Also that the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were brought every day. The food was well prepared every day and there was of everything…
What I have experienced the 9 days in the hotel and the beach as a Greek I have never experienced anything like how people deal with strange things because I mean the guests that Volsaufen and destroy everything. On the beach every morning the staff had to get sun loungers and umbrellas out of the sea, let alone all the alcohol bottles where there were. Therefore, before man complains here how the rooms look or let alone sun loungers are defective then please look only after who is responsible for the things where are broken. When I was there, the beach got new umbrellas the next day were 3 already broken because which have played around with it at night…
Thought about the rooms at the beginning but when I experienced all this live, I understood it I would not always want to renovate there… <

Me and my girlfriend take the hat off to the whole team what they afford there and still always friendly to the guests. Hats off …
I will definitely come back and hope you are all still there.

Nothing to qualify it as a 5 * hotel … no renovations in the last 30 years, everything outdated, unfriendly staff. We should be very careful when writing a review, because fabulous, gorgeous does not characterize this hotel by far. The only positive aspect: the food is tasty and varied enough. We will definitely not return 

The hotel had a good locations near the boulevard. The food was nice and the service was friendly. :)

What an amazing hotel! Loved everything about it!

This is the worst hotel ever and to be honest anyone that says this hotel is "good" needs their head reading. We have traveled the world for 40 years all inclusive and this place is the pits it would not get in the ratings at all never mind 4 stars. Book here at your peril.

I’m not one to give reviews but I do feel the need on this occasion.
When I arrived, late at night, I was greeted at reception and offered some food in restaurant even tho it was closed. My room, a single room was ok, but bathroom very small. You could sit on the loo, clean ur teeth and have a shower all at the same time! The room was basic, which I know is common in Greece but definitely not a 5* hotel.
The staff weren’t very friendly, particularly guy at pool bar, I found him very rude and the head waiter, never a smile and forever shouting at the staff to set tables even tho they were busy setting other tables and didn’t even look up to guests on arrival at restaurant.
Holidays alone are not the best but never have I been ignored as much as in this hotel. There was no entertainment at all, and the only decent bar was “the know bar” which I eventually found after 5 days. I won’t be back to this hotel and certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff here are so friendly and willing to help anyway possible the food is great entertainment bbqs they also have a bar next to the beach called The know bar if your all inclusive all drinks are free night life, excellent beautiful place to stay.

3 and a half stars! I was there in September I had L all inclusive great food I found it very good, close to the sea and the evening nightlife. Definitely the only sin rooms… Not really 5 star but all in all pleasant!

The outdoor pool area is wonderful. Great location.

לא הייתי נותן למקום שני כוכבים. מלון ישן, בה עם דיל של all included אפילו שתיה במיני בר, הבר של המלון גרוע מצעים לך ללכת לאיזה בר ליד החוף שהוא גם ממש גרוע (know bar). הרצפה ישנה חדרים לא נקיים מקלחת משנת ה 50 ממש על הפנים. טלוויזיה שטוחה אבל עם קליטה עם שלג, לא חשוב נהניתי כי לא הייתי במלון רק חזרנו לישון, האוכל סביר, הקינוחים במלון מפוצצים במרגרינה נראים מעולה אבל לא טעים, הסתובבנו באזור החוף מסביב מדהים, כל התמונות שעשו למלון נראה לי שעברו Photoshop, ותפסו בזוויות שנראה טוב, אם יודעים איך אפשר לבלבל אם תמונות, יש בריכה סגורה במלון אבל פשוט דוחה, ישנה ומגעילה, ללכת יחף שם ליד בריכת שחיה זה מגעיל ברמות. ה — Wi-Fi עובד לעט, ניתן שלם ליותר מהירות, אבל אם רוצים לשלם על מהירות זה לא עובד, דרך האתר הפנימי של ה —. Wi-Fi כמו תייר טוב פניתי לקבלה כדי לשלם יותר על מהירות, זה לא מעניין את אף אחד שזה לא עובד, כל יום אמרו לי מחר מתקנים את זה, הצעתי לשלם במזומן באשרי פשוט אמרו לי שזה לא עובד להם כבר כמה חודשים, איך הם אומרים שמחר יתקנו את זה לא ברור. האנשים במלון נחמדים. אבל לא ממש מדברים אנגלית, נכנסו לנו לחדר בשביל לבקש שוב את הוואוצ'ר, שניה אחרי שנכנסנו למלון, בדיוק יצאנו מהמקלחת, הבחור מהקבלה דפק לנו בדלת בלי סוף בשביל לראות את האישור של הוואוצ'ר, רק אחרי כמה צעקות של איישתי הוא הלך. בנוסף אין בידוד בקירות של המלון, שומעים הכל אם חשבתם אל אהבה, אז אתם תרגישו בבית של ההורים בשקט בשקט כי שומעים הכל! סליחה על השגיאות כתיב אני דיסלקטי, תיקנתי כמה שאני יכול. אבל זה לא אומר שהתגובה שלי לא מוצדקת.

