This hotel is a 30-minute drive from Heraklion airport. Located on a hill. People with children and elderly people, in poor physical form will be difficult to climb to the hotel. Very steep climb. The hotel is 5 quiet minutes walk under the hill from the beach, its beach is not. The beach is public but clean. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, but not for free. 7, 5, 3 euros corresponds to two sunbeds and an umbrella, an umbrella and one sunbed, well, and one sunbed. The beach is very shallow pebble, not very wide, but the place is enough for holidaymakers without paid amenities. The entrance to the sea at first a little pebble, then stones, it is necessary to sail. Kids have a place to splash around.
To the places of walking, i. E. Quay with restaurants, night clubs and the central shopping street 10 minutes a quiet step.
Now about the hotel. The rooms are not in one large enclosure, but a few two storey buildings. All the rooms are not new, but clean, without frills, but in principle, everything is necessary.
For lovely ladies, the hair dryer at the mirror is not in the bathroom, and in the room, almost like at home, and not the dusty device, which is found in most hotels.
There is no coffee in the room. The washing is limited to the shower gel. Beach towels, slippers, no bathrobes.
Blankets are plaids and are stored in a closet. No duvet covers, sheets.

The staff were always very friendly, the food tasteful and our rooms quietly located and clean.
Unfortunately, the Internet head does not work.
The pool area is far too small and there are only 19 umbrellas and no natural shade.
The bar HST only open in the evening and so few seats that we could never get a seat in two weeks.
There was only one time Entertainment (two man band) if you rent a car for the whole time, you can also leave the complex and spend a very nice holiday.

Nice location, good food, lots to do. Bar is also fun, with cocktails. And the view on the see is beautiful. Rooms have the basic stuff. Showers are cold and you cant move the showerhead.

A quarter star deduction for the W-LAN. Luckily, roaming costs nothing more. Otherwise just tip. The view is hard to surpass. The food is good and the service first class. The pool area is clean, well maintained and cozy, although not Ultramodern. But who needs the already, here there are plenty of beautiful beaches on request one gets from the staff also some beach insider tips, which are even nicer than the beaches on the spot (but you should have a rental car. They are already one to two hours away) conclusion: Happy again and again!

For a three star hotel great service, super nice staff, the food is plentiful and there is something for everyone. The pool was very clean and the room was clean. A beautiful view of the bay is available for free. Highly recommended!

Just great here. Food was adequate and varied, accommodation was clean tidy. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. The whole island of Crete is fantastic.

Small village by the seaside. Shops and Croisieriste are waiting for you there. Difficult to park enjoy in order to stroll.

Nice hotel with a great buffet! Breakfast and dinner are decent! Far to the city on foot! The bike is not convenient! Sandy beaches are far on foot! We have to take the car!

A very pretty hotel! Enjoyed my time there!

Beautiful facility, especially the smaller second pool. The all-in bar, where you also eat lunch, looks like it's only provisionally set up, but it isn't. The all-in bar is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are pleasantly large and usually have a good view of the sea. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the hotel's own beach and the city. Since we were there towards the end of the season, we were taken to a 5-star partner hotel on the last day, at the expense of the hotel of course!

Currently staying at hersonissos village. Very impressed so far. Staff are all lovely. Food is great. Location is great. Beds are very hard and pools are very cold. It is the last week of the season so without heated pools it is understandable, and the pools are still being used even though it's cold. The sunbeds at the lower pool are more comfy than the beds in our room. Majority of the guests are German. Having a great time so far!

The hotel is neat but no more. The Wi-Fi (only in the lobby area) is quite shaky and often breaks off, in some cases no connection connection is possible, the LTE reception is great and can be used without any costs thanks to EU roaming.
The choice of food (buffet) is good, also the variety. Unfortunately, the hot food is often lukewarm at most. Best take when just replenished. Unfortunately, there are no fresh juices. Only indoors can be eaten. The waiters are nice and very fast. When the hotel is full you often have to wait for free seats.
The all inclusive card is a bad joke: Beer, wine (edible only as Schorle), ouzo, raki and brandy, that was it. The rest of the long card is only available against cash.
Room service is impeccable.
There are two quite small pools with children's area and (at least in October) enough free loungers or reclining ofas (some with four-poster beds practical against the sun).
The complex is very nice, but the garden would need more care.

We were there 2 weeks ago, first of all we arrived late at night (althought this is not the hotels fault) the bus dropped us at the bottom of a very steep hill. My wife is asthmatic and needed her inhaler by the time we found the reception in the pitch black. My sister in law walks with the aid of a walking stick the hill was very steep. So trying to pull cases up there and unsure of where we were going was not the best start. The hotel was OK, the rooms basic but clean. The all Inclusive part in our eyes was dreadful, the food was mediocre and the drinks were Brandy, oozo, Raki, beer and wine, cocktails were €5. I refused to pay on principal. There was 3 evenings of entertainment offered to us, one in their sister hotel costing €17.50 each there were 6 of us. The food there was excellent entertainment was very good, but again the same drinks menu. We had two evenings in our own hotel one was free and it was a couple singing they were good. The other evening was a Cretan night which we do enjoy that cost us €5 with the promise of a cocktail (if there was alcohol in that I will eat my hat) we had to go to the local shop and buy vodka and wine. Very expensive at €25 for 70cl. We did find a Lidil half way through our holiday so we bought our alcohol from there. Three staff members were very nice Ballerina, the waitress Harris the concierge and the manager can't mind his name sorry. The rest if the staff just didnt seem to try and make an effort with any if the guests.

Beautiful views from all areas. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was having a great holiday and sitting in the bar as a family of six playing cards when we were forced to move by the staff to allow a German couple to have a table. No apology, which ruined our evening and left a cloud over the remainder of our holiday.

Good if you're into all-inclusive arrangements and what they don't tell you — up on top of a steep climb and diluted local wines…

Very nice hotel. Great view. Nice rooms. Food can be better though.

It was ok. Great panoramic view of the town. But the hill where the hotel was located was a bit uncomfortable as we were with kiddo and stroller. Overall good food, every day assortment changed. Clean rooms. Friendly stuff. 2 pools, one more crowdy, other more for relax.

Nice hotel. Advantage, there is lunch. Significant budget savings. Drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine and sturdy from 10:00 to 23:00. The nearest beach along the footpath is 400 metres away. There is a tennis court (rackets and balls it is better to take with itself), a game room (billiards, table tennis). In case of late departure, you can extend your stay in the room (20 euro)

4 * Hotel! Good food, right on the beach with picturesque area and all infrastructure for tourists.

Staff at the hotel is very nice and accommodating. All surrounded himself to bother wish to meet. We probably felt very. Rooms were always clean and tidy. Very familiar. Beach is part of the close and commendable. We would go even again. Greetings to Charri.

Great staff & service. They are realy friendly. A very romantic place. And very clean. You have also have an amazing view off the beach & harbor. Nice people, great weather and temperature. It was a great holiday.

We were pleased with the hotel. We had a good meal, a nice room, beach, pool and it was perfectly alright. For nightlife, the not far away party mile in Chersonissos is only to recommend for young tourists on the promenade. There, the post goes off really.
