Lovely traditional Greek hotel! Wonderful staff and great setting. Rooms spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped!

Just back home after a lovely week staying at Galaxy Villas. The accommodation is lovely, very traditional Greek and set in beautiful gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the village of Koutouloufari is lovely. Plenty of tavernas to eat at and lovely shops. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing 10 days here! Lovely spacious clean accommodation and the staff are amazing, especially Apostolis. Wish we could go back already.

What can I say about Galaxy Villas? is it a modern, shiny and new hotel, much like a Marriott or other big hotel chain. No it isn't. The rooms are spacious and the aircon works well. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has everything you need. But it's not super modern. But it has been one of the best places to stay because of the beautiful people. Stelios welcomed us with a smile, even though it was very late. Apolistes is great fun on the bar and Michalides is the friendly face on Reception. Sofia is literally a piece of heaven, with her bright and sunny smile. She simply can't do enough for you and makes the best cocktails. It's the happiest holiday we've ever had.

Just back from spending the week we had a great time the staff couldn't do enough for us the rooms are lovely the food is great and will definitely be coming back next year.

Had a great week at Galaxy Villas, apartment was great, lovely views, clean towels and sheets every day, staff excellent would definitely return.

Nice apartment, clean ish, but be prepared for ants, lots of them, if had known would have taken ant killer or trap. Didn't spoil the holiday but very annoying. The pool is the BIG let down, not kid friendly at all, almost 3m deep, the shallow end is 1.3m deep and slopes to the middle rapidly, really put my kids off. They are good swimmers but they could not play in this pool, thankfully beach was a 15 min walk away otherwise holiday would have been rotten. In short, don't take young kids or people who don't like ants.

Great family friendly place. Cozy and really nice and friendly staff it’s not too big not too small.

Clean rooms, nice pool area and the staff are friendly. Good location with restaurants close by, or a little further is Old Hersonis which has some really good restaurants! The bar is nice, alcohol and soft drinks are served as well as iced coffee! We booked a taxi transfer through the hotel on the way in. The poor taxi man waited for us for almost an hour as we didn't realise there were two exits at the airport as we just got ushered out of one exit quite quickly. The transfer was about 25 minutes. On the way back we used a taxi rank close to the hotel which was cheaper and just as efficient. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we had really good weather and we would stay again if we were in the area.

Fantastic place great quiet location but near to everything. Two minutes from some lovely restaurants Villas are clean tidy.

Absolutely loved every minute, from breakfast with Sofia to night time cocktails. Couldn't ask for a better stay, clean, comfortable and the village itself is wonderful, opening those French doors to the pool view and the sun shining, bliss. Would recommend this place 100%

Just got back after spending 10 lovely nights here, it's well situated in a nice town with lots of tavernas, the grounds are lovely, all on different levels with exotic gardens, a great pool, pool area and bar. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean, it was tidied and the beds were made every day, the staff are all very nice and all service was excellent.
Would deffinately reccomend, thank you for everything!

This is also one of the best and longest running hotels of Koutouloufari. Modern, airy, quiet and with a fantastic sleep quality. Staff will make you feel special and try to cater for all your needs.

Staff were all very welcoming, rooms were big, clean and the cleaners changed towels and sheets every day. Pool and bar area was great and Breakfast was good. Great location, walking distance to so many bars and restaurants in every direction. Well worth a walk to explore the surrounding area. 10 min walk to the beach and the centre of Hersonissos, however it is mostly uphill going back to the hotel. Great value for money.

We arrived quite late at night and we were greeted by a man named michealas, took our bags to the room we were staying in, gave us a tour and a free easter plate with food on, we did complain about the shower as its hot for around a minute and then turns cold but when we told a member of staff they reassured us and made sure the problem was dealt with quickly, the pool is absolutely amazing, it has great views from wherever you stay, I reccomend this 100%!

It is Oke… It's nice only dinner is deficient… What I found a bit stupid was the entrance we had a stroller and we had to go down stairs so that was awkward… What was very sad is the water in the pool is very cold.

In our experience is not on a par with the galaxy Hotel in heraklion. Our villa was not really 4 star for us.

Cracking apartments. Not large but in a really nice wee village. Only went to the beach once as this place was so well situated.

We had a great stay here during our holiday in Crete. The appartments are nicely equipped, even with a small simple kitchenette. The whole campus is situated not far from a lot of restaurants, and a nice little supermarket is right across the street, with a friendly owner. The staff of the resort is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was a little too small regarding our taste.

Lovely place and pool but try to get a room thats not under the pool. Have to be early to get a bed.

Beautiful Hotel, good location but bit of a hill to treck up from the main strip. Staff were brill and the apartment large and clean. Would visit again.

Not recommended!
Rooms outdated and with insect infestation. Shower very small, too short shower curtain-> bathroom flooded. Dirty Rooms (room service with towel change only every 2 days). Breakfast completely without egg dishes and other amenities. Only pluses: Staff very nice and local location of the hotel good (small taverns and shops).

Beautiful resort nestled in the hills of Koutoulafari! Dimitri Michaelis and the team are amazing and can't do enough for you! Highly recommend a stay here! Thank you everyone!

Awful. To get to the cave of a room we had to descend many flights of stairs, why not install a lift if you are going to inflict this on people? Leading to what can only be described as a prison cell. When we got to the room, the first thing we saw was a problem with damp and that the number of the grey door of the room was sprayed on using black gloss and a stencil that looked like something from MASH or Prisoner Cell Block H, as was the feeling in the room — felt like you were enclosed and not much air. It was very dark and dingy. The pool at Galaxy Villas was dirty and clearly needed cleaning. Wished we'd booked spa hotel down the road, which we ended up going to in order to use the pool and facilities there because this place certainly was not going to be memorable. Dirty plates in kitchen, dirty dingy grey decor; grey spray paint on old white tiles which they couldn't be bothered to fix with new grouting. Old stone floor wasn't clean — sticky under foot. See pictures for a more accurate view of the hotel room! Pillows were old and worn, bits broken on bed — bed was also very creaky and old. Not even any toiletries in the bathroom, just two measly soaps, so I had to go out and buy some shower gel and shampoo. Showering experience again, it felt like you were in a prison cell not relaxing at the end of a day out. Wrong tel number on Google places (we tried to call as there was no parking when we got back from our first day out). No room service.

Relaxing. Great location and views. Ideal for recharging your batteries. Clean comfortable and inexpensive. Superb.

I loved my stay here. The apartments we're nice, and the pool and view even nicer. The food and drinks at the bar were always great and they staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.

I've been going for seven years. Beautiful apartements.