The staff are lovely, really friendly management and receptionist staff. Great excursions (bit pricey But you get what you pay for) Fabulous little perk is the beach bar, "Know bar) oh Lordy you can drink there with the all inclusive with a wonderful selection of all inclusive drinks to choose from (the 'Ferrari' is a must try cocktail amongst others) we sat on the bean ALL DAY! We moved to get lunch and came right back virtually to the same spot. If your the type to revisit specific hotels this is one that'll you'll come back to time and time again no worries. Very happy here, quite frankly me and my husband don't want to leave.

Is a very bad hotel I can definitely not recommend it to anyone! Food and room cruel Nobody can't even get a bit of German! So a 5 star hotel it is definitely not!

Definitely not 5 star… avoid there are far better actual 5 star hotels around.

Pros-good location, two pools, delicious food. Cons for family rest-small rooms, noisy night discos.

Edited review. The hotel is fab and the facilities are great… 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. Poolside bar was always popular and as the entire place was all inclusive you can understand why. Just be aware that there is an annex which is part of a promotional deal. I wasn't and was quite surprised to find out… I am still giving it 5 stars as my experience was great but I did hear a couple of viewpoints which were wildly different to mine.

Hotel modern and very clean. 2 minutes away from the beach. 3 pools and own tennis court. Rooms were OK (nothing special). Food unfortunately very poor.

Great staff, grest choices of buffet items both breakfast and dinner, clean, safe for families. Small narrow tub, uncomfortable (too firm) bed but some may like this. Free low speed internet (i thought it was throttled down to 5mbs to share with other guest), high speed you have to pay for. Not 4 star quality. Located less than 100 yards from beach.

Classed as 5 star in Crete, four star according to Jet 2, 3 star according to the wife and I. But clean friendly and a nice hotel with good staff food plain but hot and plenty of it.

A cozy hotel of economy class. Breakfast is included in the price. Suitable for families with children and without. English speaking staff is friendly. Impressions after the holiday the most pleasant.

Worst hotel 2-3* a stretch. Very enjoyable and dirt throughout the hotel, no noise insulation, broken lighting and broken furniture in the room for children nothing is equipped (on the four floor of the stairs to the room which you need to drag the stroller). The reaction of the Manager we can't meet your requirements so change the hotel (NEVER recommend.

For a Five star hotel it fails in many small things, more than once we had no shower towels on the room, the beach towels were ripped and the all included did not include water… It should be a 3 star hotel.

Not bad but the classic story of the 5-star hotel abroad, you take it with the pliers. Good rooms with TV, even if the furniture should be totally changed. Good food at the buffet even if not very varied.

