Thank You for holidays! Rooms are nice and renovated, food is tasty and great views over there. Great sandy beaches! Enjoy a lot.

The first day at the hotel did not impress me very much as the room was not very good. But thanks to the manager at the reception, Maria, we got a normal room. The hotel manager Paschalis Simakis is friendly and always ready to solve any problem. The hotel has good service and understanding staff. Very nice guys working in the buffet and in the bar, especially Joanna and Maria. The rooms are not small, but there is audibility, especially when surrounded by many young Englishmen who yell all night, but this is not a problem of the hotel, but the mentality of the people themselves. If you encounter a problem on the Beach or in the scorpion bar, then you need to contact the manager of the Scorpio bar, as they are not related to the hotel. The kitchen is normal, I don’t know about alcohol because I only drink wine, it’s absolutely normal. There are many swimming pools on site. But if you want to see more, take a rental car as we do and see all the nearby cities and coasts.

You can listen until 4 a. M. Every day of the week, a bass that can't stand.
Food is very simple for breakfast there are every day the same three menus lunch and dinner is also not the real thing.
For party holidaymakers the hotel is suitable, for those who want even one two days rest not recommended. The all inclusive offer is ridiculous, you pay for everything extra, lie on the beach 20€ per day and person, towels 2 € per change.
On the mattresses you can feel every metal feather the duvet covers are awesome sheets!. On the website, pictures are advertised with other rooms, which in reality is not nearly true.

The bass from the bar opposite is not to be endured at night (despite earplugs)!
We're not party opponents, but here's not a party mile but it's louder here than in the actual clubs of the city.
The whole hotel is full of party-mad young people spitting on other balconies, throwing down their rubbish, vomiting and even stealing things from our segregated balcony.
The hotel's pool is dirty, bottles, cans, cigarette butts and more are everywhere!
Somewhere and at some point the fun stops!
The mattresses in the hotel are horrible you can feel every single feather, the rooms are ok from the cleanliness but with a lot of air up.
The all inclusive package is for the A****, for everything you have to pay extra (towels, beach, safe, etc).
The food is ok, but from the selection far less varied as I am used to from other hotels.
The hotel is suitable for party-hungry people but not for everyone else!

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with fantastic sea view. Very friendly staff, totally clean and simply a dream room. Two very idyllic own beaches, you have to pay for the sunbeds, but they are worth every cent and in addition you get chilled water, a towel and the service. I'll be back!

Excellent localiciation close to the beach, staff it s very kindness and helpful. Nice food. Clean nice modern rooms. They have many attractions around at night, so u can' t be boring. Close to the port and city

Food & service was ok, great diversity. However, very dissapointed about room conditions, in first day of arrival we received a room which was not clean and had furniture broken. The next day we requested for a room change, as so did many other tourists. The rooms are not in the 4 star area as the hotel is rated, you could hear anything trough the doors, the baths are very small, the windows are old and you can hear a lot of noise also from people check-in/check-out of the hotel during the night. The daily room cleaning could be improved as they missed to change the towels in some days.

Very pleasent, friendly and helpfull staff, perfect location by the beach, children friendly with baby club, tasty food. We come this year for the third time already.

The rooms are very pretty, the service is good and you are very close to the sea. We enjoyed the food very much and also staying at one of the pools was fun. Only the options for drinks included in all inclusive were a little less for us. All in all I can really recommend this place.

A very nice hotel with renewed spacy and clean rooms. Nice and cosy atmosphere. Staff friendly ready to help all day and night long. Managers will welcome you and will make you fill like home. A part of other hotels making a small neighbourhood. Seafront with nice beach on your feet. All inclusive with international and local tastes. Just a few meters away from Hersonissos noisy centre but in a quiet corner of the area. Recommended for families (kids in a different room).

Unfortunately rather bad room, bathroom is very uncomfortable, few all inclusive offers included, staff partly very nice and funny, partly very unfriendly.

Staff was super friendly! Food (as all inclusive) could be better but at least there was a huge variety and also the serving time schedule would fit everyone's needs. There are a lot of options to swim, either in very nice beach just below the hotel or different swimming pools. The rooms were basic, clean but it could be better. I stayed on a 4 person room, it was quite big with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, but 2 out of 4 beds were not really beds but couches, not so comfortable to sleep and small in size. In general we had a great time there as a big group consisting mostly of young people 20-30. The staff made up for everything and we are really happy to meet them!

For the price you can not expect more. I was positively surprised. The best is the extremely friendly staff. Also since the Scorpio bar has the same owner, the all inclusive also counts there. The only negative thing I have to mention: every drink is served in single use plastic cups. I understand that this might be easier and more hygienic but plastic waste is a big problem.

The hotel is spacious and pleasant, the staff are helpful. I was lacking a hair dryer but my daughter had one in her room so it wasn't an issue. The food was nice and there is a varied choice. The restaurant staff were professional attentive and nice to us. The rooms are clean and fresh. I can see the sea from my balcony. I would have liked to access coffee facilities in my room but this was the only thing that I minded.

Avoided, dubious cleanliness, buffet below the minimum.

Hotel catastrophic: The staff is incompetent: error on the flight summonses the food is just abominable (no choice and I'm not even talking about the smell! Several sick people…) No animation, the spa has very little choice and the massages are Mediocre, regarding the beach the sunbeds are charged, the rooms fit an F1 hotel! (No air conditioning and bad TV reception) level view (with surcharge) superb vision of roofs and antennas as well as hot water balloons. 4 floors without lift and to finish it is with joy that I teach you that you will be placed in the different buildings (some better than others) according to the customer's head! As a result I strongly advise against!

Staff very nice and attentive.
A sunny week, perfect for enjoying the different pools and the beach.
The buffet is very nice from morning to evening, we do not leave it, the Grillardin is really brave! The morning pancakes and grilled pork or chicken meat at all meals. Very good fresh Mediterranean salads and always fruits.
The bar on the beach is top to enjoy the nightfall, only downside a road between the hotel and the bar, attention to the children, there are not many cars circulating but watch out anyway.
The rooms are rather spacious and rather clean.
