Very good hotel … friendly and professional… we were really good, clean, spacious rooms with all comforts, great breakfast and dinner buffet for all tastes … you eat very well … great location!

Excellent hotel. Breakfast very well, good varied food at the restaurant. Very clean and well arranged. Very welcome to the pool reception and sun loungers very well.

This hotel is so accommodating nothing is too much trouble they are just making sure everything is perfect for your holiday. The food is great includes local Cretan dishes. The hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We went with girlfriends for a week. And really we liked bcp. Very good value for money. The hotel is located near the sea. The room is very clean and well arranged. Partial view of the sea. Which is apreciable. The hotel staff very welcoming. Especially the gentlemen of the self. Food rather good though a little repulsive. We were able to discover qqs specialties. The morning. Varied breakfast. The super solarium! And the cocktails in the bar really good…

Harma boutique hotel to flee!
The service is deplorable, unpleasant reception the room was not clean a nest of mites. The view does not inspire a holiday but rather a night of depression. I don't recommend this hotel. Forced to put a star to publish my experience.

Hi all. I don't usually give opinions on Google whether they are good or bad. On the other hand I am obliged in this case to do so. Indeed to join some, this hotel and its photos are absolutely not in the image of what it projects. A House that is litting the passage of the building of the rooms has the pool area and at the reception, stray cats who eat in the garbage of the hotel as a welcome at 11.30 pm.
With 3 young children I was unimaginable to spend would be only one night.
You understand me do not go especially unless you want to return with a small pox in memory of this beautiful country.

Let's start at LOCATION! sea view room and guess what the view was fab 1 minute walk at the sea. Wow.
FOOD — breakfast large choice buffet including Greek food which I love trying locally sourced food. Dinner —
Again big selection buffet with local
Items in there to try. Loved it.
Easy walk to bars and shops.
Good facilities swimming pool and bar. Nice sun bed area with bean bag loungers aswell if you get there quick. GYM if you need it.
Don't hesitate to book this place.

A beautiful first appearance for many hidden defects… — broken and Dirty room (see photo) — NO HOT WATER between 8pm To 7am in "privilege room". They will explain to you that it's normal to have hot water JUST when you have sun (limited hot water with balloon in the top of building so if other guests take all the hot water, you won't have any…) — View on a landfill (see photo) — No quiet and any respect — Cockroaches (see photo) — Bees all around the swimming pool (see photo) — Same food every day — No room service and no element in the room (no coffee, no water, no crunch…) — just 4 glasses but to drink what? I don't know — No beach before 1km — Pay all your stay when you arrive (it wasn't a prepaid rate for us) — 1cm of water every morning in the balcony (extract of your room air conditionning direclty in your balconning) — No private swimming pool (outside people can come) — Amount of stay : 840€, but we paid in fact 940€, they keep our deposit and they never get back it… reason : cancellation policy… All these points were reported to the reception, day after day but very friendly, we were on holidays.

Room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are good and you don't have to hurry to taste all the food. It does not run out. Staff is frendly. We are staying in the main building and have sea view.

This hotel has the best and most freindly staff you will meet. The rooms / restaurant and hotel is spotless right throughl. Swimming pool is on the small size but caters for all well enough pool bar has a freindly barman who runs around all day to let you rest what more could you want. Dona/ Shaun.

Absolutely amazing experience! Just came back from a lovely 5night stay! Fantastic rooms with the most comfortable bed, delicious food and most friendliest staff with a fantastic attitude. Nothing was too much of a worry — everything we asked, we got! Great location 5 mins away from the high street and the sea is 3mins away! Thanks very much Harma, we had a fantastic time! :)

A very good place to stay in herssonissos, maybe the best. The single thing you need to improve is the food because is the same but this is happen because you don't have a kitchen and all of your food it is ordered from another catering company.

A great hotel offering great service. I spent 5 days in the hotel with a colleague in June. The food was fine, the rooms were neat and it is about50 metres to the sea. Great for fun lovers.

If that's the harma hotel in hersonissos is I'm not going to empflen. Because, it is a very BAD Hotel. Staff are RUDE and NOT helpful. I thought it is really a sea view and there is enough variety to eat as I saw on the Internet. But when we were there. We were very disappointed. On the first day as we arrived they took us in another Hotel sent what I don't understand and you've not said why and no apology said. The room is warm although there is air conditioning. The lift was annoying once, not once. And as we fly back want I have 2 employees asked me whether she can see where the Thomas Cook branch is because I would like to ask how will we be picked up because my phone has not gone, they told me "that's not possible". When I have asked why? They said this is why there is w-lan so that the customer look for yourself what you want because it's not more of our work belongs to.
