Beautiful hotel, very accommodating service, lovely and always helpful, very nice staff — here hardly any dreams remain open 🌺.
The food tastes great, the offer is great and there is always something for everyone. The hygiene measures well thought out and kept by the staff super taff at the temperatures — unfortunately not by many a guest.
And not to forget: Even a cozy area for adults only was thought of here: Comfortably a glass of wine served with a cheese platter until late in the evening — on request also fresh sushi 😍.

A great hotel with all the amenities you could wish for a feel-good holiday. Grounds top, the new rooms top, beach and pool top, friendly staff and great service. The hygiene concept is great, also for that there are 5 stars from me. I can recommend the hotel unconditionally and would like to come back.

Top hotel, nice pool, beautiful beach, very good food and drinks, very nice service.
The only one that could be criticized are the rooms in the old building (3 instead of 5 stars) and the animation program.
Only Zumba or water aerobics is offered.
If you want to play beach volleyball, you have to look for people to play for yourself.

Amazing sea view from the terrace and the beach! Hopefully the whole hotel will be reconstructed one day, now it's visually a little bit inconsistent.

After spending 12 days in the hotel we share a mixed experience, the hotel is extraordinary and very clean, the rooms are spacious and new (for our part), the pools are beautiful but unsupervised, there is no security device at the entrance of the hotel (it's a mill), on the other hand some staff including the waiter at the main bar upstairs is not very nice (or you have to leave it a tip to get a good look) and at the pizzeria the woman is not at all pleasant, to drink a drink in the evening you have to wait about 45 minutes, and once the glass arrives the latter contains 90% of ice cubes …
The tavern is home to good food and a small care staff, who takes the time to look after the guests and very well organized.
At the buffet unfortunately too many expectations, friendly staff but understaffed total.
Finally I advise future guests to book on private holiday sites as we got had with booking room 3 times more expensive.
However we recommend this hotel for the infrastructure it presents.

We have just got back from a family holiday. There were 13 of us and we had the most amazing time. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food and facilities were amazing. I just can’t wait to go back! Special thanks to Nico, kostas, Stavros, George and Anna-Maria, there are many more to thank but these guys stood out!

Staff very friendly, food was very nice, everything was in order, what was not working was replaced, nice beach, but… it could be more kids friendly food at the main restaurant lunch and dinner. Would be nice to come back.

I will definitely be coming again. Wonderful experience. So beautiful and very welcoming to all. Family with children will love it. They have water slides for babies and bigger children. The most advantages of this hotel are: its nice territory, its wonderful beach with lots of facilities, its friendly staff, good kitchen and overall all inclusive format. Also, it’s close to Heraklion, and location is good for traveling around. What might be somehow improved: first, you need to think on “no barrier environment”. Second, the bathroom (at least in standard double room) is too small. And you also miss some basic things there — cotton pads and ear sticks. In any case, it was very good family stay!

Amazing infrastructure, amazing food, anything you can dream of for a perfect beach holidays. Loved the idea of fitness club that is run by a fitness coach. Only "not so awesome" is the idea of ordering drinks when meals are available at buffet. I was usually done with my meals by the time drinks arrived at my table — I would be perfectly fine to get drinks myself.

I didn't like the service and the room:
1 humiliating queue in the dining room, for drinks up to 10 minutes. The distances between the seats in the dining room are such that walking is very uncomfortable.
The two are very slow and often fall off the internet. (6 times appealed but in the end even Julieta spread her hands)
3 dirty air conditioning filters. Such dust (b… I'm not even afraid to assume that there's hygiene in the pools) In the words of the staff: "changed last year. " Guys, July is the month! The filter should be changed and cleaned in your climate every 1-2 months. (Thank you Juliet-changed). I tried not to think about filters in pools any more (
4 small rooms can be in the bathroom to the ceiling with your hand to get and without ventilation, even in the bathroom hood is not! That's five! Even in the 2th, there is an air exchange.

Enjoyed: good public areas, a large pool, there are two slides, a decent beach. High-quality products but strangely enough some of the simplest foods cooked are not really tasty.

