The hotel is in a good location. Good animation, during the day is not to be bored. The food, the location, the grounds are all super. As well as everywhere, there are small minuses, but they overlap numerous pluses. We are not met at once, but were allocated at the hotel Anissa Beach 4 +. And it didn't become a problem, we were able to rate two hotels in one stay. Upon our return we were complimented in the form of a sea view room, two massages, two a la carte evenings, crayfish bottles, fruit, and sweets in the room. In a word, I recommend! I.

Positive: extremely friendly staff in the Restaurant, good kitchen, good location, clean toilets. Negative: unfriendly staff in the SPA area, not including the mini-bar with water bottles (at Night, not die of thirst you should buy on the first day of somewhere a water box and is good), lack of changing rooms in the pool area.

The hotel is located directly by the sea. It is, however, more in a 3 instead of 4 star category. The food is good and the hotel has its own disco and a large pool. The negative is that the bathtub is not clean the couches at the pool are partially broken and the 3rd bed for a child in the room is also not very nice. The staff speaks English and is very friendly.

The hotel is terrible. They say the hotel is full and sent to another hotel for a few days. The numbers don't match the statement. The area of the room is not more than 15 meters, although 22. Food is terrible. The fruit is not washed. The restaurant is run by cats. The beach is terrible. Some rocks, nezvozmozhno to the sea. Never book this hotel. It's a spoiled vacation.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food. The rooms with private pools are highly recommended!

Our experiences with this hotel and their services are really terrible! We found out that there is overbooking a standard procedure and unfortunatelly we had to deal twice the moving with our 2 small children during our holiday. The suggested compensation was laughable — entry to wellness, one more dinner in the a la carte restaurant, in-room safe, small bottle of local spirit and sweets. Only the late checkout was worthwhile. But we have experienced for the 1st time ever the "late checkout", presented as an extra service, but in another 3-beded room instead of 4-beded! We had to change a room the last day again. Disgraceful! Simply — NO MORE Zorbas Village : — ( ( (

Beautiful, great hospitality, nice buffet, great a la carte restaurant, value for the dollar, wonderful staff, nice pool and beach, terrific staff.

Nice place near the see. Meals can be better, Crete island is wonderful.

Excellent Resort we enjoyed our all inclusive holidays here. Food was delicious and too much food to take it. Kids activities fibulas and good have 2 English girls Gemma and Katie. These girls late night shows, daily activities and approach with clients so kinds.