A very classy hotel! Not very far from the sea, very tasty food, there are 2 pools. 2-3 times a week, go water music show. There are animators, they just need to search around the hotel. There are also 2 bars in the hotel and 1 near the sea. In any case, there is a bus stop and big Super market. Also glad that on the way to the sea, there are lots of souvenir shops, and the room has a large TV with Russian channels. Lovers of social networks and not only, this hotel features free Wi-fi. I advise everyone to this wonderful hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights in July as part of a reasonably priced all-inclusive package. Since we did not pay too much we did not expect something of 5 star standard, but we were not disappointed with what we got. The room was big enough and comfortable though the bed may be hard for some people. We had a sea view. There was a good selection of food, so I think that there would be something for everyone. We only ate the vegetarian food, so I cannot comment on the meat dishes. Everything was fresh and of good quality. The only danger is eating too much! In the four nights that we stayed there was only one evening with entertainment, which was a little disappointing. The restaurant has two large outside eating areas, both of which permit smoking. We often found ourselves having to move inside when smoke wafted on to us while eating. It kind of spoilt the meal experience! An issue on arrival that was eventually resolved could well have ruined the stay and for that reason I would think twice about booking this hotel again. On arrival, we signed the check-in document and were given meal tags and sent down to eat lunch. After lunch we came to the reception to get our room and they told us that there was none available and we would have to move to another hotel for one night. They said that the other hotel was better than this one, however I looked it up and found that it was 4 km out of town.

Good hotel. Be careful and take Hersonissos Palace not an annex. Some rooms requires an update. Know bar of the hotel is a nice coctail place on the beach.

An excellent hotel. With convenient and comfortable rooms! Removed are always clean and tidy. CERT, alcohol is good. Animation every day. But very interesting and topical. Two swimming pools. Works fine Wai fai. Towel bail give safe. Speak a variety of languages, including Russian. We go there to relax and go for the fifth year in a row again:)

Me and 2 friends booked a last minute holiday and paid next to nothing for the hotel! The hotel is beautiful! room cleaning everyday which was made spotless even left the beds with some cute details. The food and restaurant was lovely! such lovely staff and even better food! never spoilt for choice, all fresh and good quality! Something different everyday for every meal! The pool are was amazing! lots of space, shade and 2 outdoor pools and one inside for if the sun got too much. There was a lovely lady that was working everyday we was there and she was so helpful always making sure that we were okay and asking if we needed anything improving which we never did, just some extra towels once day! The room has lots of storage which was good for 3 girls, its own fridge and a nice size! Hotel is in a perfect location, 2 mins away from the beach and a 3/4 min walk to the main street!

The hotel is positioned as a 5 *, but in fact it is 4 *. Do not take promo-rooms-you can get a view of the construction site nearby.

Here is my humble review:

Hotel lower-middle class.
Rests a lot of youth!
Nice't hear the bustle of the main streets and the coast (sometimes hear the music from the cafe on the shore), beach 50m. There are sea urchins — not attacked, but come neater!

Rooms: that would get a room less spacious with sea view, 2 persons had to pay 70 Euro.

Meals: not very diverse. Relative to the kitchen not picky, but by the end of the first week at Breakfast and evening meals in the typical, monotonous food caused a little disgust.

The beach: with around, always ready to help! (but note 70 Euro had to pay! For the rest would be less pleasant! =) ) ) )

Staff in the dining room: not Intrusive; there are very hospitable people, and there are burdened by their «favorite» work.

Room-service: more or less, every day with fresh towels, soap little — had to buy our own, простони are changed every 3 days. (I think, at home we also not every day they change! )

Territory: the territory is not large; there is a tennis court in a good condition, only — grid supply line destroyed and balls fly away into the bushes where they are not very convenient to get.

In General the hotel is 3* no more.

Sobbing, slamming doors, crazy knock feet in the door. Hotel management did not react in any way. Territory it does not have a pool is small. Standard room, but the view of the wasteland. Daily cleaning with change of towels. Accidentally left near the TV (small plasma) detail about 5 Euro maids took as tips, taken away. Safe in the room for 10 days is 20 Euro. Gym — no one treadmill and one universalka, sauna lousy. Not even walk. We insolently rested near the pool Creta Maris 5* luxurious complimentary sun beds, animation. Fortunately, that towels that issue at the reception for EUR 5 collateral blue — in the same color as the Креты, took for his own. Hotel location is excellent: up to the beach 5 minutes walk left to find the hotel Creta Maris 5*, beds for two 9 Euro, on the beach opposite the hotel — the sea urchins.