The second time we are resting here. The hotel is just super. There is a traditional buffet and two ala-card Chinese and Greek restaurants. It's delicious. The sea is crystal clear, the beach is clean (constantly walk and clean). There are 5 bars, one confectionery, a huge pile of swimming pools for both adults and children. Every night disco and show. There is a miniclub for children. A lot of festivals. Every evening in the main restaurant some cuisine (Greek, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean) every year add some new chips, improve old flaws. In general, I advise everyone, the best hotel in Crete ever travel ed.

Was very pleased with the hotel in every aspect. The view (had booked sea view of course) was amazing, the hotel not only has its own beach for us to enjoy but also 2 pools for those who prefer that kind of swimming. The food was of excellent quality, and really tasteful. Most importantly though the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us into having one of the greatest vacation we've had in a while.

Very good hotel with plenty of facilities and friendly staff. The main restaurant, pool restaurant, pizzeria, tavern and Asian restaurant. All inclusive also for alcoholic beverages and all cocktails, bars open till 1.00. Holiday in June with two kids, good entertainment with a mini club and mini disco. Room with private pool was a welcome upgrade. Rooms were clean and comfortable, a disadvantage that the walls were very thin so noisy at night when people returned from drinks at the bar. Will recommend the hotel for families with small kids.

The hotel is nice, well located and easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are spacious and the staff very helpful. On the other hand the hotel is located under an overhead corridor and the planes fly regularly at low altitude. The food is very decent for an all inclusive, there are many bars and corners to eat, including a snack that serves pizza cooked in wood fire. This is a good place to relax and enjoy the facilities and services.

Once in a lifetime you must have experienced this, such friendly staff rooms are cleaned every day on request and the food is freshly prepared in front of your nose.
There are cosy corners where you can eat delicious dessert and drink fine drinks with a view of the pool and the sea. I can only recommend it to everyone to experience that.

Disgusting place. From the advantages of a chic beach, comfortable beds in the rooms and inexpensive and comfortable rental car. The rest is quiet horror and scoop. This is not a 5 star hotel and if you have been in the normal 5 stars you will understand here a solid 3star. The tutu can be rude here you often say no even in situations absurd. Separately. Greek Tavern by the beach. Meals are prepared for lunch and dinner on request. Lamb, kebabs, fish, Moussakis, Shaurma. No words describe the atmosphere and taste of the dishes.
The beach is sand. Not a single pebble. Farther to the left. The center is long shallow. Drinks and fruit are served on the beach throughout the day.
Just above up to 17:00 pizza and tortillas.

All inclusive for real.
The hotel has been completely refurbished, the rooms are spacious and not too poorly soundproofed. The food is good, the buffets replenished very quickly. The tavern and the Chinese restaurant need a reservation the night before for the next day but without extra cost.
The pools are clean and in number enough so that we are not on each other.

Beautiful setting, hotel overlooking the beach. Food at the top, great choice and quality, the restaurant on the beach offers a very good cuisine. Staff to the top, to the small care. Very well maintained gardens. No complaints. We recommend it.

The place is awesome: views, the beach, food, service — all perfect! Might be to crowded when season is high.

From the first to the last day we were consistently satisfied. Whether beach, pool, room or restaurant everything was very clean. Animation is given but never intrusive or annoying. Children's Club also very affectionate and relaxed (but were in low season). Highly recommended is the Tavern restaurant with a clear view of the Sea. An all-round further to referring Hotel.

A wonderful resort with everything you could want for a relaxing beach/pool style holiday. Great diverse food and impeccable service. The beach has perfect sand, so no need for special shoes or concerns with taking a dip in the salty waters of the Mediterranean sea. The pool is great and spacious. Perfect for adults. On the downside, and the reasons why it doesn't deserve 5 stars, but only gets 3. The rooms are very poorly insolated, so you can hear everything that's going on around you. Whether it is the cleaning lady showing furniture around at 6:30 in the morning upstairs or kids crying. It's terribly hard getting a good night's sleep… So you need to sleep a bit at the pool during the day, which is lovely. Sleeping at the beach can på hard as well as they tend to let a DJ Play loud music which drowns out the calming sound of the ocean. To bad really. The nearly town is terribly dull. The resort itself during he day however is one the best I've ever been at.

