Lovely hotel, great for a family. Freindly staff, almost feels like a family business. Accommodation is comfortable and pool is great, although a little slippy. Small beach across road with some good snorkelling. Ansa car hire out the front and Anna up the road both look good.

Great place, nice hotel, super food and great activities for kids too. The beach infront of the hotel is with little rocks but if you walk 200m left, there are sand beaches too. A peaceful area and nice shops also. A great destination for a family vacation with all inclusive services.

Amazing staff and great food. As well as great standards, really homely. Staff all want you to know them by name.

Nice hotel kitchen quality but as Jet towers l announces this is not at all a francophone Hotel no way to get understood if you spoke no English you will have trouble to participate in the animations and to make you understand at the reception
But if you speak English go there very good home.

Very Nice hotel on the beach.

This Hotel is well worth its stars, it is first class, staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you, food is fabulous, something for everyone's taste. Rooms are very spacious with spectaculour views, and the entertainment is great for all ages.

If you read through the reviews at Holiday Check, you're on the safe side. A beautiful hotel on pebble beach, not top modern furnished with super friendly staff and excellent delicious food in the themed restaurant. Perfect for families with children. Sandy beach about 300 metres away.

Wonderful hotel location perfect staff friendly.

A somewhat complicated opinion to give. Because the staff is just adorable. And Super smiling. But the mattresses if you have back worries… was not going, spring that you come out in every way, we even made them change… well c was worse after
. Obliged to put some blankets under my sheet for less feel springs… I'm only 50 pounds yet…
We are far from a 5 star, rather a good 3 star, no Wi-Fi… or you have to pay about 25 in Supp for about 6 days.
Otherwise a guide for the French Christine, will come to sell you excursions. A little too expensive for my taste, and above all does not give all the real info to not disgust you and be sure to make you pay…
If you want to visit, rent yourself a car there are plenty of renting around the hotel, it will come back much cheaper… otherwise count 55 euros per person for the slightest excursion.
The water in the month of April was just freezing…
And finally I find it with buttons a little everywhere, I hope that these are not bites of bedbugs… I'm waiting for evolution.
Because hygiene level, no reposheet on mattresses, nor protection, nor in pillows…

Exellet hotel… very good quality price… the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food vary… great room… bar. Lively atmosphere… at the top I recommend.

The hotel complex or The rooms have been a bit over the years, but it presents clean and generous. The view is fantastic — food is very good and Tasty. Very nice staff, very friendly management, great animation team with funny shows, Bravo to Willy and Rio. Am very satisfied we will be back.

Staff were all super lovely chrissy at the bar and all the staff in resturants especially the gentlemen who helped lift my nannas wheel chair up the steps, very accomadating of my nanna who is wheelchair bound, hotel was lovely and the food was great can't wait to come back again!

The only French of the hotel but it may be an advantage … Unfortunately, far too many young children are running everywhere… tiring! Establishment very well run otherwise.

The buffet is very good, and especially the dough corner with a real Italian chef:-)
3 restaurant outside Greek, Italian and Asian, if the Asian left to be desired the other 2 are very good.

Clean and in accordance with the description. Unfortunately you have to walk to go to the beach. Travel by Marmara.

Beach is clean and that water is great. We are on the beach every day.

Not really a five star hotel. Room was not the cleanest, no tea/coffee at the room, mattress was quite used & be ready to pay 4€ per day if you want to use the safe. Staff at the reception was friendly, good atmosphere at the pools.

The serita beach hotel was really cool. Nice and friendly staff, super clean, good food. We had an all-inclusive booked, so we had lots of drinks and food included, we could drink as much of cocktails as we want. There is a cool beach just in front of the hotel and it has shells and beach beds from the hotel. They also have special Greek, Italian and Asian restaurants inside the hotel.

I've been to this hotel numerous times. It just keeps getting better. Location, staff, facility's. All fantastic. This is a hidden gem.

We had some nice experience while hosted in Serita hotel. Is has basically all you need in a holiday. The pool was really nice, the food really great. One thing to mention is the fact that is a bit old, we had an old crt TV and a really old hair dryer.

Nice hotel, the emphasis on the rest on the territory, every evening program with children, of course not in Russian. The sea is 10 meters from the mini fence, the village with shops in three hundred. It is good or bad, but the Russian speech is unlikely to hear. Rent a car starts from 50

Nice resort with beautiful view of the sea. 3 pools, 2 with marine water, and one with normal water. The personal is very welcoming and react quickly at every request. I could recommend this resort to everyone who want to relax. Be careful that the weather is windy (pretty strong in the morning) but for that reason the actual sun radiation is not feeling well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The five hotel was given a water slide and its own beach. The hotel is in a great location.

The food is good, for a week nothing to annoy time, the nearest nice beach at 300 m, next to the other hotel Mitsis Laguna (from the same series). By the way it is not much more expensive, but it is better in all parameters. It is simply not added to hot and discount tours. The staff is for the most part good. However, as for me-the hotel and the bottom 5 * rating, ie, clearly does not reach, but Crete is pays.

If the rooms with sea/pool view are good. Even better is the bungalow overlooking the sea/pool. If you live in the main building-the trouble, especially if the view of the mountains.
The kitchen is qualitative and monotonous and for 10 days is tired. Hungry have never been, but wanted a variety. For children constantly free ice cream (and not only for children:)
The service staff is excellent! Helpful and good-natured all, despite the fatigue.
The reactive bartenders are both in the main bar and pool bar.
The room was clean.
The fact that the hotel beach is not very suitable for children bathing is disappointing. And not every adult dare to go on the rocks in the water. After 200 meters left along the coast there are good beaches.
