. The AirCondition in the room works only 10•C or 40•C. All or nothing… The railing in my 5th floor room is about to fall down… I hope not with me… The Wi-Fi… well have you ever had a good Wi-Fi in a hotel? It's the same here… My advice: No!

Staff very nice and available.
All typical Greek cuisine, (moussaka, olive-baked vegetables, oriental cakes, white cheese), are excellent.
The pool is great, the coves too.
The rooms are well equipped, whatever in mine the water from the shower tended to flow into the room.
Housekeeping summary.
In the hotel you will find a shop that sells jewellery.
Too bad the vendors are so uncomfortable;
After having bought €400 of jewellery in their shop in two days, their attitude when I came back and I hesitated between several models was neither amiable nor patient when there was no other customer in the shop.
Too bad, I came to make my Christmas presents… too bad I'll spend my money elsewhere!

Everything is there: multiple swimming pools, sea access coves, sauna, SPA, mini gym, all in a sublime, floral +++ and beautifully manicured setting.
All reception and catering services are offered.
Hotel busy but not too, suitable for cuts as well as families.

Get some food at Cretan corner (all kinds of olives, they are really good). Enjoy the gardens, they are very well maintained. Nice views at sunset.

I cannot believe the posts that say good food. Very indifferent cuisine that sometimes I can find nothing to eat but the soup! Canteen style food trays that have appeared several times, cheese selection very poor and even the simple things are done badly, cold chips and potato dishes. The Greek food is even adulterated so it is not authentic and on top of everything I have been served raw chicken and pork. Very rare to see any prawns in fact in the two weeks I stayed here only once did I see any and that was on someone else's plate because by the the time I got their they were gone! If you want a good standard of food avoid like the plague!

Food great. The rooms are very clean. The grounds are awesome. You should speak at least English, but better French. Hardly young people, therefore everything is clean and healed. We'll be back when we get the money together.

Near Iberostar Panorama Marais — a little more expensive but MEGA cooler! In Crete-marine — with children, there is calm and near playgrounds.

The hotel is great. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The landscape pleases the eye. The kitchen is excellent, it is impossible to stay strucnim :) the Staff is friendly. The ratio quality/price is optimal. Recommened.

Friendly staff that is trying very hard to resolve problems of the guests. Unfortunately, there were problems with the Wi-Fi, to secure it in the entire hotel. The cleanliness of glasses and dishes read very to be desired.

Theft in the room, very unfriendly and unsympathetic Manager! Food is always warm, the beach is small and rocky, only pebble beach! Outside the hotel there is nothing but Dirt! Next town for Shopping in about 40 minutes with the Bus! Not 5 star but most 3 stars earned the Hotel!

The hotel is very good. The hotel is large enough, very clean, very clear pools, for comparison walked in панараму there territory and pools dirty. In the lobby bar has a large number of drinks and cocktails, some for money. Beach at a rocky or pebble, under stones full of sea urchins. Animation in the hotel weak, the children's animation walked in Панараму. In the evening do in General is nothing but to sit at the bar and drink. Once in the hotel was a Cretan night, surcharge was very fun and interesting.