Just returned home from a wonderful stay at Mitsis Rinela beach resort and Spa, we loved every minute of our holiday, the management and all of the staff are welcoming and work so hard to ensure an excellent holiday. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the gardens are beautifully kept, food is lovely with great choice of dishes to suit all tastes, we also dined at the Greek Taverna which was very pleasant. We enjoyed relaxing around the main pool area on very comfy loungers and the lovely sandy beach is just in front of the Hotel. Entertainment was really good with something different on each evening. I was there for a week and I can only recommend it! It was a Dream. Everything included in the price could not be tried or tried: from the many food offers over the theatre, in which other things were offered every evening. Our favorite place was the Tavern. The breakfast was very good. Also on the conditions I can sing only one song of praise! No matter whether at the reception or in the restaurants, everywhere we met with a smile and contagious good mood. Incidentally, This was not only the case in the hotel, but on the whole island!
Also the facility itself was very very beautiful and decorated with attention to detail and like a small village. There is nothing negative to say about the Rooms.

The photos don't do it justice. Infinity type pool, spotlessly clean, happy friendly staff. We had various treatments in the spa. These were carried out professionally and to a high standard and had lovely staff. My wife & I had the best massage we have ever had. It's a 5 star hotel & well priced. Amazing all-inclusive value and service. Enough pool/beach bars so you never have to stand in a long line, service to tables in the lobby from 17:00, delicious restaurants and very good attitude and service from the staff.

Conveniently located, real 5 stars, to Heraklion (the capital of Crete) about 10 km, transport runs regularly, and for lovers of healthy lifestyle-run 1 hour with the opportunity to take a dip on the road, the only inconvenience in doing so-to escape must be partly on the highway That is not safe.

Beach: amazing Pool: awesome Food: delicious Drinks: good Service: perfect Hotel grounds: lots of difficult stairs Entertainment: great Room: spacious with an awesome view I stayed with my wife there for 5 nights in a sea front room, the first impression of the room was a shock because the pictures on expedia were very bad, but in reality the room was so good. The sea has very few waves, sometimes it would fill up with sea weeds, but it always has small or tiny fishes, the beach itself is long, it has maybe around 200 umbrellas. You are not allowed to reserve places but unfortunately most people do. Beach bar has beer, juices, ice cream and some fruits You can also rent a jet ski and similar sea activities There are 2 pools, the small one has a max height of 2 m. The main pool looks over the sea and has a good feeling about it. Max height is 3.1 m, there are not enough seats on the main pool and people always reserve their seats so if you were delayed for some reason you wouldn't find a seat The pool bar has snacks, sandwiches, Desserts, cocktails, beer, basically everything There is also an arcade room and a ping pong table There is a shop inside the hotel that basically sells anything, cigarettes are with the regular price There are 3 restaurants, the main one has the best food and changes the theme every day, the other ones you have to reserve a day before To conclude I could see ourselves coming here again alot.

One of the best hotels in Crete. Excellent service, kitchen, sandy shallow beach. On the right breakwater, along it it is interesting to swim with a mask, there fishes, hedgehogs in stones. There are no sea creatures on the beach, but when the waves, they can ride and fool around with children. Be sure to go to the restaurant Aljakart (we liked the Chinese). If you go by family, it makes sense to rent a car, the island is small and picturesque, so you can significantly save on excursions. Knossos Palace, Spinalonga, the Cave of Zeus, and much more we have traveled in three days. The roads are great, the traffic is not big, but not enough pointers and there is a problem to get from the highway to the gate to the hotel. I recommend to take a small car, so there was no problem with parking. There is nothing to buy, except perhaps the famous Cretan oil. It is also necessary to go to the Archaeological Museum (it is more advantageous to buy a joint ticket to the Palace and Museum). It is better to leave early, to crowds of tourists. On Spinalonga and the palace, take with you water, on a cave necessarily comfortable footwear (there the long rise in mountains) and a sweater (in a cave it is cold). Have a good rest!
